Since the rest of my food had been sitting there for over an hour, the manager apologized and remade the entire order. I genuinely appreciate how professionally the manager handled the situation. That said, a Father's Day meal shouldn't require a second trip, an hour-long delay, and a confrontation just to receive the food that was already paid for. Extremely disappointing experience.
