The Brightline train in Orlando is located in a newer section of the Orlando airport. It's very easy to get dropped off and navigate. It's very quick and well run. It's so economical to travel by Brightline from Orlando area to South Florida to avoid traffic on the highways. The station has plenty of seating, snacks, available, and a bar area. A premium lounge is available for an upgrade. The Brightline is smooth, relaxing, and reliable. The seats are spacious with plenty of leg room and also for luggage or bags. So safe convenient, and very well organized. The station was clean and easy to navigate. The schedule was clearly displayed and ran efficiently. Overall, it makes traveling simple and stress free. I travel back and forth frequently from Boca to Orlando or vice versa. read more

We had our first train ride back in April. We parked at a local shuttle place off site and they took us to C terminal at MCO. We walked to the train terminal and found a line to get through security. We chose premium so that gave us access to the priority line through security. We took advantage of that. Staff were so friendly and informative. They led us to the premium lounge. Breakfast had just finished. They took away the scrambled eggs and Hashbrowns and left the pastries and oatmeal there. I thought they would bring more but they didn't. They had coffee and non alcoholic beverages as well as beer and wine. Seating was very limited but we found two spots. A lot of people were standing or circling around for seats. Someone left their phone in the seat near us and it kept ringing. Some nice people found it under the seat cushion and took it to security. I think they found the owner. There was a small TV but we busied ourselves on our phones. We were grateful we could charge the phone at our seat. Bathrooms are just outside the lounge. You need your QR code to get in and out of the lounge. An attendant came by to let us know that our train was delayed. When it arrived, they ushered us out and showed us where to go. The line to get downstairs was rather busy but we made it. We boarded the wrong car and had to move through the cars all the way to the front. That was my fault. I thought my seat number was the car number. Oops. In premium cabin 1, we had plenty of space for our luggage. We had a table with our seats. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks. Took a ride on the Brightline and I have to say that this is wonderful way to travel to Miami or along the way to West Palm, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale or Aventura! It is extremely comfortable and they do offer a Premium service it's Brightline's first class travel where you are offered larger seats with extra leg room and access to the Premium lounge and complimentary food and drinks. Premium also offers priority check in and checked baggage drop off with one free standard checked bag. I had my first Brightline experience and I loved it! The Orlando station in the Terminal C area is modern, sleek and very clean. I purchased a Premium fare to the Boca station. I love the special seating for Premium riders. It's a comfortable lounge with access to complimentary wine and beer and snacks that you can enjoy while you await the departure time for your train. The Premium part of the train is amazing. I took the 12:30 departure and you then receive two drinks (even cocktails!) and a very nice lunch. My lunch consisted of a chicken and roasted corn pasta salad, a small cucumber and feta salad and caramel cheesecake. (The other selection was an arugula and spinach salad with hummus and veggies, plus a mango cheesecake.) I thought the lunch was very good! There is plenty of room for your carryon luggage in the racks above the seats, the seats are roomy and very comfortable and the staff in this section is friendly and attentive. (Special shout out to Monet!) The only slight issue is the vehicle traffic into and out of the Brightline terminal area. There is only one lane in and one lane out and I experienced heavy traffic that morning entering the station. It took nearly 10 minutes to get from the turn off into the Brightline entrance to the terminal itself as it was bumper to bumper traffic all the way in. This was our first time traveling on the Brightline. The Brightline Orlando Station facility is spacious, clean and easy to navigate. We did stop by the counter to print our tickets for the QR codes we needed for entry into the track terminal. Staff were friendly and helpful. I even noticed an Orlando Police Department Officer assisting travelers with scanning QR codes and directing others into the terminal. We were early so we had a seat in the waiting area that's located between the convenience/gift shop and Mary Mary bar. They were multiple seating options but limited amount of seats. It was recommended to us to get there early if we wanted to be able to sit while we wait. We chose a set of 4 large blue chairs with a table in the center. The seats were comfortable and the table provided us with space to have a snack before the trip. Our train was on time and we boarded as scheduled. read more

