Tattoo Virgins! Well, at least my husband was before him and his Mom got tattoos in honor of our daughter, Teagan's passing. This review is solely based off of a 1st timers experience. The process is simple: come in for a consultation. Depending on the size and detail of your piece will determine if you put a $20/$40 deposit down for appointment. When you come, BRING CASH as they do not accept card. (In this day in age I only see the reason for this is tax purposes (if you catch my drift)) Which leads me to the price. Oh the price. Y'all tell me if I'm just frugal but their quoting scale to me is tipped on the higher side. For my husband's idea, in pics, they quoted $350+ for her name, date, and a black armband around it. So we just got the tat started this time and come back for the rest. Overall, the artists are cool and real chill. Lee and Jenny definitely put us at ease. They could give us some kind of small paper for after care instructions. But as of now, only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of price. Thank you Jenny and Lee!

    Thanks Daniel (:

I've been to Red Leaf for 3 of my Tattoos. 2 of them done by Daniel and 1 by Lee. Let me tell y'all that they actually put time and effort into getting the perfect tattoo for you. It's also a very clean establishment and all the people in there are super friendly. Once you go to Red Leaf you won't want to go to any other shop.

Myself and and two family members recently went to Red Leaf to get matching tattoos. I currently have several small tattoos, and my mother was accompanying us to get her first tattoo. What was supposed to be a fun experience unfortunately turned into one of disappointment and regret. The shop itself is very clean and the staff members were kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, I do not feel we were given an honest rendition of what could be done with a piece the size we were requesting. The pictures speak for themselves with the stencil being what we had worked on with our artist, Jenny, and the picture on the left showing the final outcome. The piece is uneven, the lines are wobbly, and the holes within the horseshoe are nonexistent. After my sister pointed out the lack of spacing to the artist, we were given caution that the size of the tattoo would prohibit replication from the stencil. The downfall was that it was already permanently on my skin. A $60 tattoo will now turn into hundreds of dollars worth of laser removal treatments.

Let me say that I straight up got in my car and said, hey, I'm going to get another tattoo…read more... read the reviews and spoke with a few people before making sure this was where I wanted to go. I was greeted by Sebastian, the owner, and we spoke about what I wanted, where, etc. The place is clean.... very clean, which is a very good sign, as if I'm going to be inked, I better be in a sterile environment! He was super friendly and helpful and didn't make a fuss when I asked 1000 questions! This is NOT one of those commercialized places that is open for all foot traffic and has pics of images on the walls to choose from. Yes, I'm dating myself, as I haven't had ink in over 22 years! It is a very classy environment and you can tell the business is very prideful in what they offer! Tory was the man that was free to do my impulsive artwork! NOTE- I lucked out and was able to get in, but appointments are highly encouraged! He worked quick and did an excellent job. We chatted the entire time and it made it go by relatively quick. His specialties are anime/cartoons, etc (none of which appeal to me), but if that's what you need, he's the man! The price was right and I have an excellent addition to my rib cage. I highly recommend this place for all of your artwork needs!

I hated my experience with her and regret ever wanting to go there lost a $50 Deposit. The man that helps was very nice Sebastian was friendly and had a great attitude but the tattoo artist was disgusting. If you want to make your experience nice and friendly don't go there unless you are white.

Bryon does a great job at making you feel like complete shıt. Don't recommend this place at all…read more Especially him being the owner. It's almost laughable at how crappy he is as a person and tattoo artist. Go to Aether tattoo if you want a good experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Byron. The process at Warlock's is not what I…read moreexpected, but I second guessed my judgment, ignored red flags, and got the tattoo. When I first reached out, they told me to email the details of the tattoo and they would schedule me with an artist best suited for it. Then they emailed me back and told me to just look at their galleries and pick an artist. I chose Byron because I figured with his decades of experience, I would get a great tattoo. When the consultation started, it was obvious he hadn't read my email, and he rushed through the meeting without fully listening to my ideas. His lack of attention was evident in the line drawing he provided days later. It was simply a traced version of the inspiration images I had provided. There was no personal touch or creativity added to the design, and it was missing a major component. When I scheduled the tattoo, I noted the missing component and was told he would be informed. I arrived to find he had also not read that note. He hastily sketched it and cut it into the design in literally less than a minute. I wrongly assumed he would only use it as a guide, not actually tattoo that mess on me. The actual tattooing process was a pleasant experience overall (he's conversational and played good music), but the work was sloppy. The line work was uneven, and the color blending was neither well done nor what I asked for. What was supposed to be a dusky sky looked instead like flames, so a tattoo meant to celebrate books instead looked like I promoted burning them. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Byron. He lacked attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism. Art permanently placed on one's body should be a collaboration. Thankfully, I found an artist who is successfully correcting the flaws in Byron's work. The result is beautiful, but it's much darker and will be more than twice the cost, time, and pain to get it where it should have been the first time.
