Bus tracker. Loved having this and being able to check the times as we get near our destination.
    Stephanie S.

It's an affordable way to travel. The bus is clean and comfortable. What more could you want out of transportation? I will say that the Wi-Fi wasn't great but I loved having the bus tracker online. It tells you exactly when you will arrive and if there are any delays. It was a great experience using this company and I would most definitely use them again.

the pictures on their website are obviously for another bus line. this one sucks.

If I could give it negative stars I would. 1. Upon arrival at the Orlando Bus station on McCoy Road, I noticed there was at least 100 people inside and outside of the bus station building. It was a scene and It reminded me of what you might think of when you imagine a grayhound bus station. It was not organized or well kept at all. It was chaos. 2. My wife purchased a business class bus ticket (from Orlando to Ft Lauderdale, route 9009) which if you look at their website is supposed to have larger seats, a deep recline, working HVAC, working WiFi, working electrical outlets, etc. THE BUS SHE WAS ON HAD NONE OF THESE THINGS. It was basically an economy bus which they say is business class. 3. Actually I think they made the Business Class passengers get on the economy bus and the economy bus passengers get on the business class bus. The staff there, including the attendant, Waleshka ,was extremely rude and a bit clueless. You cannot reason with her. When a bus with big letters stated "Business Class" on the side of it pulls up she tells everyone this is the economy bus. Then when the red economy bus shows up, she tells everyone this is the business class bus. 4. We tried to talk some sense into her and the bus driver of the bus with the word "Business Class" printed on it ( he was a 30-year old latino male driver) both of them became combative with every one of the business class passengers that tried to ask questions. The bus driver was condescending. When I asked if this was the 1:05pm bus to Fort Lauderdale his response was "look at your watch". He had a smart ass response for every serious inquiry. It's like this company is run by a bunch of clowns. 5. From looking at the interior it is evident that the bus that my wife was told to get on was not business class. Waleshka lied or was so moronic that she couldn't tell the different. The seats were small, had very little recline, the A/C didn't work, the electrical outlets didn't work, etc. If that is business class, my uncle owns the statue of liberty. 6. We called the 877 - 733 - 0724 number provided at the front desk and calling that number leads to a lady that was equality has clueless about bus locations and time. This is one of the worse transportation experiences that we've had. I highly recommend you search for the several other bus services from Orlando to South Florida. Please do yourself a favor and try Coach USA or MegaBus or FlixBus or maybe even Grayhound may be better.

But if you like to ride on long trips sitting next to loud cursing, threats, and physical altercations this is the bus for you. Not to mention of the whole front end of the bus heard the loud couple arguing and mentioning how one of them was a pedophile. Children on the bus, yes. Oh and I almost forgot one of them was drunk. The gentleman kept getting up, fell several times, once on me, once halfway down the stairs. If you are unfortunate to read this post., I suggest you sit on the bottom level where the driver is closer to the front. I tried to get my money back and called several times but was unsuccessful. Customer service lady literally told me to call back.

I saw most companies charging at least $50 one way. Lyft and Uber were charging $60+ one way. I went on trip advisor and someone suggested this company. So I booked it. Booking process: I went online. Filled out the form as to arrival time, airline used, flight number, cruise ship name, etc. They emailed me back giving me all the details as to where to find them upon arrival into MCO, with clear pictures, and was instructed to reply to the email to complete the reservation. Which I did and then got a reply that the booking was complete. Airport arrival: We did exactly what the instructions stated and found a very friendly lady with a clipboard at the designated pick up spot. She checked us in. We paid $40 each in cash for the 2 of us and got a receipt. You can use a credit card too. We loaded our luggage into the vehicle and it was a 45 min ride to the port. The shuttle: Cloth, cozy seats, air conditioned, clean, ample aisle space, but not much leg room. It had about 25-30 seats. Arrival at the port: Communication was nil upon arrival. Everyone just got off the shuttle and went to get their luggage. But most of us were standing around unsure what to do next. It was our first cruise, we had no idea that there are guys that come and tag your luggage with your name and cabin number and then deliver it to your cabin. We also didn't know we had to go to that same area to look for Cortrans to go back to MCO when we get back from our cruise. I just wish the driver or the greeter said something. Regardless, we figured it out and went on our way. Leaving the port: We found a friendly gentleman with a Cortrans clipboard at the same area we initially got dropped off at. We checked in with him with our last name. Loaded up our luggage and went on our way to MCO. Before leaving, the driver introduced himself to everyone, I believe his name was Ahmed, and told us where exactly he'll be dropping us all off, where to go when we arrive into the airport, and what to do when we get there. He had us wait in the shuttle while he unloaded everyone's luggage. I appreciated that. THANK YOU Ahmed! Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. I would definitely use their transportation services again the next time I need to go to Port Canaveral.
