They spotted the problem -- a hose had come loose and all our transmission fluid bled out. Apparently the hose had been a patch fix to replace a sturdier metal part. We needed the car and were heading out of town (in Memphis just for a short visit), so Cagle repaired the hose and let us know how to make a more long-term repair later when we had the time. We lucked out on timing -- they were able to look at and repair the part first thing in the morning and had other customers calling for availability all while we were there. But they got us in and out faster than I've ever seen any other car repair. From breakdown to driving out of the garage, we were done in less than three hours.
