I Was looking for a limo to fit 14 people for a wedding within 7 days of the date. Called almost every limo company and no one had an stretch Suv limo to fit 14. Every single of them tried to sell me a sprinter van to fit all 14 people. I was refereed to Ray by one of his colleagues in the business. Gave him a call and he had a beautiful white stretched Yukon to fit up to 18 just how the bride wanted it. His price was also from 300-500 cheaper than the rest and a gratuity fee was not forced into the price which I liked (I did give a 10% tip either way). I was a bit concerned about the look of the limo due to the specific requests made by the bride so I asked Ray if he could send me a few pics of it and he happily (unlike the other companies who would just refer me to their website) agreed and texted them to me right away. I was unsure of the stripe on the limo since is not completely white but it sure goes with it. It looks way better in person than in pictures. Ray was also the driver. Very professional, friendly, and he was also on time. 10 min before to be precise. So if you want a personal service not a company like treatment Red eye limo is the place to go for your limo needs.. I was amazed by the level of service I received. My driver's name was Brian and he was excellent. I was able to change my pick up location last minute, and Brian was still early and very polite . Limo was clean, had an auxiliary cable so we could play music and there were even complementary beverages, which was a pleasant surprise. The drive was smooth and we could have not asked for more. Excellent service and customer care. Last time we rode with them, we needed to catch a 6:50 AM flight out of SFO. We live in Castro Valley. The requested pick-up time was 4:30. The driver was late because his GPS directed him incorrectly. We got picked up at 5:00 AM and the driver told us it was complementary because he was late.
