Purchased a 2022 Honda HRV 2 months ago .. Henry (salesman) was very nice (he gets the 2 stars)…read moreeverything after leaves you wonder about this dealership ... I won't be returning to them ... I put $ 10,000 down .. almost half 1. Not informed of interest rate change. 2. Finance guy pushy on extra coverage .. I didn't want .. he continued. 3. Headlights needed to be replaced (should never been on lot like that) unsafe. 4. Service tech (Steve) replaced Headlights but forgot to replace the part above them .. when he did .. they were scoffed or scratched .. REALLY !! 5. After 6 weeks having the SUV .. doesn't start (only put 800 miles on it) got a jump start .. battery tested 246/600 .. I REPLACED .. THEY WOULDN'T REIMBURSE ME $ 237. (cost of a new battery). 6. Now I have discovered that I DON'T have a HONDA FOB .. plus they gave me only one BASIC FOB ... I like the SUV ... BUT I FEEL VERY CHEATED WITH THE DEALERSHIP .. Who has my 2 fobs ?? Missing cover in back for privacy .. This IS a CERTIFIED USED HONDA .. THEY COULD HAVE DONE BETTER .. GONE THE EXTRA MILE ... I believe it was ALL about money (profit) once you get past the salesman ... Henry was very nice. I don't recommend this DEALERSHIP .. HONDA of PORT RICHEY

Documented Malpractice: Inaccurate Titles, and Management Negligence…read more I purchased a 2023 Honda HRV in full (cash), and the post-sale experience has been a nightmare of documented negligence. If you are an out-of-state buyer, avoid this dealership. I have included 4 photos of official state logs and internal emails that prove the following: 1. The "Ghost Lien" & Title Fraud (Photo 1): Despite paying in full, the dealership incorrectly filed my Tennessee registration with a lien to American Honda Finance. As my redacted application shows, they assigned legal interest of my car to a bank, forcing me to pay out-of-pocket for title corrections at the Montgomery County Clerk's office. 2. Documented Delays (Photo 2): My official Clerk's log proves the dealership (and their agent, Greencastle Notary) didn't even deliver my paperwork until 04/09--nearly a month after my purchase. They sat on my $25,000 cash payment until my temporary tags were literally expiring. 3. Intentional Negligence (Photo 3): When I begged for help, Finance Manager Moe Ibrahim actually emailed me telling me to wait until ONE DAY before expiration to "take action." This "last-minute" mentality resulted in the rushed, fraudulent lien filing I am now fighting. 4. Shifting Blame (Photo 4): Even at the top, the excuses continue. General Manager Scott Long claimed the situation was "out of his control" due to other agencies, yet the "agencies" are only involved because his own team failed to file a clean title. Additional Failures: * Missing Certification: Sold as HondaTrue Certified, but I never received the 182-point checklist or CARFAX. * Privacy Breach: They sent my tracking data to a typo-filled, incorrect email address.I have an open case with Honda National Customer Relations and formal complaints filed with the Florida Bureau of Dealer Control and the TN Motor Vehicle Commission. Management: Do not reply with a generic "call us." Management has my correct contact information on file. Send the notarized Lien Release immediately. The lack of due diligence is so severe that I even found the previous owner's private insurance and registration documents still in the owner's manual. This dealership fails to protect both its former and current customers' private data.

