I was told I would have to wait a couple minutes for my pictures to be pulled up and then I was told I might have to wait 2 hours! We took our pictures around 11:30 a.m. and we I went to view my pictures it was 1:30 p.m. Technically I waited 2 hours already. The only way we could get my whole family in the picture is if the photographers took our picture. They would not take a picture on our cell phones so we forced to buy their pictures which weren't available to me. So disappointed because the last time I came to this event, this exact situation happened to me. I have already emailed JED Photography and they have done absolutely nothing for me.

Our longtime family photographer was not available, and so we scoured the local area for one for this occasion. My family is a bit selective on photography, and we heavily screen online portfolios before following up with anyone. I liked what we saw on J&S's website. Jess came to my house and was fantastic to work with, especially with little kids. She has a great personality, and has an engaging manner with little kids (a lot of experience photographing little kids). it was nice to visit her studio to review the proofs with her. I found the photo packages very reasonable with respect to the local competition, and the quality was exactly what I was looking for - natural, minimal post-processing (i.e. not a lot of fancy effects). She was great to talk to in advance of the shoot, and very clear and easy to communicate with afterwards, with everything delivered in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I sent them to a friend who had already booked her own newborn photo shoot and she said she regretted putting down a deposit with another photographer because she loved Nicole's style! We don't take a lot of photos and are pretty camera-shy, but Nicole was very helpful and gently guided us on what to do and made us feel free to try out different things. She was very gracious during our session and even went a little over time because we had to feed the baby in the middle of it. Photos came back within two weeks and we're very happy with them.
