We stayed one night, and were very happy with that decision. The room was comfortable, and the owners were wonderful.

We spent a night at Red Bluff and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, a wonderful breakfast, and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

The location is great, and the room itself was fine, but the overall experience was…read morefrustrating...especially for a hotel charging $244 a night. When I checked in, my room was dirty. There was trash everywhere, including used pads in the bathroom, and the bed sheets looked messy and unmade. I politely asked a housekeeping employee if the room could be cleaned while I was out working, and she seemed irritated and wa rude about the request. Things got even more frustrating later that night. I returned to the hotel around 1:30 a.m. after work, and my room key suddenly didn't work. When I went downstairs, the front desk employee told me I wasn't checked in and said there were no rooms available. I explained that I obviously had been checked in because I already had a key and all of my belongings were in the room. Eventually, she gave me another key and let me back in. Then the next morning, the manager knocked on my door asking who I was, which just added to the confusion and inconvenience. Also, just something to be aware of: it's an older building, so you can hear people walking around pretty clearly from the rooms above. That part didn't bother me personally, but it may bother lighter sleepers. For the price, I expected a much smoother and cleaner experience.

I had to stay here for a week for a teacher seminar. These rooms were huge and very spacious. The…read moreonly thing I wish they had was better lighting inside once the sun went down. It was really hard to see. They had lots of fun breakfast items each morning. And it was very convenient around everything that had to offer in Montgomery. The staff was super friendly and we were always able to use the conference room whenever we needed it. I would totally recommend staying here again.

I booked directly on the Bonvoy app so I neglected to check the reviews before booking - big mistake. Stay away from this one. There's a reason the price is so much cheaper than surrounding hotels. It's nasty.

This is easily the worst Courtyard experience that I've ever had. The expression "dire straits"…read morecomes to mind when thinking about the dreadful room that I had to endure. Normally this is the road stop hotel that I choose because it's solid. Nothing fancy, but always safe and clean. The beds are always comfortable and have good crisp linens. We were on a road trip and decided to stop in Montgomery around 5 am. The reception ladies were so nice and the only reason I wouldn't rate this excuse for a Marriott one star. As soon as I walked into the room, I wanted to walk out, but it was 5 am and I had already returned to the front desk which was a long walk from the room because my key wasn't working. The stench of mildew was palpable. Stains all over the couch (I did not so much as brush my leg against it the entire 6 hours I was there) and it was clear that the door had been PRIED open at some point by someone desperately trying to get in for some godforsaken reason. The hallways reeked of someone smoking marijuana. Is smoking even allowed in hotels anymore? To add insult to injury the price of this hotel with taxes was 170 dollars. Leaving this review so that someone doesn't make the same mistake we did. Drive a few more miles and find another Courtyard in another town!

When I entered the room, it recked the smell of month old urine and fecal waste. The entire site needs to be condemned. Broken windows boarded up with plywood, dingy hallways, solicitors watching your every move like they trying to prey on your possessions. Even worse, the agent at Hotels.com attempted to give me hella pushback after requesting a refund within 5 minutes of checkin. I wouldn't let a dead dog sleep there. Beware!

Non-smoking room smelled like a fresh ashtray, complete with ash on the bed sheets to boot. AC unit sounded like a car with a bad belt and was covered in mold. Hairs in the "clean" bed sheets. Went to ask for a new room, the pictures are from the second room (which was as follows): Cigarette ash in the sink Smoke detector covered with a bag (and one in the freezer?) Literally no doorknob lol No lock The bathroom light doesn't work Just avoid this location if at all possible lol we have literally stayed in nicer and cleaner $10 hostels in third world countries. Update: cockroach friends Second update: spilled water and wiped it up, for the love of all things holy do not let your children play on the floors.
