I was really really excited to try her chopped cheese but she ignored me and was super nice to everybody else. I ended up having to leave with no food after standing there for nearly half an hour. I even asked once more if i could possibly order but i didnt want to be annoying or rude...she was quite busy but instead of writing down my order and getting to sit with my dad while i waited, i stood in line by myself and we never got food. It was somewhat busy in the store, but people were coming and going pretty fast, including people who had ordered before me. They very obviously prioritized their own delivery service over self pickup and doordash, as multiple delivery orders went out before they started on other customers sandwiches. I sat waiting, in a table in front of the counter, for a total of half an hour before I finally get up to ask about my food and one of the guys on the line just stared blankly at me and said something along the lines of "oh, I guess he didn't call your name." Apparently my order had been sitting behind the counter getting soggy for at least a few minutes. No apologies or any sort of compensation. I was almost late for class and the sandwich was mediocre at best after sitting out. Customer service has declined here and so has the quality. Freaky fast my a$$.
