The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I took the day off work and brought my vehicle in first thing Saturday morning, only to be told they don't have a technician available until Monday. That information would have been helpful to know before I rearranged my schedule. At this point, it feels like the housing unit may have been over-tightened during the oil change and possibly cracked. When I got there I pulled up and Taylor approached me, and I then informed her I was needing an oil change. She stated to me that it would be about 15 minutes before she could get me in, she got me pulled in in 12 minutes. I then asked how long it would be and she stated 15 minutes.
