These guys are great! Their honest, I don't have a l,ot of miles and if I come too soon they inform me. Slot of places would just go ahead and charge you. Today I pulled in and said I Couldnt get my tire air gage to go off. Richard was patient checked all my tires and I wasn't running the right amount of air! He said drive a little bit if the light doesn't go off, its a sensor issue and you'll need to see a tire shop! How do you guys keep making things worse? I can tolerate the soliciting of unwanted coolant flush, air filters upgrades I don't need, etc. But in this case one of your workers left the oil cap opened and told me to rev my engine to 2k rpm. Then engine oil got everywhere. I had to tell him to clean it up. I doubt he would've cleaned it up if I hadn't told me. He offered a $15 dollar discount for messing up. But look at how well he cleaned it up. He half assed it. "Cleaned" it by doing a quick wipe. I should've talked to a manager about this but I was in a hurry. I'm DEFINITELY never coming back after this screw up. Time to go to jiffy lube or valvoline instant oil change. At least they don't make common sense screw ups like this. read more

Got here early on a Tuesday morning, so I was first in line. They opened the garage doors at 7:55 and ushered me in just before 8:00. By 8:19, I was pulling out of the garage. Service was speedy, but also professional and very friendly. The tech who worked on my car was very nice and didn't make me feel like he was rushing it. They even replaced my passenger-side cabin air filters, which had been in there for probably over a decade. When it was time to pay, I had a coupon which I got from their website, and he told me he had an even better promo code he could apply since I had to have two air filters changed. Overall it was a lot cheaper and faster than if I'd taken my car to my regular mechanic for an oil change. I will definitely come back here for oil changes in the future! read more

This is the oil changers I normally go to. Today they dropped the ball. I'm used to long waits because their service is normally very good. While waiting, there was me and another truck in line. When the car in front of me finished, they made me switch to the other lane so the truck in front of me could go. They got there first, so I understood. I wait another 30 minutes, more cars arrive. The truck finishes and they let a car who arrived after me go. I address this and was told, they have a family, and the wait has been forever, sorry. We're letting them go ahead. The car in front of you should leave soon. I asked to leave at that point. As I was leaving one of the technicians sarcastically shouted bye. I wont return to this station again. Very comfortable experience. Was able to bring my own oil and filter. Work was done below ground to drain the oil and then replace the filter. Once the tasks were completed below, the oil I brought was poured into my engine. The check list was completed and the results added to my bill. He has exceptional customer service. So professional, so sweet, so kind and very informative. Despite being busy with multiple cars back to back William remained calm and professional the entire time. Ive been in customer service and treating every customer like they are you're only one is a skill that not many possess. You can teach anyone to do an oil change but you can't teach people to have the exceptional customer service William provides. I've read other reviews with Williams name mentioned and clearly he's an asset and a person of value to your location and company. I can only hope that he's is being recognized for his professionalism and exceptional customer service. I needed to get the oil changed in my car and I need to find a place in Clovis California so I asked Yelp to navigate me to the nearest oil change place. I found these guys on yelp and boy was I impressed. First of all you get to sit in your car while oil is being changed. Not that is convenient! The customer service is off the charts. They gave me the diagnosis of all of my vehicles fluid levels and checked my tire pressure and cleaned my windshield before they wrapped everything up. Everybody was friendly with a smile. I took our Dodge Ram Diesel in for an oil change and needed to change the fuel filters as well. I feel pretty foolish for driving to the opposite side of town just to get an oil change here after my recent experience. Apparently, my tire became flat while getting an oil change. Despite a tire check/airing of tires being a part of the service that I paid for-my tires must not have been looked at. I know this because I drove all the way back home on the west side of Fresno on this flat tire. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until the following day and the tire was completely flat and had to put on the spare. I took it to a tire shop near by and they tell me since I drove on it flat-it broke the sensor(tells you when you need to air it). So they replace that and thankfully the tire itself was fine. I called oil changers to let them know they gave me bad service and the guy said he could give me a discount on the next oil change. I said no thanks I'd rather have a refund considering how bad the experience was. He said he had to ask his district manager and that he'd get back to me. He never did. read more
