Stuart texted me back to for a quote on a boat detailing and cleaning . He was very good on communication and made me aware when he was coming to see my boat. He drove to see the boat and based on its condition gave a quote and said he can start on the work then. He took before and after photos and from the photos the work looks great ! The boat was used and wasn't taken care of - it was sitting uncovered for 2 years . Stuart cleaned the carpets and the upholstery and took it back to great shape . read more

I had a 9am appointment scheduled for this morning. As of 10 am, no text, no call, no email, no show. I canceled at 10:30. It appears this company is very unprofessional. I strongly advise against using a company that doesn't respect its clients time or honors its commitments. Don't waste your time with Gwinnett Auto Appearance like I did... Reading previous reviews, it seems no show, no call is a continuing issue. I'd scheduled an appointment for 11am Monday. No show, no call. Called Tuesday to find out what happened and was told one of their vehicles was in an accident and their schedule was messed up. It happens, but a call would have been nice. So, i rescheduled for today and once again no show, no call. There was a storm last night, but lots of people managed to make it to work today. Can't use the weather as excuse, my kids played outside in it all day...in shorts. I heard good things about the service, but won't be bothering to waste my time trying to follow up on no show number 2. read more

Stuart was amazing! I was panicked when my car I had only bought 3 days before was the victim of a white chicken chili spill. There was chicken broth soaking the back of my trunk. The new car smell was gone!! I called Stuart the evening before and he was there the next morning! I thought it was only on the mat, but fortunately I called Gwinnett Auto Appearance to come out and Stuart found that it had actually gotten under my seats and down in the spare tire well. Called this company on the 9th to schedule an appointment to have a vehicle that I had just bought detailed. We scheduled the appointment for July 12th at 8 am. When they did not show by 8:10, I texted them. No one responded, so I then had to call. It went to voicemail. Stuart called me back 10 minutes later and made some excuse of being tied up with another job. Apparently, he was able to get some work that paid more than my job would have so they just brushed me off. The worst part, they did not even call to tell me that he would not be able to do this. That is the worst thing to do as far as customer service. While they might do great work, their customer service skills stink. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

My family had taken a trip to the beach which resulted in sand and sunblock all over the interior of our Nissan Rogue. I knew from previous experience that the vacuum at a car wash was not going to do the job. Gwinnett Auto Appearance came to my home, setup a canopy, and within 2.5 hours two technicians had the vehicle looking better than when we purchased it. Called and set up an appointment for 8am on a Saturday. They arrived right around 9 but got the job done in a timely manner. I had a full interior detail on a jeep: carpets cleaned and scotch gard applied, interior cleaned and dressed. Overall, they did a great job on the interior and the car looked new. I called to make an appointment for 9AM, two days prior. I noticed that Gwinnett Auto Appearance hadn't come out to my office at 10AM. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHY THEY HAD NOT COME OUT. The gentleman told me that he had scheduling issues and couldn't make it by 9. That's terrible that I had to call him to find out what was going on. Stuart never showed up for our appointment. No phone call or any sort of communication. I called and left text messages, no response. I searched online to make sure he wasn't seriously injured or dead because what right-minded business owner doesn't show up to an appointment? He also cancelled the prior day at the time of our 1pm appointment because of rain, but it never rained. Horrible business acumen. When running your own business communication to you customers is key. You cannot run a successful business by disappearing and also canceling an appointment with no advance notice. If I could give 0 stars I would....My husband had an appointment last Saturday at 2pm he had to work do I kept the car cancelled different things I had to do so I could be home when gwinnett auto appearance come to clean the car. Well they NEVER showed up after 3 hrs a guy called and said the car he was cleaning before ours was very dirty and couldn't come so he asked if we could reschedule, I was mad but for the lack of professionalism but my husband wanted to give them a chance so he rescheduled for today at 2pm.....it's 4:43pm and again NOBODY showed up, we called they didn't answer, we texted they never replied!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! unbelievable that these ppl made us waste our time twice! if you don't want to work just say no! period! Cannot say enough amazing things about Gwinnett Auto Appearance! Honest, dependable, hard working, and very punctual. Purchased a brand new vehicle that had never been washed before, but after the storms decided to take it to a manual car wash. I thought a manual would be better for the vehicle and not leave the spider web marks. It turned into a nightmare and my car was left with deep scratches, and spider web prints around the entire vehicle. I was in panic mode and called Stuart with Gwinnett Auto Appearance and he was able to get me scheduled right then! Nate and his crew came to do an exterior detail package and it looks like new again! They are the best around and I have already told others about their amazing work. My first appointment was for a Sunday after 1 PM. I called around 3 PM and left a message asking for a call back. Waited all day; no call and a no show. I called again on the following Monday and Mr. Baker apologized and said he had "scheduling issues". He asked if we could reschedule. I requested this Saturday, and he said "that is good; 9 am OK?". I agreed and made sure that Mr. Baker had my correct address and phone number. Well it is now 10:15 on Saturday and again a no show and no call. I tried calling Mr. Baker and got the following message : "The Mail Box of Stuart Baker is full and cannot accept any more calls". Well apparently there are others that are having the same issue. It is sad, because the photos of his work are impressive, and he charges a fair price for his service. I understand that unforeseen events happen that can cause delays, but Mr. Stuart has a phone and should, as a businessman, respect his clients and contact them when there are delays. If you value your time, look elsewhere for a company that provides similar services! read more
