Bikram is one of those things that I pick up whenever I'm close enough to a studio, but end up doing very intermittently because there just aren't that many studios near me usually. This studio is one of the better ones that I've been to, and I'm really enjoying working through my new student month. A few things that I most enjoy: 1. Instructor variety. I had Tina and David as my instructors for my first few classes, and I like how each instructor has their own take on the class and adds variety while remaining within the traditional Bikram format. 2. Clean, modern studio. The heat is evenly distributed, the floors are clean, hygienic laminate wood (I never take the floor for granted. A studio near my hometown uses carpet...carpet in a Bikram studio...just let that sink in for a moment.) There are showers available with a hairdryer if needed, and the facilities are all spotless. This is one of the most important factors for me. 3. Nice range of packages for people who may need different things--a very affordable new student month, high school and college packages, different class packages, etc. This is essential to making Bikram accessible to people and I appreciate it very much. The location is convenient and there is always plenty of parking. I leave feeling great and fully worked out. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kielbasa pays attention, listens, and through his careful analysis of my description of what I'm going through, he has twice now hit the nail on the head and has gotten me on the right track and has ultimately relieved my pain! The first time I saw him, approximately a year ago, he was the one who correctly pinpointed a massive disc issue in my neck. Rather than adjusting or trying to correct it through traditional chiropractic means, Dr. Kielbasa gave me good care and advocated that I go to the next step (which ultimately resulted in a very successful surgery - again then pain free). When this massage location says therapeutic massage, they aren't kidding. If you are looking for…read morejust a soothing relaxing gentle massage to relieve stress, this may not be your best bet. As somebody who gets deep tissue and Therapeutic Massage on a regular basis, my massage therapist was tough for even me. There are two therapists working out of this location, each of them have their own schedules, and booking can be difficult. With that said, the massage therapist know what they are doing. I walked out of there feeling better than I have in a long time. My other half who doesn't normally have deep tissue work, was sore for a few days. He explained to me that he did ask for pressure to be lightened, but it wasn't measurably changed. My therapist mentioned to me multiple times during the massage that she commonly gets this complaint from reviewers that she uses too much pressure, and people don't really realize that therapeutic massage is not a Swedish relaxation, and she seemed to be very annoyed about it. It surprises me that someone who is aware of this as a common complaint, would not very her style and pressure to meet her clients requests. If I had one main concern, it would be that my massage did not take time to warm up my muscles first, she dug right in and it was very difficult to relaxed enough for her to work the knots out of my muscles that way. Even when compared to other deep-tissue experiences, that is not a positive in my book. But, as I said, I walked away with much less pain and that was a fantastic benefit. My words of advice would be, if you purchase a Groupon to go to this location, schedule well in advance if you want to book a specific day or time. They have received a lot of business through there discounted Groupon offers, and time slots are very limited.
