The sliders are served on Potato rolls (YUM) and she gives me one of each BBQ sauce (regular, sweet and spicy). The brisket was hands down the best I've had, and that's comparing it to the best BBQ place I visited in Houston TX. Juicy, Smokey and just downright flavor filled. I polished off the brisket and tried the Sauerkraut balls next. Not sure what all is in them but I was loving it. The dill sauce to dip was a bonus. The pulled pork and chicken sliders were amazing and had the right amount of smoke, not overpowering. The baked Sweet Potato cubes were soft and also flavorful. This was really a great choice all the way around. I even had a Lemon Shandy instead of my usual IPA. This was a lot of food. The sliders were deceptively filling. I was down to 2 Sauerkraut balls and had to stop for fear of food induced coma. I still had 1 1/2 hours to my destination. This is one of those places that you hope to find when traveling.
