The customer service could be improved. They do have a back patio area with more stuff. I learned the hard way, they lock the door after a certain time. Me and another customer were confused, tried knocking on the door. No answer, made our way to a side door. No apology from staff, more annoyed that we were outside. I do appreciate that at least they have a return for store credit, policy on electronics (7 days ) With it being such a small space, perhaps some better pricing and discount days would help with sales and make room for more donations. Anywho, that's my 2 cents... happy thrifting.

Lots of fun things: furniture, art, cute bear stuffed animals, and some fun knick knack type things. What impressed us most though was the service. We walked in with a stroller and the gal working there was super accommodating, told us she'd move anything around if it wasn't stroller-path friendly. She offered us a soda or coffee, and showed us where the restroom was if we needed it. Honestly it's the warmest reception we've gotten entering a store in a long time, a very nice surprise.

I found…read moreout yesterday, as I walked into a 2-story emporium that felt like it took up an entire city block. I walked through it all, most I assume to be a hefty collection of rented "booths" and maybe some consignment. I'll need to come back again, as each antique store visit is just one layer of the onion. The antique wares were well organized throughout, although with differences in display density. There was a pleasant atmosphere in the store, both from staff and all the curious folks like me taking it all in. The husband of a friend used to be an antique dealer and he often talked about collection cycles and people age out and their treasures move on. I thought of that as I perused and sometimes admired an impressive collection of "stuff" that were previously special to their previous owners, and would someday be again.

I called at 6pm and they said the tires arrived and been waiting for me but now it's 6 and they need reschedule for tomorrow. Not a problem at this point but they seem very unorganized... I get it. I worked retail for a long time so I understand things happen. The following day I come in for appointment and they said the tires are here but the paper was send to Carson city... just waiting for the manager to override this so we can help you.... I waited 1 hour and still no help... the older man said the manager knows but it busy. I waited another 30 minutes and still no answer.... I looked for the manager in the store and found her! I reminded her that the nice older man was waiting for her approval and there a line in the tire center- She was rude! She said it's not her priority and she'll get there when she does.... I told her he's been waiting for awhile and I said thank you my appointment was over an hour ago .... She was rude Again and said move out of the costumer service line. No " I'm sorry and I will help" no please set out of the line and I will get to you soon". Nothing! Just rude, nasty , older big woman barking orders . Shame !!! This lady needs to learn to desolate herself and the situation. She needs training on customer service. In my opinion she's too old and grumpy to be working anyway. Ordered an online order this week, and told us Tuesday it was delayed and asked if they could…read moredeliver it Wednesday. Well, Wednesday at 5pm and still no order. App says delayed. I called the store and after many attempts to actually speak with someone, they put me back on hold for over 15 minutes. After 37 minutes total with trying to cancel my order, I was able to contact someone from the service who was able to help me with the order. the local store is awful. customer service has gone to hell.