Do NOT buy a vehicle from this business. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima on Saturday 9/13, had the…read morevehicle for ONE day, and on Sunday 9/14 the car broke down and I had to get it towed for a coolant leak, blown head gasket, no power steering fluid, broken radiator cap, exhaust gasket replacement and a new engine. This is over $4000 in repairs that Kyle Walker did not disclose when I asked if there were issues or major concerns with the vehicle that I should be aware of. Kyle assured me that the car was perfectly fine and that their mechanic assessed the car and determined there were no issues. My daughter was with me when they sold me this car, and they watched me leave with my 5-year old daughter knowing that the engine could blow at any time. I have attached the repair estimate for the Nissan Altima I purchased from this business that died after only 1 day of me driving it. The employees and owner here are NOT honest and only care about profits. Kyle Walker showed no empathy when I informed him immediately of the situation and that the vehicle had that damage prior to me purchasing it. The only thing Kyle said was that it was fine on the test drive and while they had the vehicle. As a consumer I would not know if there was a coolant leak and blown head gasket on a 5-10 minute test drive, and ALL of that damage would not randomly appear when I drove the car for less than two hours. I should not have ANY repairs when the seller said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that they had their own mechanic assess. After my initial conversation with Kyle, he did not return any of my calls over several days to get this resolved. I had to physically go there today on 18 September for them to tell me there is nothing they are willing to do. They use "as-is" and warranties as an excuse to cover their unfair business practices and showed absolutely no concern for me and my daughter, my situation, and they were dismissive of me and the entire situation. There recent reviews are for their customer service, NOT for the quality of the vehicles they sell. Look at their other negative reviews and see for yourself. Take your HARD-EARNED money to another business that is honest and not going to take advantage of you. If you care about the safety of yourself and your family I would reconsider doing business here.

Today Monday February 10th 2025 I went and talked to Cyle salesman at this dealership. Went there…read moreyesterday sign said open but entire parking lot was empty with all the vehicles open and unlocked. Was weird. Showed up ready to buy a vehicle but no one there. Called again today and told him I'll be there around 4:00 when I get off work. Showed up looking like a construction guy because I'm a contractor and I showed up in a work truck because two of my vehicles flooded during the flood. I showed up looked at the vehicle and asked to go on a test drive. They said no, they wanted a deposit or proof of funds. Never heard of such a thing in my entire life. They will not let you test drive a vehicle unless you show them the money in your hand.....? He was extremely rude about it, and wanted a deposit..... Never in the history of man has there been a deposit before a test drive. I used to sell cars for a living and I've been shopping for vehicles the last couple months and I've test drove a lot of vehicles. Never been to a car lot to where they didn't let you drive it fall in love with it and then want to buy it. It's kind of the whole purchase of the sale. I asked to talk to a supervisor he said I can do you one better The owner was there. I spoke to the owner and the same answer. I tried to keep my cool and it did not go well. Never met anybody that works for company that works so hard at not making money for the company. Extremely unbelievable I would never send anybody there. I went there because it's right near my house and my neighbor but a vehicle from them a few years ago. So I figured I'd give them a shot. Extremely unbelievable and unprofessional. Plus I noticed when I looked at a few of the vehicles, pretty much all of my looked at had issues. Which is understandable because all vehicles do have issues in different ways. Some are acceptable, but when you have a steady stream of water pouring out of a muffler and rear main seal on a transfer case is leaking. And power steering pump leaking and sway bar bushings are gone among other issues. Which is normal how to use car lot and that's why it's called haggling. They pick a price I go lower back and forth sales made. Still blows My mind I couldn't even get the test drive a vehicle I was serious about buying. These people actually work at not selling cars and pushing people away, unbelievable and I've been looking for a while and I was really liking the vehicle .

