The…read moreseller couldn't do much to help load it by himself and I'm in no shape to help with something heavy such as that, so I did a project search on Yelp and found ISMoving. Right away they were really eager to help. They offered a few daytime time slots but the seller worked all day so when I told them it would best to scheduled after 5pm. No problem, they gave a scheduled appointment within two days in the same week for 530pm. Seller was agreeable and we all showed up at the right time. The seller had taken some of it apart but he'd not wanted to move the pieces without help. His home was gorgeous and very big. There were triple steps in and down to the space with the entertainment center. The garage, a straight shot out to the loading truck but it had two concerns, if it would fit through the garage door and if the path through the garage was wide enough to allow passage. (The garage was loaded with stuff so a narrow path existed but it would require careful footing) A quick assessment by ISMoving and they decided they could handle the stairs without problems. They were very careful with handling of each piece wrapping the glass pieces carefully with padding and with the aid of straps they picked up each piece and loaded everything in the truck. They made the move of each piece as if they were light as a feather. After the truck was loaded and everything strapped secured they made the quick trip to my house. I had moved things around and had nothing in the path through my garage and they were able to bring all but one piece through the garage. But they felt the center piece, which was more like a bottom of a hutch, would be better through the front. They were concerned about the ornate moldings and didn't want anything scraped. They moved a few items of furniture out of the way that would impede their path. And just like that I had all five pieces in my family room. They set about putting it all together and ensured everything was plugged in and lights working. They even moved my TV into the spot and offered to hook up my electronics like the cable box, the sound bar and the DVD player, but I needed to swap my cable box out for wireless and I thought it best to wait. These guys worked hard, careful and cautious with my newly purchased piece. They communicated with me about each pieced moved and with each other. I would recommend this company to get your moving job done! They are reliable, cautious and worked well as a team. Pricing is great as well. If I have desire to move things in the future I'm sure to keep them in mind!

Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks!
