From my personal experience with them, I'd never hire them again nor recommend them to anyone. We confirmed the time the day before, but they still showed up almost an hour late. I paid for 3 guys to unload the truck, but the supervisor stood around smoking cigarettes and talking on his phone more than half the time. While the other two guys busted their asses. I paid for 3 guys for 4 hours, then after 4 hours they weren't done - so they charged me another $200 to keep unloading. They would have finished on time if the supervisor had been working like the other two. When I pay for 3 guys I expect 3 guys to work - not one to stand around. They also didn't bring any water on a day that was 107 outside. I don't mind giving someone water on a hot day - but it's super unprofessional to show up expecting me to provide it for you. And then telling me to put it in the freezer and go digging thru my refrigerator uninvited (like you live here) looking for the bottled water that I gave you, and blasting my wife with attitude when you can't find it. Bottom line - they won't get my recommendation. I'm sure you can find a better option to handle your move.

My items were packed into the truck quickly, efficiently, and with great care. My shelves and chests of drawers were plastic wrapped with plastic they brought, and cushioned with moving blankets for the trip. When we arrived at my new home, they were able to unload quickly and get everything placed in the room I requested. I was moving from one 2 story home to another, and they were able to bring items up and down stairs in both homes without any scuffs to the walls, leaving me no doubt that my items were in excellent hands. I had already packed the majority of my belongings, so the movers mainly handled the furniture, including disassembling and reassembling items I realize I'm posting this review several years after my move (2018), but I still think it's important to share my experience so others know what to watch out for. Warren's Moving handled my move from an approximately 1,800 sq. ft. apartment in Summerlin to my home in Las Vegas. The homes were only about a 7-minute drive apart. I had already packed the majority of my belongings, so the movers mainly handled the furniture, including disassembling and reassembling items such as beds. They did take care of all the loading and unloading. The move started around 7:15 a.m. and finished at approximately 3:30 p.m., and the total cost was just over $1,000. During the move, there was also a period when I was waiting for the truck to arrive at the new house. When I called, I was told the crew had stopped for lunch. While everyone deserves a lunch break, it was something I wasn't expecting during a move billed by the hour. The biggest issue was that one of my Restoration Hardware metal consoles was damaged. The metal mesh was bent during the move. I reported the damage within a couple of hours after the crew left. Unfortunately, I was told that because I had signed the paperwork at the end of the move, they would not provide compensation. My advice to anyone using this company is to take your time before signing the final paperwork. No matter how eager everyone is to finish the move, inspect every room and every piece of furniture carefully before signing. If you discover damage after you've signed, you may have difficulty resolving the issue. Based on my personal experience, I would not use Warren's Moving again. While the crew completed the physical move, I was disappointed by how my damage claim was handled, and that experience is the reason I cannot recommend the company.