Prospective buyers and service customers should proceed with extreme caution. If I could give zero…read morestars, I absolutely would -- not only to Ken Ganley Kia New Port Richey, but also to the Ken Ganley Automotive Group. Based on my experience, this company showed a troubling lack of integrity, failed to stand behind its own service work, and demonstrated little meaningful commitment to customer satisfaction. Rather than taking responsibility or working toward a fair resolution, the company appeared to rely on misleading, self-serving legal excuses to avoid accountability. The result was an experience defined by poor communication, inadequate follow-through, and a complete unwillingness to honor reasonable expectations. My concerns were not handled with transparency, professionalism, or good faith. In my opinion, this was a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience, and I would strongly urge prospective buyers and anyone seeking maintenance service to consider other options before doing business with this company. Background: We purchased a 2024 Kia Niro EX that had been exclusively maintained by the New Port Richey dealership. The vehicle had only 5,798 miles on it. Importantly, at 5,797 miles -- just one mile earlier -- the Ken Ganley New Port Richey Service Department performed what became the vehicle's final oil change. Between carrier transport to the auction house and then to our doorstep, the vehicle accumulated only nine additional miles. We took the vehicle on its first drive, and just two miles later, at 5,808 miles, the engine seized. Put plainly: within 11 miles of the Ken Ganley New Port Richey oil change, the engine failed catastrophically. The facts as we understand them: The local Kia dealership determined that, during the last oil change, the oil drain plug had not been tightened securely. Over those mere 11 miles, the oil drained out, and our nearly new vehicle was suddenly facing a $14,000 engine replacement. Ken Ganley refused to take ownership. Instead, the company appeared to hide behind paper transactions and claims that "multiple entities" had control over the vehicle, rather than acknowledging the obvious sequence of events: the Ken Ganley New Port Richey technician failed to properly tighten the drain plug, the oil drained out, and the engine seized. The denials were appalling from start to finish -- from the New Port Richey Service Department to the General Manager and all the way up to the Ken Ganley Automotive Group's Director of Customer Relations. Maikel, the Service Manager, literally hung up on us within two minutes. Tim Jamil, the General Manager, heard us out but did nothing. Patrick O'Connor, Director of Customer Relations, came across as a polished smooth-talker: he thanked me for "the professional and polite way you presented your concern," offered to find me another car, and then dropped the matter like a hot potato. We have not heard from any of them since. Ultimately, we bought another car from a far more reputable source, and we could not be happier with that decision. This experience left us with the clear impression that Ken Ganley was more interested in deflection than accountability. I would not recommend this dealership or automotive group to anyone looking for honesty, competence, or responsible customer care.

My boyfriend and I had an awesome experience at this dealership. We were helped by Baja (Cristian)…read moreand Jaryd, both of whom handled our purchase, questions, and concerns with the utmost kindness and professionalism. This place was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships we visited previously, it was low pressure, and we left happy (and with a new car)! We can't thank them enough, and we are extremely appreciative to Maus for hiring the right people for the job.

It looks like dealership's reviews need some major updating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! (Both…read more sales AND service). While my wife and I were considering purchasing a Nissan, (and we were not in the market right at that moment), one salesman quickly became two, and the two then became THREE, all ganging up on me, all acting like they were my new best friends, saying "We really would like to see you in a new car.," flattering me and trying to charm me into giving them a yes, all while they were trying to pit me against my wife. A TOTAL TURNOFF. I don't need three people trying to convince me to make a purchase, especially threeA desperate sales people. (I say this from he point of view of having been in sales myself, so I knew their game.) But the service department was even worse. On two separate occasions, they attempted to bully her into getting additional, very expensive service that her car did not need. She was very suspicious because they were very pushy about it, so she took her care for a second opinion at Complete Automotive, a company that has a superior rating with Yelp and will not offer a service that a car does not need. They agreed that Maus was playing games with her. On another occasion, my wife wanted one thing done for service that only an authorized dealership would be able to do. I don't know exactly what was involved in it, but while doing their work, they came up with a list of numerous additional items that they said needed to be serviced, totalling around $6000. When she refused, the woman working with her became snide and pushy, and gave he an entire list of all that needed to be done, then insisted that my wife sign each item stating that she was refusing the service, WORSE, the woman told her that they would not return my wife's keys until she signed the papers. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! The commercials make the owner of this dealership look like the nice guy next door, but it all starts at the top. We noticed this type of behavior at BOTH of their stores, one in Brooksville the other in Pasco County. If he has true integrity (which I doubt), he would fire EVERYONE at his stores, from sales managers, to sales, to service managers and service workers and start from scratch. It would be great business decision and good for PR, but when has this dealership ever had integrity? STAY AWAY FROM MAUS!