My boys love taking this train. I always pick them up when they go visit their great grandma. They take it every once in a while. They tell me it's very clean and a nice ride. They told me the train looks very new. They even said the bathroom is nice. I will try to take it sometime soon and take pictures of the inside. I heard so much about Orlando's new "bullet train," but I had yet to experience it. So, I decided on my travel this past week, that I'd take the train. This station is located in MCO's terminal C, a much slower paced and quieter section as compared to the rest of the airport. The aesthetics were very appealing, modern, and chic. I love how easy it was to get from the outside to check-in. It may have taken me 10 minutes at most to travel through the terminal and make it to the station. The ease of the process alone makes it such a great travel option! My only point of improvement is that there were no visible security detectors for people to walk through. This did make me ponder the overall safety and security of the train. Nevertheless, I felt comfortable and the train ride was so smooth. Onboarding the entire train took less than 20 mins and Off-boarding takes only 2 minutes per stop! The interior of the train was clean, spacious, and sleek. We took the Brightline from Orlando to West Palm Beach and back for the day in the premium seats. The seats were comfortable, food was good, staff were friendly and the ride was smooth. We would definitely do this again!! In premium seats, you have access to a separate premium lounge at the station which is a nice touch. The premium lounge though was packed in Orlando due to the amount of people traveling down to Aventura for the World Cup game in Miami so there was no seating available in the lounge. For the price of premium, you receive food and drinks on the train and in the lounge. If parking in Orlando Airport, you will want to try to park in Terminal C Garage which is only a 5 min walk to the train station. Brightline trains are top notch and a nice break from the airport chaos or driving on a long road trip. The Orlando station is huge and located inside the Orlando Airport. You have to walk through the airport to get to the car rental area if you end up getting a car rental. Otherwise, I think you can walk outside of the train station and have your friends/family pick you up curbside. Don't take my word for it as we headed to car rentals when we had arrived. The Orlando station is a beautiful and spacious setting. More retail and food/drink options. Beautiful set up. If you get a chance to ride the Brightline, it's a really nice and luxurious experience! The train stations are all brand spanking new and so clean and modern. Easy to navigate too. You can find fairly inexpensive tickets from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando pending on the time you travel. I can snag $49 one way ticket to Orlando for super early times between 6-7am or random late afternoon times. Prices range from $49 up to $124 per person each way. Of the Aventura and Orlando stations this Orlando location is by far superior. My main complaint was that there needs to be an attendant on the tracks as several wonderfully smart people decided to group up and block the escalator entirely. I don't know why they chose to wait for their massive group at the tracks and block every single person getting off the train, but they should have been asked to go up the escalator to wait as it was fire hazard. That being said, this station was incredibly easy to navigate once you made it upstairs and additionally had a comfortable outside seating area for rideshare. I do have the same complaint that they need to list the track that's boarding on the screens and not over the loud speaker, but this location seemed built for crowds, whereas the Aventura station just seemed poorly designed. All in all, I don't plan to take Brightline again, but I do think this is one of the better station set ups they have. read more

Just had my first experience riding the Brightline to Miami and WOW! Now I don't want to travel any other way. I was taking a quick solo trip to South Florida to visit a friend, and I'm so glad I opted to take the train instead of driving. When I first heard that the train station was going to be located at the airport, I'll admit that I was not thrilled. I thought it would require a lot of hassle, but everything was so easy and smooth. The Brightline has its own separate drop-off/pick-up area located at the new Terminal C, and it was not congested at all. Your train ticket is in the app on your phone, so you simply scan it and walk through the gates. There is a quick security check point but you just run your baggage through the conveyor (no removing your shoes)... easy peasy. You can bring 2 carry-on bags on board with you for free. They also have a luggage check option. Once you enter the station, there is a bar and shop selling concessions, coffee, snacks, etc. I had an early morning trip, so coffee it was! You can also order hot breakfast and other meals throughout the day at the bar. I chose the cheaper SMART fare for the ride down to Miami and then selected the Premium option for my return. They both were super clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. I was able to get so much work done in that 3.5 hour ride -- I've never felt more productive, haha. I had heard from friends beforehand that the wifi doesn't always work well, but luckily I did not encounter any issues. I enjoyed getting to experience the premium ride on the way back. This includes access to the Premium lounge at the station beforehand, so I only got to check out the lounge in the Miami station - not Orlando. There is a buffet, beverages (including beer & wine), and more comfortable lounge seating. On the train, you get served lunch and two beverages (including alcohol) so I treated myself to a mimosa. They also have single seats in the premium coaches, so you have more privacy and don't have to worry about anyone sitting next to you. There is definitely a significant price difference between the SMART fare and Premium, so I don't think I'd do it every time, but I did really enjoy it. With the rising gas prices, the cost of riding the train vs driving is probably comparable. The only negative is that you don't have a vehicle once you arrive at your destination, so if you have to uber/lyft everywhere, that definitely increases the overall cost of your trip. read more

