Took a ride on the Brightline and I have to say that this is wonderful way to travel to Miami or along the way to West Palm, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale or Aventura! It is extremely comfortable and they do offer a Premium service it's Brightline's first class travel where you are offered larger seats with extra leg room and access to the Premium lounge and complimentary food and drinks. Premium also offers priority check in and checked baggage drop off with one free standard checked bag. With the premium service you can book risk free knowing that your trip is 100 percent refundable via Brightline credits. Smart Travel is the basic travel and it's super nice being considered comfortable business class. Both of these include complimentary WiFi. Smart travel includes snacks and drinks available for purchase. Low hourly and daily rates for parking in the garages. We did the Smart travel and it was extremely comfortable ! Perhaps next time I'd like to experience the Premium travel just to compare the two. It was fun, fast and so much nicer than driving down to Miami and hassle free! Address: 10705 Jeff Fuqua Blvd Orlando Florida 32827 Station hours of operation: Mon - Sun: 4:30 AM - Last Train Departure Parking hours of operation: Daily: Open 24 hrs Wheel chair friendly *** Bathrooms wheelchair friendly *** WiFi complimentary service *** Website: gobrightline.com

I had my first Brightline experience and I loved it! The Orlando station in the Terminal C area is modern, sleek and very clean. I purchased a Premium fare to the Boca station. I love the special seating for Premium riders. It's a comfortable lounge with access to complimentary wine and beer and snacks that you can enjoy while you await the departure time for your train. The Premium part of the train is amazing. I took the 12:30 departure and you then receive two drinks (even cocktails!) and a very nice lunch. My lunch consisted of a chicken and roasted corn pasta salad, a small cucumber and feta salad and caramel cheesecake. (The other selection was an arugula and spinach salad with hummus and veggies, plus a mango cheesecake.) I thought the lunch was very good! There is plenty of room for your carryon luggage in the racks above the seats, the seats are roomy and very comfortable and the staff in this section is friendly and attentive. (Special shout out to Monet!) The only slight issue is the vehicle traffic into and out of the Brightline terminal area. There is only one lane in and one lane out and I experienced heavy traffic that morning entering the station. It took nearly 10 minutes to get from the turn off into the Brightline entrance to the terminal itself as it was bumper to bumper traffic all the way in. Overall though, a great way to get from Orlando to South Florida in a relaxing ride there!

This was our first time traveling on the Brightline. The Brightline Orlando Station facility is spacious, clean and easy to navigate. We did stop by the counter to print our tickets for the QR codes we needed for entry into the track terminal. Staff were friendly and helpful. I even noticed an Orlando Police Department Officer assisting travelers with scanning QR codes and directing others into the terminal. We were early so we had a seat in the waiting area that's located between the convenience/gift shop and Mary Mary bar. They were multiple seating options but limited amount of seats. It was recommended to us to get there early if we wanted to be able to sit while we wait. We chose a set of 4 large blue chairs with a table in the center. The seats were comfortable and the table provided us with space to have a snack before the trip. Our train was on time and we boarded as scheduled.

This station is conveniently located at the airport. It's pretty large and beautifully decorated. Apart from the premium lounge they also have a bar and a large sitting area to hang out in while you wait. The staff were great and overall it was a terrific experience.

My boys love taking this train. I always pick them up when they go visit their great grandma. They take it every once in a while. They tell me it's very clean and a nice ride. They told me the train looks very new. They even said the bathroom is nice. I will try to take it sometime soon and take pictures of the inside. Teenage boy clean and my clean may not be the same so we will see about that lol. I trust it isn't bad though as I have heard from others that it's nice also.

The Brightline train station in Orlando is similar to the one in Miami. More spacious, with long corridors that greet one stepping out of the elevators or escalators to the upper floor. At the desk, the friendly staff issues the ticket and one passes through security (bags are scanned). The trains have a clean, bright appearance. Seats are very comfortable. Meal service is brought to your seat, and they have a variety of offerings. I really enjoyed the trip to Miami from Orlando.

I heard so much about Orlando's new "bullet train," but I had yet to experience it. So, I decided on my travel this past week, that I'd take the train. This station is located in MCO's terminal C, a much slower paced and quieter section as compared to the rest of the airport. The aesthetics were very appealing, modern, and chic. I love how easy it was to get from the outside to check-in. It may have taken me 10 minutes at most to travel through the terminal and make it to the station. The ease of the process alone makes it such a great travel option! My only point of improvement is that there were no visible security detectors for people to walk through. This did make me ponder the overall safety and security of the train. Nevertheless, I felt comfortable and the train ride was so smooth. Onboarding the entire train took less than 20 mins and Off-boarding takes only 2 minutes per stop! The interior of the train was clean, spacious, and sleek. I'm very impressed by this station and the Brightline. 10 out of 10, totally recommend!!!!

