Buyer beware of this shady dealership in Lansing. I'm not fooled too often but they got me and now we have $3K in repairs that need to be done only a month after we took delivery of the vehicle. Do not be taken in by their confidence scam, I really thought we got a good deal and were treated well until we needed them and the warranty company to step up. Avoid GWC Warranty as well! That's all, no tears just major buyer remorse. Time to eat the cost and move on. Hopefully this steers even one would be buyer away from this terrible company!!!

Then, days later, got hit with a multi-thousand dollar third party charge for excess damage on old vehicle (which it did not have). Vehicle had never been in any accident, but even with me paying for an excessive wear and tear plan, it still cost me several thousands of dollars (almost a third of the total cost of the lease). No warning, no way to argue with the charge. Dealership just washed their hands of it and laughed at how badly they screwed me over. This is exactly what everyone fears when dealing with an auto lease. Thinking everything is good to go and then getting hit with a massive out of pocket hidden fee for absolutely nothing. It has made me detest my new vehicle and cannot wait to be done with this lease in a few years so I can never work with Ram again.

We walked out to the car and I told him that the person I spoke with they said it had a trailer hitch. We looked and it did not have the trailer hitch. I said I need a trailer hitch and all he said was I guess you're not buying the car. Nelson could care less about selling me a car and there were other people waiting at the dealership. Very disappointed in the dealership and beware of Nelson, he could care less.

However, that was not my experience at all. Instead of offering in-house financing as advertised, they ran my application through an outside lender (Credit Acceptance). On top of that, I was told I would need to put down $5,500 on a vehicle -- which completely defeats the purpose of working with a BHPH dealer in the first place. At no point upfront was it made clear that they rely on third-party financing or require such a large down payment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise flexible in-house financing to get customers in the door, then switch to traditional subprime lending with steep requirements. If you are specifically looking for a true Buy Here Pay Here dealership that works directly with customers on financing, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions before engaging with this business -- or considering other options entirely. Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