The Brightline station has a beautiful white and gold entry with plenty of parking. The station itself is very spacious and has clean, modernized restrooms. My friend and I decided to take a day trip for the holiday and our mode of transportation was the Brightline Train. A few lessons learned, purchase tickets together, wait for boarding directions via announcements, and prepare for a long walk to your coach. Otherwise, it's great! We are taking an inaugural trip for the line called the Freedom Express Train, had service people, and an Olympic runner for the kickoff! From the Brightline website: "Brightline unveils a commemorative Freedom Express train, in partnership with America250, which features 10 moments in United States history. The 10-coach Freedom Express train set celebrates the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the nationwide America250 commemoration taking place in 2026." Okay, good to know. I had a chance to use the onboard Dyson restroom. Talk about sleek and the amenity of having the water dispenser and hand dryer in one spot, the sink was a new thing! There are large cartoons to assist with the use of the combo. The interior had plenty of room too! Wow! It was a great experience and the friendly staff were incredibly helpful. They could see the "lost looks" and come to provide guidance. We found that many riders were first-timers and were impressed as well. Be aware that the ride is a little pricey; however the speed and comfort are worth the price. Note, the train car seats appear and feel very well used making them a bit uncomfortable. I really had a great experience at the Brightline Orlando station. I was late to my original train and they were nice enough to reschedule me on the next train free of cost. The lounge area was clean and had lots of places to charge your phone and devices I ate a bacon egg and cheese bagel at Mari and it was good and fresh. The bread the bagel was very soft but not soggy. The beacon was good not the best one I've had but decent for a station. The trains are punctual. The staff in the train are very polite. I've taken the Brightline between Miami and Orlando a handful of times, and the process of is always so easy. I never check luggage, so I can't speak on that experience. But purchasing a ticket, scanning on, and going through security is always smooth. Being attached to MCO makes things so easy. The station itself is clean, there are clear announcements and clear signage. The train terminal itself is small and seating is limited, especially compared to the station in Miami. I got a deal on a Premium ticket once, and the Premium lounge is quite nice with free hot food, snacks and beverages that you help yourself to. Though there weren't any vegetarian options for food in the lounge, there was one on the train itself. In the regular lounge, there is a bar towards the back and a small convenience store after you clear security which is card only. I am a big fan of brightline and when the price is allowable I love their premium experience. The lounge access is great before your ride and the complimentary snacks/meal and drinks on board aren't bad either. The Orlando station is conveniently located in MCO terminal 3 which is great if connecting to catch a flight. To get to any theme parks areas you will need to uber and its a 30 min drive with no traffic and approx $35 each way. This review is specifc to the Orlando premium lounge. Prior have been to premium lounge in Miami, ft lauderdale and Boca. Some are bigger with hot food options and some have more simpler options like sandwiches and wraps. The Orlando lounge is one of the bigger lounges. I arrived around 1045 and they were cleaning up breakfast items and just put out lunch items. Available were 3 flavors of boneless chicken nuggets, hummus, macaroni salad, cheese and crackers. There were also cookies and brownies for dessert. They had a make your own fancy coffee machine, a serve yourself flavored carbonated water, a cooler with sodas, and a serve yourself draft wine and beer. A few things I noted: The cooler was fairly empty. Several shelves were empty and never restocked. They didn't have any bottled water which I have always seen at other lounges. None of the charging ports were working. I tried about 10 of them and they were all broken and non functioning. Overall it was OK. I really needed to charge my phone so it was very frustrating that so many of the ports were non functioning. If the price is right I will do premium out of MCO again but I will make sure my phone is fully charged and I have a bottle of water with me. read more

