I've been going to this circle k since high school. The passed few years I visit exclusively for their fountain drinks. The faces have changed, but the service and products are plentiful. The place is always clean and lots of traffic. I've gotten to know the daytime staff pretty well. Amir Hanna, Sonna and Mina are always helpful, knowledgeable and keep the place in order on their shift. Maged and Tamir are all really helpful. This location is super convenient. Easy in. Easy out. I'm utterly appalled at how I was treated by Sanaa + Michael this evening when attempting to purchase gummi bears and an iPhone charger this evening. As a local resident I will never be returning to this store. I had an iPhone charger ripped from my hands by Sanaa, and Michael yelled racial slurs at me when my card didn't go through. It was something out of the twilight zone and no grown man should have to put up with that level of abuse, cursing or racial slurs, it's incredible these folks are even still in business with how poorly they treat their patrons. Worst circle K I've ever been to, and as a former cab driver I've been to many in southern California. The help here is amazingly rude and curt. One guy actually locked the door when I was shopping early in the morning because he didn't want any more customers in the store. Another employee who was female was so bitchy and rude I had to leave the store after putting my drink and food on the counter. I don't know why the employees at this store work there since they don't care, or know nothing about customer service. As a result, I avoid this store at all costs and tell all my neighbors that this store has nothing but bitter assholes working there. Better to go to 711 or AmPm than this Circle K. read more

Don't know what kind of Circle K this is . It's dirty and the Customer Service is Horrible, not to mention a lot of the items are very overpriced and the food on rollers look like it's been there for days. Definitely not up to the Circle K standards that I'm used to in Riverside . 1st thing is since when do you have to pay 1st to receive a cup and then they want to fill it for you no mask on and I watched him fill a kids slushee without even washing his hands prior . No thank you. Second when did Circle K up there fee for an 80oz refill to almost $4.00 outrages . When I said no thank you, the Cashier got very angry and rude starting yelling Well you need to pay for the ice then so I gave him a dollar . When I asked for his name which is Amir I believe he starting yelling I have cameras and I provide a free service . Don't know what's that about and it doesn't matter to me, because I definitely will not be visiting this location ever again. Corporate definitely needs to pop in for a surprise visit on this franchise if they care at all at the brand name . I guess there's a reason why they have 1 star . If I could give 0 stars I would.
