This was my first time coming here and I brought my brand new car to get the AC refilled. I paid $480 for the service. Only two months later, my AC was blowing hot air again. I went back and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I paid to refill it again, but they offered a small discount. I asked if they checked for leaks before doing the refill, and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Then they told me I should go back to the dealership where I bought the car to fix the AC issue. I feel like this should have been checked before charging me almost $500. So i came to jiffy to get my battery and tires checked, i told the guy my issues and he just shuttled me to the side allowing other people in front of me after saying itd be 15 minutes til i would be checked out. after 30 minutes i was like ok they should come soon, then an hour i asked when id be checked out, heard nothing , then two i had to ask a new guy and he said i wasnt even on the list. 3 hours they finally check me out said nothing was wrong with my battery but i had a nail in my tire. i had to go inside at this point and that was another 30 minutes. lets just say im not coming back ever especially since they made me pay for the tire nail repair too. can go to les swab and get that stuff repaired for free. read more

First of all. FRANK your idea of hiring people needs to change. Went it for a n interview schedule for 2:00 pm mind you i have a internship for drug and alcholol where I counsel at risk and juvenile kids. I expressed this too him and he told me he's make it quick. Anyway got there early to leave a good impression. Walked in around 1:45pm dress nice hair done, I wait 25 minutes it's now 2:10. Maybe he didn't see me. I go outside find "Frank" and tell him "hi, I'm Izac I'm looking for Frank for an interview..." very polite, smiling. He replied, "okay I'll be there in a couple minutes." Okay so I go back inside, sit down, 25 minutes goes by it's now 2:35pm, I still need 10 minutes to get to my internship. I start feeling a little undermined and dismissed. I even think about leaving. But no that's not how I was raised. So I stay. It's now 2:50 and I'm agitated but I keep my cool. I know I'm going to be late to this very important internship. I am in charge of having individual counseling sessions court ordered by probation. The next employee I see which is about the 4th one to make eye contact with me and not ask or acknowledge my existence at the front counter. I get impatient and tell one of the technicians, "hey I've been waiting on frank for more than an hour, I got here early, can u please remind him. 5 minutes past. I'm already late for my internship. He finally walks in greets me. Tell me we will go over this quickly since I've already interviewed at another location which told me to come here for my second follow up interview. Interview is done and I feel I did great, Frank seems impressed with all my answers and eagerness to work. Later I found out by one of his employees that i won't be getting hired. In all my years of oil changes, this is the FIRST Jiffy Lube where everyone was friendly, laughing amongst co-workers, but yet providing EXCELLENT service. They were efficient and had a lot of cars in front of me and I was still out in less than an hour! At the end, they blew me away by showing me the oil stick showed FULL. 8:40 on 11/21/23 I pulled in and a serviceman immediately met me at me truck. I told him I'm here for an oil change. He tells me I have a 30/40 minute wait and asks for my keys. In I go to sit with the others LOL. Everyone is on their phones 8:55 BOOM they call my name and my truck is ready to start service. Or so they say. LOL This time around I was In and out and I don't mean the burger place. 30 minutes maybe, 40 the most. Quick service. Very polite. Even used an on line coupon which saved me some bucks. First time at this location. Stopped in on Monday 9am- they weren't busy started on oil change right away. Erik was the first to greet me. He asked if I was more comfortable in my car or if I'd prefer to wait in the lobby. I choose to stay in car. Miguel was next with checking me in- he was patient and answered the questions I had. He explained that JL covers first 5 liters of oil and my car needed 2 more and their charge was $12 for each addl liter. Jay was next with completing the oil change under the hood. He also noticed green caps on my tires and explained that means the tires are normally filled with nitrogen. This location doesn't have nitrogen just regular air so I chose to skip having tires filled. These guys had excellent customer service! I also heard the name John- I think he was the technician helping from below my car. Complimentary services- checked tire tread, washed windows, checked lights. Jay also reset my maintenance light. I was greeted by courtesy attendant (First name starts w X) Very friendly and escorted me to the lobby area. Offered me coffee or water and thanked me for my business. Fine for oil changes but do not get anything else done they recommend. I've been coming here for over 10 years. They said I needed front and back brakes. I went to Les Schwab who said my brakes are not even halfway through their life. Great way to screw long time clients. I had coolant leaking from some where in my car brought it on 03/22 they replaced hoses and filler neck. Fast forward to 10/28/22 I once again had a leak, I brought it in to see if it had anything to do with their prior work. Was told it was leaking from a hose they replaced, they were going to trim it since it was still under warranty. 10/29 wake up to see a even bigger leak then the day before. I took in was told it was a clamp that became loose....became loose or wasn't tighten enough from previous day or was that the problem the entire time, I will never know?! Either way they fixed it. Frustrating I had to come two days in a row for exact problem. 3 stars because Gabriel was actually great at providing customer service. Hands down, best oil change experience of my driving life. No up sells, no BS recommendations, I just asked for the signature oil change was helped right away. This is what I would expect from a good jiffy lube type establishment. Alex, being the wizard that he is, cleaned and vacuumed our car, washed the windshield (covered in bug corpses) and even adjusted the recommended mileage-before-oil-change on our account from 3000 to 5000 since we have a newer car. I'm heartbroken that I will probably never be at this jiffy lube again, as I am half way through a cross country road trip, but for anyone in the local area, this is the place to be. read more

Fast and efficient service. A good price for an oil change. I must admit I'm old school I still like to change my oil around the 3,000-mile mark. I did this for every vehicle I have ever owned and I never had any engine trouble. So a nice quick standard oil change is important to me and Jiffy Lube never fails. I am thoroughly impressed with the service that I received last night. First off I called 30 minutes before closing and they accommodated me willingly. They checked my tires, refilled my oil and washer fluid (which I was out of) and Even washed my windows then guided me out . Perhaps I just have bad luck, but the time I went here with my girlfriend's car they didn't call when the oil change was finished. I came back an hour and a half later assuming it had to be done by then. They also didn't clean the windows or anything (which is standard with any oil change). The next time I was going to take her car in I decided to call to see how their wait times were. The phone rang for roughly 3-4 minutes with no answer. I tried again and it rang for about 2 minutes and still no answer. (This is at 3pm). I honestly hate to be the first one to post under 5 stars, but my experiences were really disappointing. read more
