This was my first time at the Red Door Escape Room, but it won't be my last. They share a parking lot, so get there before your appointment time, so you are not late. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately, and because we had completed our wavier form online, it made our process seamless. I appreciated that they had a riddle, and if you got it right, you got an additional clue. Our group of 4 was celebrating a birthday, so they gave an additional clue. We also mentioned following them on social media, and we got another clue. We did the casino room, which was a lot of fun. With all of our clues, we solved it right..... no, but only because we over thought certain parts. The host walked us through what we missed and explained that this is a family business, and they make sure that parts of the room can be completed by any age participants. They also mention that if you do all the rooms, you will see a correlation. Can't wait to go back to do another room! read more

Staff was great. Didn't waste too much of our time with pre-game videos and stuff. Room was in excellent condition - I've seen too many rickety ones. Clues all made sense, never ran into impossible-to-figure-out-without-a-clue scenarios like you do at some escape rooms. We did use a few clues, but after the fact felt stupid because the thing was sitting right in front of us. Still undefeated! read more

I recommend requesting Alfredo to be your puzzlemaster. As someone who really likes escape rooms, I can't recommend the Time Machine room enough! It was something I've never experienced before, (and I've gone to 6+ escape rooms), and the emphasis on communication was noticeable. I would recommend this room to the competitive groups as well, since this room is novel. In regards to the facilities, they had policies to keep everyone safe, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. I went during Halloween season, so they had nice decorations put up. read more

I came here with friends and did their 30 minute room. The longer experiences needed at least 4 people, and we were a party of 3. Checking in was a breeze and everyone was friendly. The challenge we did, was a one room, who done it. We were at a crime scene and had to look for clues to uncover the killer. It was fun and that half an hour goes by FAST. We enjoyed ourselves and it was a fun something different to try. It is located in Montgomery Plaza, and parking on a weeknight was available and convenient. read more

Booked 2 rooms for a group for my birthday party and it was a great experience! Booking was easy, staff was friendly and Time Machine was challenging but so fun and we still escaped in the nick of time. What an awesome experience! We had a party of 4. We did the VR The Lost Pyramid, VR Beyond Medusa's Gate and The Time Machine rooms. All were really fun! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our Game Masters Michelle and Chris were superb! They were very nice. During the Time Machine, Michelle gave hints as we needed and suggested certain things. We were told The Time Machine episode was the hardest. They were able to move our time to a little earlier since the room was available. We will definitely be back for more episodes. The facility was clean and the props were well done. Everything worked as it should. Don't forget to sign up for the Loyalty Club as there are discounts for each visit. read more

This was an awesome experience! I have been to this escape room before but never an experience like this! We were running a little bit behind and called the escape room to make sure we didn't lose our spot. From the beginning Bre answered the phone politely and let us know we have a 10 min window. We made it on time! YAY! Bre informed us about the waivers that we were able to sign quickly and we guessed the Riddle of the week! She ended up being our game master and explained the objective for the people that hadn't done it before. We laughed and had an amazing time figuring out the puzzles inside the game room. We almost got out and Bre then came in and let us know how close we were to completing it. We had an amazing time and made great memories! Thank you Bre for everything! read more

Overall, I've had an outstanding experience at Red Door. We have been well taken care of by our sales rep Jeff Dunn and his entire team. The staff is very friendly, fun and attentive. We appreciate their enthusiasm for the game and their energy made us come back a second time! We even had a slight SNAFU during our second visit that prevented us from completing our room. However, the staff was quick to respond and credited us another visit. Customer service like that means the world to me and my entire group was very impressed and appreciative. We will definitely be going back again. This is a great location, lots to do and is great for people visiting family/friends in town. Tara gave us the best experience! We did both VR experiences, and the second experience was ALL thanks to her for really making us feel like family. The entire staff was very accommodating, helpful, and maintained a positive and professional attitude despite the large amount of groups that flooded their doors. Huge kudos to the team last night. Wow!!! Just Wow! My family has done escape rooms around the world and the theming and experience of Time Machine was magic! The puzzles are multi-linear, so there was always something for everyone to work on, and the multi-room puzzles required top tier communication. There were many types of puzzles and it took our entire group to get through. Bring your A game to this room! We made it out before we were toast! read more

10/10 would recommend. The girl with the blue hair in the front (didn't get her name) was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Our game instructor Jake (Mr.Boswell as we called him) was funny and set us up for a good experience. On my experience with the staff alone I would go back in comparison to the last Escape room I tried elsewhere. We did the "Last Stop" episode and it was a murder mystery at a train platform. (We won lol) It was super fun and detailed. The whole story made sense and the room wasn't "cheesy" as I've seen in other companies escape rooms. RedRoom was organized, friendly, exciting, & reasonable in price. read more

My family of 8 women, aged 39-82, booked "Catch Me If You Can." Unfortunately, they did not inform us that there would be others that would join us during our escape room experience. When we showed up at our appointed time there were 4 girls (about 10-12 years old) who were also there for the same experience. This particular room was actually two rooms--identical, and it was about which team could escape first. So, my family (who thought they would be divided into two equal teams) were required to split into 6 and 2. So two of my adult siblings had to go with the group of 10-12 year old girls. This created a lot of unpleasant feelings for all participating. The lady who booked us the previous day should have told us this upfront. BE AWARE!!!! read more

We did a virtual reality room. It was AWSOME!!! We have done a few different escape rooms and wanted to try something new. It was so realistic and so much fun! Jake helped us and gave us a few hints, even encouraged me when my fear of heights kicked in! It was a great experience! I highly recommend the Ft Worth location and Jake.
