Right away they were really eager to help. They offered a few daytime time slots but the seller worked all day so when I told them it would best to scheduled after 5pm. No problem, they gave a scheduled appointment within two days in the same week for 530pm. Seller was agreeable and we all showed up at the right time. The seller had taken some of it apart but he'd not wanted to move the pieces without help. His home was gorgeous and very big. There were triple steps in and down to the space with the entertainment center. The garage, a straight shot out to the loading truck but it had two concerns, if it would fit through the garage door and if the path through the garage was wide enough to allow passage. (The garage was loaded with stuff so a narrow path existed but it would require careful footing) A quick assessment by ISMoving and they decided they could handle the stairs without problems. They were very careful with handling of each piece wrapping the glass pieces carefully with padding and with the aid of straps they picked up each piece and loaded everything in the truck. They made the move of each piece as if they were light as a feather. After the truck was loaded and everything strapped secured they made the quick trip to my house. I had moved things around and had nothing in the path through my garage and they were able to bring all but one piece through the garage. But they felt the center piece, which was more like a bottom of a hutch, would be better through the front. They were concerned about the ornate moldings and didn't want anything scraped. They moved a few items of furniture out of the way that would impede their path. And just like that I had all five pieces in my family room. They set about putting it all together and ensured everything was plugged in and lights working. They even moved my TV into the spot and offered to hook up my electronics like the cable box, the sound bar and the DVD player, but I needed to swap my cable box out for wireless and I thought it best to wait. These guys worked hard, careful and cautious with my newly purchased piece. They communicated with me about each pieced moved and with each other. I would recommend this company to get your moving job done! They are reliable, cautious and worked well as a team. Pricing is great as well. If I have desire to move things in the future I'm sure to keep them in mind!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We moved from Las Vegas to South Carolina and did a ton of research on other…read moremoving companies before deciding on Eco Movers LV. Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! And thank you to Leury for having such an amazing team and system!

The company may be listed as a handyman service, but that label cannot contain the breadth of what they execute. Cross-country moving, heavy furniture relocation, artwork installation, lighting and electrical fixtures, wallpaper, fragile decorative objects, and complex wall systems all fall within the same operational vocabulary. The distinction becomes clearest when the work carries genuine consequence. A 100-pound painting suspended beneath a 12- to 15-foot ceiling is not a household errand; it is an exercise in load, height, anchoring, staging, and composure. Castle Labor arrived with scaffolding rather than improvisation. Six- to eight-foot porcelain vases, heavy enough to require strength and fragile enough to punish haste, were moved and placed without drama. Vänt panels, marketed as simple but unforgiving in practice, exposed the difference between ordinary installation and disciplined handling: two other handymen failed before Castle Labor aligned, latched, and completed the wall correctly. That breadth would mean little without temperament. The work is thorough, professional, and calm; the crew remains until the job is finished rather than until the clock becomes convenient. When a request falls outside their scope, they do not bluff. They refer well. Their pricing sits above cheaper alternatives, but the premium buys more than hours. It buys insurance, judgment, equipment, patience, and the quiet assurance that expensive, awkward, fragile, or technically fussy work will not be abandoned halfway between intention and completion. Castle Labor is an end-to-end domestic atelier: a service for people who expect a home to be handled with the same seriousness usually reserved for objects, spaces, and undertakings that are simply irreplaceable.

On the day of the move the team said they were going to call in a third person to assure the move went more swiftly. I recognize that this was not an easy move since I have antique furniture and was moving into a second floor apartment. They did have a supervisor come and check the team and their work. He also showed them more efficient ways to wrap furniture. In the end, it cost $1470 for 8 hours of labor which was more than twice what I anticipated. It was over 3 times the original estimate. As far as the work I am very satisfied. The movers were very professional and took great care of all of my household goods including the antique furniture. They were very careful and made sure that all furniture was placed exactly where I wanted. I would recommend this company but if you are tied to a certain budget, be sure to confirm the estimate and potential variance before the project begins.

Not a fan. The guys…read morewho came to help us move were great, but the people in the office were nothing but a headache. First and foremost, we had to get on a FaceTime call with the snakiest salesman I've ever dealt with. I'm talking used car lot snakey. He had us walk through our entire 4-bedroom house so he could give us a quote. Not only did he throw out some ridiculous number, but the second I said it was too expensive, he immediately dropped the price. That alone tells me the original quote wasn't real. It also made me think he's working on commission. Come to find out, after watching us walk through every single room of our house, he somehow wrote us down as a 1 bedroom, 1 office apartment. Because of that, they wildly understaffed our across state lines move. We had 3 movers and 1 truck to pack an entire 4- bedroom house, and only 2 movers to unpack it. Even the movers told us it should have been at least a 5 person, 2 truck job. To make matters worse, we had to rent another truck ourselves just to get everything moved, and we weren't reimbursed a dime. Then, to top it all off, management constantly called the movers while they were working, probably 5-10 times a day. They were so against paying overtime that they kept telling the crew to wrap it up if the job went over a certain number of hours. That forced the movers to rush, put things in the wrong rooms, skip work that was supposed to be included, and leave us with a job that wasn't finished the way it was promised. I don't leave many bad reviews, but I would quite literally never recommend this company to anyone I care about. The movers themselves were awesome and did everything they could. Management completely set them up to fail. We paid a premium price and got maybe 20% of what was promised.
