So i came back here reluctantly because my work gave me a full service coupon. Again, The check in guy was very condescending but you know i expected it he was the guy who checked me in last time. When I presented my coupon to the cashier Aiden she proceeded to berate me for not showing it to the other guy. How the heck was I supposed to know that??? Then a snarky attempt to educate me on how to do it "their way" next time. There will be no next time. It is not me. the customer's fault that your system is what it is. The same as last visit here their system is way more important to them than taking care of the Customer.. And Disappointed for sure. read more

This review is all about making things right. Me and the business. We have brought all our vehicles here since we moved to the Fig Garden area 20 years ago. But, I was not a happy camper after an oil change the other day. There was a puddle of oil on my garage floor a few days after I'd been there. I went back over to RCQL and it turned out the filter hadn't been completely tightened. They tightened it, but I envisioned a mess on the underside of my (new to me, low mileage) C6 Corvette. The hubby had oil drips on the garage floor, too, after his oil change a few weeks ago. They checked it out for him and it turned out oil had somehow gotten splashed on the cross member of his Tacoma. (So, no leaks, hooray). Anyway, fast forward to today. The owner called my hubby after reading about my displeasure voiced in a Yelp review. He offered to let the hubby view the underside of my car to make sure it was clean and oil free. It was! So I'm all happy again! (Ever work for and wait for something for a very long time? That's me and this car. lol.). A special thanks to Mike for reaching out to the hubby. (I would have just ended up taking it to a detail shop). The hubby got to see firsthand that everything was OK and to top it off, we received certificates for future visits to RCQL. Red Carpet Quick Lube - First oil change for my C6 - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Fresno, California

Had an interior detail done last week and although it was done very fast and in a timely manner the quality of service was extremely poor. First all my change was removed even inside center console drawer. The steam clean was done but sunflower seeds were still underneath my pax seat as well some damage was done to some vents and notebook/ phone holder that was permanently attached to the dash. 7/3/2024 Today I came to Red Carpet to have an oil service on my truck. As we all know Fresno this week is at minimum a 100 degrees. I was greeted from staff with an absolute positive attitude. From Fran, the lady in charge of welcoming me at the start to the speedy service and experienced technicians. It was such a positive experience I ran home and got my wife's vehicle and am currently in line. I advised Allen the manager, that his crew was doing a terrific job! Fran, Nathan, and of course Elijah in the pit. They are doing the Fresno community a tremendous service. I for one will share this with my family. This is truly a one stop shop! I went in for the express premium wash and got in and out very quickly. I give a 3 star because I pulled out with dirt still running down my door handles and door frames. The employees were very quick but unfortunately not efficient. I paid $17 for a 3/4 clean car. The good thing I suppose is they give you a coupon for your next wash within several days and it's only $10. Maybe I should have went right back through and it would have been clean but unfortunately I won't be going back. read more

I had such a great experience with at Red Carpet Quick Lube, I had to write about it. I went to the cashier, Patricia, who helped me with the order of things, oil change; smog and carwash. She was great! Then I was greeted by Leah. She guided me through the oil change process with knowledge and kindness; then there was Allen (or Alan). He did the oil change and kept me in the loop on each step. He had some recommendations and again knew his business and did it with a professional and friendly manner. I looked for an oil change near where I took my son's car for tire work and Red Carpet showed up and a car wash was indeed needed, plus my dad used to take his cars here, so perfect. Online info showed price as $53.99, but when I got there was charged $89.99 because I didn't have a coupon, plus more for extra oil needed. Lack of up-front pricing is irritating, but I was able to drive right up and the workers were friendly and I was given a ticket for a free car wash (it was raining), so now I know for the future. It was raining, so opted to pay for interior cleaning - $17.99 for the worst job ever. The guy asked if I saw anything that needed touching up and I said there were big spots on the windshield. He said that they only did the interior, and I said it was, so he went around to check and then said it was sticky and not something they were able to take care of. When I got back to the office, it only took a couple of minutes to clean the spots off the windshield and it was obvious the windshield had not been cleaned at all and the vacuum job was really bad on passenger side. Now the free car wash doesn't seem like a perk at all. read more

The issue was I was told to move my car over to number 5 for a smog another employee told me I needed move so I went back in line I was told to go to lane 5 in the meantime not only was I almost hit by another car another person got to before me. I passed I have my tags I will get my smog's elsewhere but let me say this I appreciate how you support local institutions but I just don't like the way the smog and car wash thing worked read more

Saturday, 9/7 , 1:30 PM, I had an oil change appointment. John provided exceptional service; he was knowledgeable and skilled during the process. It was a pleasure to encounter Frances, another familiar face, who is also an excellent employee. However, the cashier's poor demeanor was less than welcoming, no smile , greetings which detracted from an otherwise perfect experience. The manager, Michael, outstanding in his role clearly reflects on the employees also ! Thanks guys ! read more

Came by for a car wash and went up to see the cashier. Cashier was rude and didn't use basic customer service skills. Would recommend management to train their customer facing employees to show basic kindness to customers and not be rude and short with them if the customer has a basic question. I felt dumb and like I was not valued today. Would probably not come back because of this interaction. read more
