When the weather starts heating up, that room gets so hot it's impossible to work out. I swear the A/C doesn't work for that room, or it never had AC installed, because it seems like it was originally meant to be a storage room. The best ventilation you can get in that room is when they have to move the location of the class to the main gym because kids use that room during the summer (which I can't even imagine how hot it must be for them during the summer, how is that even safe?) They tried adding a few fans scattered around the room to help cool it down, but the only thing those fans do is blow hot air around. I've even resorted to purchasing several mini fans that I bring to class with me and attach to my bike, which is so ridiculous. There are also several people who have been coming for a while who completely colonize the fans in the room and move them to where they're ONLY POINTING TOWARDS THEM. I can't believe I have to fight for proper ventilation while I'm trying to exercise. Please fix the awful cooling system or move the class somewhere that actually has working AC, it's the same story whenever the weather heats up and it's been that way for 15+ years before it was even Les Mills RPM. Why am I paying $60+ a month to die in Las Vegas because YMCA can't fix their AC?

You have to sign up electronically on their website to secure a spot. I never had any issues securing a spot in my desired class. I also really enjoyed the aqua classes that are held during the summer. Unfortunately, the building itself is so in need of serious renovation. Sometimes it stinks inside too. Granted membership fees are low but put some money into this place. There is really only one large classroom and they offer no ceiling fans or quality airflow. Let's face it, when you work out you sweat and I get hot very easy. There is one large fan in the corner of the "only large" classroom but you aren't always allowed to use it. People will bitch that it's too cold etc. Why are you here if you are not sweating? Location is kind of far from where I live so not real convenient. There have been break ins and thefts in the parking lot as well. I finally chose to end my membership here and stick with my current gym and utilize the great outdoors for my workouts. I am saving money each month in membership fees and gas. I may return to take advantage of the aqua classes in the summer but until this building receives a serious update I am out.

The show was from 7:00 P.M to 8:30 P.M on a Friday evening. The large clubhouse and community center servers as a hub for social, recreational, and fitness activities. The community was originally developed in the early 2000s and is a 55+ housing community. The community has indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and pickleball courts. There is large space availability for games and group events as well. The community has a wide range of clubs and organized interest groups which is wonderful! The Sun City Aliante community located in the northern edge of the Las Vegas which provides beautiful scenic desert and mountain views! The Aliante's golf course winds through the neighborhood as well! Since it's right off of the 215 exit, it's really easy to get to. The community center was quite spacious when we went to watch the Holiday show. It was all decorated inside for the holidays with beautiful holiday lights! Two team members at the community center helped guide us to the room where the holiday show was taking place. Inside the room, there was plenty of seating! The holiday show was fantastic. Every song was great, and the performances kept the energy up the whole time. It was easy to enjoy the show from beginning to end. The venue was also awesome, comfortable, well set up, and a perfect place for a holiday performance. It was a really fun and memorable experience.

But,they allow this?? A person wearing a 666 sun hat and tee shirt, making soup with his hands!! Sure. Why not... And, another thing!! Those worker-bees that act like they are almost God like and irreplaceable... Listen up! You are replaceable.. After watching the way you handled yourselves.. The way you DIDN'T take care of people in a timely manner! The way you thought you were entitled to a 30 minute break between every person you "processed or interviewed!! The way you performed your job wasn't very up to par! Or WAS IT for a state run operation?? If you worked just a TAD quicker, and actually cared just a TAD more.. Your job may be even a TAD more enjoyable and rewarding.. You're all a disgrace to every taxpayer of this state who, as we know, pay your wages.. I was told that I would have to come back the next day at 7am because that is when they start seeing people and they can cut that off at any time during the day. Mind you, this is while there are at least 10 counselors sitting at their computers, chatting with each other, helping no one. It really sucks that the people in this city have to go to people like this that clearly could care less.

This is a cool indoor sports complex. I believe there's outdoor sports also, I'm only here for the…read moreyouth summer basketball league and I didn't see anyone playing outside probably because it's too hot. I've seen a kids martial arts program (probably karate), kids gymnastics, kids soccer, and kids basketball. I believe the adult sports are later. There's lots of free parking, clean restrooms, clean facility, and even a place to grab snack, drink, or food. So far I've also noticed there's a farmers market on Wednesday's. The prices for the kids sports league are affordable and not outrageous. There's always two coaches on the 2 practice days we attend and more coaches on game day (Saturday). This is our schedule for the youth summer basketball league. We'll definitely be back next summer! Thanks Cameron for the awesome summer youth basketball program!