I was making a weekend trip to Orlando and then to Jacksonville. To avoid putting miles in my car i decided to take the Brightline and I'm glad U did. Very convenient process and location. I see why people take it to go to the amusement parks or to fly out of the Orlando airport because it drops you off right there. I bought premium service from Orlando to Aventura. Easy drop off at the station. You have to pay for parking if you don't get dropped off. Station is clean and well organized. Could not check my giant luggage because I am getting off in Aventura and there is no luggage off there I guess so I had to lug it through the station and left it up onto the belt to go through security. Hated that but it did state that there was no luggage checked through Aventura so I guess I cant complain. Got to the premium lounge and as I was early there was plenty of seating but it filled up quickly with hardly any seating available shortly before boarding. There was beer and wine,soda coffee and water available for no charge. Also breakfast items such as mini muffins, Danish, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles, pancakes and fresh fruit were available. As I was getting ready to board they were bringing out some lunch items. I only saw chicken nuggets and some candy but Im sure there were other items. Boarding was easy with premium because you get priority while there is a huge long line for everyone else. Seats are comfy and the train is clean. Wifi is on and off so that's kind of a pain if you need it for work. The literature says that all food and drinks are complimentary but there are only 2 options for "lunch" but they have lots of snacks available like chips and candy and hummus. They come around with the carts like on an airplane. The food was ok. The drinks were good, including alcoholic beverages. The ride was smooth and the attendants were helpful and personable. I would definitely do it again but not necessarily premium. The experience was good but honestly you could bring your own snacks and drinks, sit in coach and be just as happy for almost half the price. I was very nervous for doing the Brightline for the first time. My ride was from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale and I had gotten the premium class tickets. From purchasing the tickets online I was able to select the times and seats smoothly. I had the time to read through everything and it was explained well. Purchased the tickets and was set for the trip. went to the station and was checked like usual for security reasons. They had a seperate lobby for premium members. They had food, drinks, charging stations and seating areas. When entering train my seat was clean and was close to the bathroom which was great! I was checked up on everytime and even for the menu. The attendant explained everything thoroughly and I enjoyed the drinks( liquor ) . The food was decent and was able to see the beautiful views. I would say I would take the Brightline way more times than driving. Especially the premium tickets!!! read more

I love using the brightline now, it's so convenient, the ride is super peaceful, I actually go on the premium lounge all the time and I would say it's so convenient, they have food available, they vary non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, the lounge is very clean and the staff is always very friendly, the only thing I would say is that the kids play area is outside the premium lounge so they should have one inside, also the bathrooms are outside, but they are super clean. I loved it and would definitely use it more often. read more

First time Brightline user and overall, I am impressed. I did a round-trip fair from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando and everything was seamless. From parking, boarding, and even getting ground transportation afterwards. Very easy and straightforward. Both trains were also on time, comfortable, and very clean. Clean, well organized, easier than airport travel. Good at Mary Mary's was really good and served quickly. Slightly less expensive than the train food, but still pricey. I had a embanadas, hubby had chicken fingers, mouth better than expected. Bartender was very friendly. read more

Comfortable train, clean, nice restroom, I cannot believe the lovely large Orlando station with clear signage and tons of employees ready to assist. I'm currently riding in one of the premium cars on the Brightline as I type this review. It is so incredibly convenient, no matter which part of S Florida you're traveling to. As a few others mentioned, you just walk into the Brightline section of Terminal C at MCO and take the elevator to level 5. After going through security for 3 minutes, boom you're in the station. Really, you only need to arrive about 20 minutes ahead of departure time. But definitely get there earlier if you want to take advantage of all premium has to offer as there is a lounge with food and drinks. read more

I am extremely disappointed by my experience today at the Orlando station!!!!! I have been riding Brightline regularly for approximately four years while attending college, traveling 2-3 times almost every month. I've always chosen Brightline because I trusted the service. Today, passengers with valid tickets were not allowed to board. Instead of canceling or refunding the affected tickets, everyone was told they would have to purchase tickets for the next train. Because of this, I was forced to pay an additional $170 out of pocket just to continue my trip, with no refund offered for my original ticket. This situation was handled very poorly. Passengers should not be financially penalized for an issue that was beyond their control. If Brightline is unable to accommodate ticketed passengers, the appropriate solution is to provide refunds or rebook passengers at no additional cost--not require them to pay significantly higher last-minute fares. As someone who has been a loyal customer for years, I find this unacceptable. I respectfully request a full refund or reimbursement for the additional $170 I was forced to spend due to this situation. I also hope Brightline reviews its policies so other passengers do not experience the same treatment. I look forward to your prompt response. read more
