Execution: Work was done the day after Christmas. One of his workers was ill...so he made sure that she didn't come to the condo in the event to spread the illness to my newborn! HUGE PLUS for thoughtfulness and customer service. He offered to come back another day if he couldn't get help as he didn't want to be at the house the whole day. Luckily, he was able to find someone to support him and was able to get all the work done. I wish I had some pictures, but I had a filthy carpet and VERY dusty blinds. PROS- We purchased a home that was pretty dirty and after shopping around I'd say their prices are fair. I met Julio and he was very nice. They did a good job cleaning majority of the house which I saw on FaceTime. CONS- when I saw my home in person I did notice that they did not do some of the services that were supposed to be done in the package I paid for. One of the three bathrooms was not cleaned. They did not clean the inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets, they also did not clean baseboards and I had to go them myself before painters arrived which was a huge hassle. Also, I had to clean the doors as well they were pretty dirty. Later after the initial clean We had contractors come and do one of our bathrooms as well as some floor work and paint work so we just wanted one more clean before we move in. I am rating 2 stars mainly because the communication is lacking. I was told they are available Wednesday tried to confirm several times and was left on read. I tried calling and no answer. Now finally I get a message two days before saying they are out of town??. Very disappointing as now I have to scramble to find another cleaner to come before we move in. read more

I have a stove that's been impossible to clean since we've lived there but Julio was able to make it like new! I was totally impressed. My carpet was also in very bad condition. He was straight forward and told me that it may not be as clean as i want it but he will try his best. He was able to get it way cleaner than i'd expected. I know he worked hard for those results. Julio was very responsive and kept me updated the whole time. He was running a tad late in the morning but texted me well in advance to let me know. He was short handed that day as well and told me not to worry that he would get the job done anyways. The carpet cleaning did have to be continued the next day but that was ok. I in particular appreciated him staying in touch about his arrival time, and then giving me a good time estimate after the walk through and calling me an hour before completion so that I could do a walkthrough. He just canceled without even telling me. I had to find someone else last minute and they charged me so much because it became an emergency.
