It has Starlink for Wi-Fi, although I could only get it periodically. It's possible inside my camper was shielded too much. I had full hook ups, and the rate was outstanding. Mike was very accommodating and greeted me the night I arrived, albeit just in time before he was closing up for the night. The visitors were all very nice and it is super conveniently located. And there's a great little Thai restaurant not far from there you should check out called Boonchoo. The trash got very full while I was there though, and it was hard to find a place to put it. I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. I would definitely stay again

Initially, we were trying to get into Davidson River campground, but of course the reservations were all booked and we couldn't find a spot. Instead, we looked in the area online and found this place, and I'm glad we did. The location is convenient to all of Brevard and the Pisgah forest, a quick 5 minute drive from anywhere in town. We stayed on site 6, which was in the far corner and it was awesome. There was a grassy area right behind which the kids played on and enjoyed, and there were really thoughtful amenities throughout the campground including a bike maintenance station, a welcome center with complimentary goodies, a nice dog park and community firepit and garden. I think all the sites are full hookup, which was a nice convenience compared to the other option. We also had super strong WiFi in the camper. I was able to work and have video calls with not a single issue. It was the best Wifi we have ever had at a campground. When we arrived, the site host stopped by to say hi and introduce herself. We also had some small maintenance to do on our camper, which she made sure she gave us all the information for service centers in the area, and offered to see if they had any tools we may be missing. This is certainly a super thoughtful and amazing place, surely worth a stop next time you're wanting to visit Brevard!

Some were so old and wide and all were very tall. At the end of the campground are six covered wagons that you can sleep in. They have their own pretty area and bathhouse. At the top of the little hill is the pool, laundry room and an open social area. They have ping pong, games and places to sit. We already plan to come back for Thanksgiving! I am very excited to spend the holiday at the beautiful KOA at Travelers Rest.

The creekside lots are my favorites. It is located very close to Lake Toxaway. The owners themselves manage the campgrounds and they are both delightful. Well again I always hate spilling the beans but if you don't love this quaint campground you need to sell your RV.
