The show was from 7:00 P.M to 8:30 P.M on a Friday evening. The large clubhouse and community center servers as a hub for social, recreational, and fitness activities. The community was originally developed in the early 2000s and is a 55+ housing community. The community has indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and pickleball courts. There is large space availability for games and group events as well. The community has a wide range of clubs and organized interest groups which is wonderful! The Sun City Aliante community located in the northern edge of the Las Vegas which provides beautiful scenic desert and mountain views! The Aliante's golf course winds through the neighborhood as well! Since it's right off of the 215 exit, it's really easy to get to. The community center was quite spacious when we went to watch the Holiday show. It was all decorated inside for the holidays with beautiful holiday lights! Two team members at the community center helped guide us to the room where the holiday show was taking place. Inside the room, there was plenty of seating! The holiday show was fantastic. Every song was great, and the performances kept the energy up the whole time. It was easy to enjoy the show from beginning to end. The venue was also awesome, comfortable, well set up, and a perfect place for a holiday performance. It was a really fun and memorable experience.

Parking cost $3 an hour, and you have to pay through an app on your phone. Definitely wear comfortable shoes, because it's a pretty long uphill walk to get inside the building. Once you're in line, you'll need to show ID and answer a few quick security questions (like if you have anything sharp or mace). You'll have to empty your pockets and remove belts and shoes, so maybe skip the holy socks that day! If you're bringing family or friends, make sure they line up in the correct line. If they stay with you too long, they'll be directed to the guests' line, which means they'll end up sitting in the very back of the courtroom. Also, keep phones silent and please don't bring small kids, the ceremony's special, and loud crying or distractions really take away from the moment.

Do all you can in life to never have to go to this place. It is a pit of misery, darkness, and…read moreagony. Just get along with your spouse, your baby daddy, baby momma, girlfriend, or boyfriend. It is not worth it. Treat your kids right, and never have to go before a judge about something involving your most intimate family relationships. You can do better than that. The court itself is depressing. It is old and not renovated. It has an unfavorable smell in certain places. It is curiously built, with an indoor lobby followed by an outside vestibule, followed by a bad high school cafeteria style entry to the court, and a long line of people in purgatory waiting for a number to be called. A mysterious ghost machine will say the number after what seems like an interminable time. Sad and defeated looking people walk the halls. Lawyers are smug and mostly evil. You just don't want to go there. The judges are mostly good, but often overworked. They are not perfect and make mistakes. Whatever you do, don't be rude to the tellers. They've made it a crime to be rude to them. :) The parking lot fills up early. If you have a hearing, give yourself plenty of time. You will need to remove your shoes (unless you're a lawyer with a bar card), and go through a metal detector. Perfect start to a court that often makes families feel like they're chattel.

This review is strictly for the Residential Inspecting Department. I as a home owner recently had a…read moreloft / storage room built by a Licensed, Insured, and Bonded Construction business. When the first inspection was done with the foreman at my home everything went smooth, there weren't any issues, so the Construction Company could move forward with continuing the build. The 2nd inspection the guy who came out thought the loft / storage room was a livable area and thought that the area would be used as a bedroom. I stepped out of my office to go speak with him and we had a professional conversation and guess what once again it went smooth and no issues after he understood it was a loft and not a bedroom, because he was asking for an additional 3 outlets be placed in when we already had 3. Needless to say he heard me and said "I forgot about that, because I have the blueprints". So the build continued and moving to the 3rd and final inspection. Out of nowhere the inspector without me present told the foreman "I see you got away with it. You think your slick, you all made this into a bedroom.". The foreman told the inspector no this is a loft / storage room and the owner can prove this. Before the foreman could say anything further, the inspector said "you need to add a GFI / and make sure it is wired to the panel". Upon me hearing this, I became upset as I have 100% proof this is not a bedroom and the conversation on the second visit was the inspector claiming down the road I could build a bedroom in the area if I wanted to do, so but we made a loft for the kids / gaming area. The electricians were all confused as this is a older home, so the inspector knew he wouldn't pass it even in the future unless a hardwire GFI was sent to the breaker box. Needless to say we have the GFI in the room and clearly on the panel. Yet they wanted to deny this, because out of nowhere he thought this was a bedroom which to this date and time it is not. The inspector who came out was a complete moron, very condescending, and if this was a issue why not bring it up from the start, stemming from the first inspection or even the 2nd inspection, but nope he wanted to act as if he a somebody with knowledge. This inspector is lucky I was not there was I have proof of the conversation as I have cameras and they always record! I would definitely tell Clark County to re-evaluate your people you send out as it is clearly been proven some do not know how to be a professional in this area. You think wearing a badge makes you a pro or a someone, I will say nope, you are bellow the Police level and not even a Cop, so stop acting hard in front of home owners and Construction Companies who depend on your professionalism.

The woman I spoke to there (only waited like 2 mins to speak to her) told me that she couldn't give me the copies but I could speak to somebody to determine if it was in fact load bearing. I spoke to a very friendly man named Andrew (only waited like 3 more minutes). He looked through all of the blueprints and answered my question and any other question I had. He was nice, patient, and tolerated my complete lack of knowledge with anything having to do with blueprints. The place was clean, easy to navigate, bright and everyone I encountered was personable.

6/29/23 730 am…read morePassport renewal With my son turning 18 it was time to renew his passport. Very easy process as they accept walk ins starting at 730am. There was a small line when I arrived but the entire process only took 2 hours. The receptionists were nice and I believe the passport specialist was Angie, she was even nicer. So glad we went here instead of making an appointment at a post office. The facility is well kept, plenty of parking and easy to access.

All the COs I have dealt with here have lost their Humanity . They do not treat people with dignity here . They play mind games with people because they think it's funny when someone is told that they will be released and put in a Cell by themselves for 3 hours in the hopes that they would be released . Only for them to wait on paperwork or for that individual to break , because their family had asked that they were administered their medication correctly, per a judge's order. My suggestion is if you, or a loved one find yourself here , remember everyone's name that you encounter . And be ready to file a complaint against them . Roaches hate the light .

We came here to evaluate the community center's amenities for a family member who is considering…read moremoving here. The center has a newer feel to it and is relatively large. We were impressed by the nice indoor pool and also the outdoor hot tub. There may have been an indoor hot tub also. There are many other activities for the 55 plus crowd, such as an arts and crafts area, billiards, bocce ball and various bus outings to places beyond Anthem. A computer room and large fitness center add to the amenities. There certainly seems to be plenty to appease anyone with extra time on their hands! The community center is not gated.
