For an Asian restaurant actually owned by Asians, the cuisine was not all too great. My favorite thing there would be their yakisoba though.

I have been here a few times in the morning and the ladies are awesome. Food always fresh and great service. Because I had one poor experience, I won't give a bad rating but I am unable to privately message the business. On Saturday I arrived at 7:50pm (this was after calling for thirty mins about ten times ) because their calls would go straight to voicemail and the mailbox wasn't set up. Which I thought was strange being that when I go in the mornings, the phones always ring. On google it shows the restaurant closes at 8:30, so I figured I could make one of the last orders for takeout before they close. When I go through the doors (of course I'm not expected to be greeted) but the lady states they are closed without me being able to say anything. So I could know for next time, thinking I was wrong ..I asked what time they do closed. She confirmed my knowledge it was in fact 8:30pm and then explained for dining in, the last customer Would be at 7:30 and for takeout 8:15pm. I let her know I had been calling the last thirty mins so I was just there for takeout if possible. She cuts me off and states she is the only person there working? I let her know she might want to have the phones checked out and she cuts me off again and says ok we're closing. I have worked in the customer service industry for a very long time, and although she was not aggressive I don't think I've ever been turned away for service even after she stated I came at the right time for take out? Does this happen often? I could understand if she was new, but she didn't need to cut me off . Made me not want to come here at night seeing she was so bothered. I really hope this is addressed as I had been here a couple times and it was my first time suggesting this for dinner tonight for my mom and siblings. (Shrimp pho and s teriyaki plate). read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!i ordered a chicken teriyaki,the meat was undercooked and they try to fill you up on cheap salad and rice!and you don't get the option of substituting it for noodles.the owner is rude to her waitress and micro manages her every move.the poor girl was doing a great job and she couldn't do her job right because the owner kept getting in the way,when she made a mistake she would blame it on the waitress,when it was obviously the cooks fault!not because she was new!i wanted to tip the poor girl but then i noticed she wasnt getting all her tips!the asian lady keeps them!its horrible to see someone steal from their employees.those tips are rightfully hers!she earned every penny!this lady should be reported! A quick and easy lunch for work. My coworkers and I order from here all the time and always tastes great!!

So far we've been waiting 20 minutes at our table and haven't had the opportunity to order. They originally sat us at a dirty table. We sat there over five minutes and didn't bus it. They finally moved us to a clean table....at least ones without food on it. Just got up to leave. Had to leave at least one star. Don't deserve that today. read more

Few places can handle so much variety and this place not only can do but do it well. Pho broth is better than most and Ramen was addicting! The more I ate, the more I wanted to eat! Staff was quick and attentive. Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was better than Woo's in Richland. I can't wait to try their yakisoba and sushi! read more

This place is pretty good. To be honest this cuisine isn't my favorite but my wife loves it so we decided to check it out with our 3 kids. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. We found this restaurant on Yelp, looking for teriyaki in the Tri Cities as we travelled through. It was so worth the stop! It has classic booths and a counter, like a diner, and very clean. The service was fast, and the food was excellent. There was almost too much food for lunch in the bento box, but it was nice to have the variety. read more

Good food! I got the teriyaki tofu it was Good! I wish the pieces of tofu were a little smaller. The portions were just right! I was looking forward to the avocado roll but was told they don't sell it anymore. Hope they get more vegetarian options! read more

I got the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki and 4 Gyoza combo to go, the chicken was over cooked and just seemed like it had sauce dumped on it. It did not taste very authentic and it did not wow my tastebuds the spicy was spicy though at least. The Gyozas were basic nothing special. I guess moving from Seattle, this place just doesn't meet my Teriyaki standards. read more

I came here for lunch a few days ago and I ordered the shrimp fried rice. Another person came in and ordered the same thing. The lady who took my order knew I needed to go back to work in like 20 minutes because I called my mom while was waiting and I guess she heard me. I feel like the cooks rushed to make the shrimp fried rice. When I got my shrimp fried rice, I could tell they used frozen vegetables from bags you can get cheap at the grocery store. The vegetables were dry and hard and they did not clean out the shrimp feces from the shrimp- which is how I don't like my shrimp. The rice was soggy and overall, it wasn't the best shrimp fried rice I ever had. I liked how the lady made sure I had teriyaki sauce. The sauce was good. read more

I like this restaurant, it is down the street from my office. I would go there for lunch and usually have the teriyaki chicken. They serve it with a salad, and rice. You can also get pot stickers added, and/or sushi. I switched to the senior size which is ample for me. They also have some nice soups and sushi. However, I have had to stop going there, since I would get violent cramps about 30 minutes later. My wife had cramps within 10 minutes after eating there. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was the meat, but now I know it is the MSG. I stopped in and asked the owner about it, who seems to be in denial about the effects of MSG on a large segment of the population. She says the just use a pinch in a very large mixing bowl. Unfortunately, I am unable to eat there anymore, due to the stomach cramps I get from the MSG. However, if you tolerate MSG, you will find a nice variety of food on the menu, good service and reasonable prices. If they ever remove MSG from their food, I will be back. The two stars is only because of the stomach cramps and MSG otherwise I would give it 3 maybe even 4. read more

The food here is fantastic! It's not the best I've ever tasted, but it is by no means sub-par. The bento box is a great deal, by the way. Highly recommended. I wish that the sushi menu was a bit more diverse, but the line up is great nonetheless. I am a fan of the small waiting period for the food. Also, did I mention that there's free wifi? Been here multiple times to dine in and takeout. Their teriyaki is tasty, good portions, it's typically what I get. But their service here is subpar and what will probably keep me from eating here again. Ordered take out tonight and it was poorly put together and half incorrect. I went in for a second time today. Although the servers seemed nice it was really bad service. They gave us the wrong food twice, the waitress forgot I ordered miso soup and didn't give it to me till she printed the bill then gave it to me. The food here is good however I will say their miso soup wasn't worth the wait it did not taste good. I'm giving them three based purely on the rest of the food. The Teriyaki Chicken here is the most delicious. And the orange chicken. Omg don't even get me started super delicious. The sushi is pretty amazing here. Its one of the best local placed to eat in, Pasco. Definitely worth trying out. Lots to choose from. Just do t waver go around like 12-1 for sushi because that's when sushi guy alwAys be on break. This place is AMAZING!!! I've had a variety of items from here, and everything is good. The Pho, teriyaki, sushi, all of it is tasty. The spicy tuna is SPICY, which I really appreciate. Definitely a great place to get some good Asian food! read more
