It set my bar for Teriyaki and velveted Chicken or Beef is NOT it. Velveting is a Chinese technique and NOT a Seattle-Japanese technique. Their portions are good and they are generous and eager to provide what you need. I always feel welcome and never leave hungry. I am going to try a house specialty now. I've had their Sushi, Teriyaki, Teriyaki-Don Bowls and their Egg Drop Soup. I like it. I go there frequently.
