Of all the 7-Eleven's within a few miles of this store, this store has the worst inventory management of soda supplies (cups, straws and soda syrup). It all started with the new management. In the last 10 days, for example, I have visited 3 times and each time they were out of syrup for the drinks I normally get (Coke and/or Pepsi). Other drinks run out also. I understand that their $0.59 Big Gulp special is probably a loss leader to get folks in the store, but when you don't have soda to sell, no one wants to get another else! I have walked out multiple times with nothing, heading to another 7-Eleven.

I explained that I didn't and only took one at a time. He insisted that I was stealing so I told him to come look in my car that was parked right on the curb; he refused to leave the counter and insisted that I took an extra bag. I took a picture of the ice in the back of the car to show him but he was rude and continued to say I took more, so i tried to remind him of all the business I gave him last year. He was a rude d*ick. I will not return to give this shop any money ever again. I work in another local small Buena Park business, and I was wearing my work shirt with the logo, AND I paid with a company card. I didn't need to steal a $5 bag of ice. F*uck you, get wrecked. When I asked for assistance, she rudely told me, 'Can't you see I'm counting coins right now?' and acted as if I were bothering her by being a paying customer. I was completely shocked and offended. It is unacceptable for a staff member to prioritize counting coins over helping a customer, especially when there was no one else waiting. The management absolutely needs to check this employee's customer service attitude. Honestly, it would be better for the business if such an employee were not working here at all. Shop K Trend is a rainy day staple!…read more There had been a handful of these pop up all around and I'm proud to say that Shop K Trend in La Mirada has been my favorite! I like that this location has a a wide variety of ramens to choose from as well as snacks and goodies. I ended up with the cheese ramen and a handful of trinkets. It was fairly easy to make my take there and if you needed a little help the staff is very find to walk you through anything you need. Shop K trend is on the smaller side so if there's a few people there enjoying their quick ramen I'm afraid to say that it would be full. Overall I'd recommend the cheesy ramen for a perfect cheesy savory ramen snack.