Impressive. As a first timer on the brightline I went from Orlando to Aventura and had a seamless trip. It's like preparing for a flight with less stress. The premium class is worth it, the lounge was helpful for a coffee and snack that was much needed. The boarding process was smooth and spacious. Very organized. NY could learn a lot from the brightline! 100% can't wait for this line to expand.

This was my first time riding the Brightline to Ft. Lauderdale. I absolutely loved my experience. I arrived 10 minutes before boarding closed. That was still enough time to be dropped off, check-in, get through security, find my seat and be ready to go. The Orlando station is clean, well organized and staff is very friendly. I will definitely be using this service more often. If I could give feedback, I would recommend the App show what track the train will be arriving on. It's not hard in the Orlando station because it can only go south. It was a little nerve racking for a first timer returning from the Ft. Lauderdale station. Specially for someone like me with no sense of direction and 2 trains passing by minutes apart.

Whoa what a crazy Monday ! Orlando MCO was beyond pack with delays and cancelled flights that carried over to the brightline ! I'm so glad I booked my premier seat and packed my snacks because I can't remember ever seeing this south Florida evening train this pack . Service was amazing per usual and they got us boarded safely. This was my first time taking it all the way down to Miami so let's stay tuned for my Miami review !

Breakfast snack pack in the premium seat that includes a lavender scented towel, coffee cake, special K protein bar and Fiji water.

We took the Brightline from Orlando to West Palm Beach and back for the day in the premium seats. The seats were comfortable, food was good, staff were friendly and the ride was smooth. We would definitely do this again!! In premium seats, you have access to a separate premium lounge at the station which is a nice touch. The premium lounge though was packed in Orlando due to the amount of people traveling down to Aventura for the World Cup game in Miami so there was no seating available in the lounge. For the price of premium, you receive food and drinks on the train and in the lounge. If parking in Orlando Airport, you will want to try to park in Terminal C Garage which is only a 5 min walk to the train station. If unavailable, then you will be directed to a south surface parking lot where you will get on a free bus to transport you to Terminal C.

    Hello Orlando.
    Terri E.

Brightline trains are top notch and a nice break from the airport chaos or driving on a long road trip. The Orlando station is huge and located inside the Orlando Airport. You have to walk through the airport to get to the car rental area if you end up getting a car rental. Otherwise, I think you can walk outside of the train station and have your friends/family pick you up curbside. Don't take my word for it as we headed to car rentals when we had arrived. The Orlando station is a beautiful and spacious setting. More retail and food/drink options. Beautiful set up. If you get a chance to ride the Brightline, it's a really nice and luxurious experience! The train stations are all brand spanking new and so clean and modern. Easy to navigate too. You can find fairly inexpensive tickets from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando pending on the time you travel. I can snag $49 one way ticket to Orlando for super early times between 6-7am or random late afternoon times. Prices range from $49 up to $124 per person each way. If you think about it, it can be equivalent to flying but without the airport hassle. Travel time is similar to driving as you have to factor in all the stops along the way so travel to Orlando is about 3 hours for a direct train. There are three main category options: Smart Saver, Smart and Premium. For example, see below on pricing difference. Prices are different pending on travel destination and times. SMART SAVER - $49 per guest For travel between all stations * No seat selection * No modifications * Cancel for 10% Brightline credits SMART - $64 per guest For travel between all stations * Complimentary seat selection between South Florida and Orlando * Modify for fare difference only * Cancel for 100% Brightline credits up to 48 hours before departure or 50% thereafter PREMIUM- $124 per guest For travel between all stations * Complimentary seat selection * Modify for fare difference only * Cancel before your trip and receive 100% Brightline Credits in your account * Extra perks If you can make it happen and take the Brightline to save yourself the long drive and to avoid any traffic, Brightline is the way to go. It's so easy and the seats are super comfy with many options to choose from. They offer free Wi-Fi on board, food and drink options too. Service is great and this is definitely a convenient option for quick travel. Highly recommended if this is your jam!

The lady who checked us in was really nice and security was easy. They had a nice premium lounge. The train is so nice and smooth. Seats were very comfortable. You get lots of nice snacks, drinks and a really good meal in premium class. Jamal was absolutely amazing. He was so patient, kind and helpful. He has a wonderful personality and is excellent at this job. He was so patient and kind with the older woman in front of us. Great guy who should train others. It was easy to get your luggage in Ft Lauderdale. You don't come into the airport. There is a train station nearby. Easy to get a Lyft outside.
