Worst service I've ever experienced, it was as if from the moment me and my girlfriend sat down our waitress Tynesa G decided we weren't worthy of even half way decent service. She completely ignored our table while providing service to every other table in our area. I guess since we were in our 20s she decided we wasn't going to tip. Called into the restaraunt to order some Bairdi crabs and had to wait over 13 minutes before my order was taken.Out of curiosity I called two other locations (Snellville and Conyers) to check their response time and compare.Both locations response time were under 2 minutes!!! I screenshotted this and showed it to the manager who apologized and gave me a weak excuse.He also gave me a $10 gift card for my inconvenience.Gift cards are ok but I'd rather have great service and great food that lives up to the standards and hallmark of the brand. When I got home I discovered there was only 1 Bairdi cluster and the other 2 clusters were regular snow crabs.I do know the difference. I was there for lunch yesterday and was very disappointed. I ordered a simple lobster roll which had less than 2 tablespoons of lobster on it. Yes - on it, not in it. It was a hot dog bun with lobster sprinkled over it. If my girlfriend wasn't paying for it I would've sent it back and complained, but I didn't want to embarrass her. How have I never reviewed Red Lobster before? I love pasta and seafood and they have one of my all time favorites which is the shrimp linguine Alfredo, yummy. I had lunch with a friend there one day and he got the Cajun chicken linguine Alfredo and let me try a bite. Wow, that made it really hard for me to decide my favorite. While I like shrimp better than I like chicken, I have to say I liked the spicier sauce on the chicken version. So I have two pastas I love from there along with my favorite app which is the seafood stuffed mushrooms. Oh, and I could never forget those ridiculously good biscuits there as well. I had to call this Red Lobster 5 times before they picked up and by the time they picked up I was literally pulling into their parking lot. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and when my food finally came the only thing hot was the biscuits. When I got home I noticed my corn wasn't burnt and my tilapia was undercooked. I've eaten here over a dozen of times... Very glad to have had quality customer service each time, compared to the reviews. Be prepared for a wait on Sunday's, but usually the bar is open for service with little to no wait. The food here is usually seasoned and cooked better than most Red Lobster's. I like the fact that if I've ever had an issue the management staff was always willing to put my concerns 1st and remedy the situation. First of all. Today's my birthday, so my husband took me and our two kids out to eat here. It doesn't look like your typical red lobsters but whatever we still went in with an open mind. We get to our table and waited about 15 min for our server to come up. Once she gets there my husband tells her it's my birthday and she looked at me and said happy birthday sooooo DRY. I brushed it off and said thank you. She took forever to bring our bread and didn't give us butter. Then once we finally got our food she didn't bring my husband the butter for the lobsters. She didn't come check on us we had to literally sit there until she passed by to get her attention. I asked her for a spoon so I can feed my baby mashed potatoes and my husband asked her again for some butter. She said ok. So we're eating and still waiting for the spoon and butter....she finally come back towards the end of our meal to give us the butter and spoon ugh. Throughout the night there were two other tables whose birthday was tonight and the servers sing happy birthday to them so we was waiting for my server to do the same for us and it never happened. At this point I'm just like fuck it hey the check. So my husband asked her to bring the check and what happened to my birthday cake. So this girl comes out with a brownie and ice cream and said happy birthday...no servers sung happy birthday to me or nothing. Like wtf I do to horrible such horrible service. This location does not do well with large groups. Waiters do not work well together and I've had better food in the past.

This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. Service was terrible. They brought out the salads, entrees then the appetizer, and said "sorry, we're having trouble in the kitchen." Our server came to our table maybe twice during our whole dinner and that was to drop off the food and walk away. I ordered a medium rare steak and it came to the table well. Came on a Saturday evening and still waited 20 minutes when the restaurant was only half full. The service was very slow. The food was excessively salty and greasy, which is subpar even for red lobster. I recommend other locations and stay away from this one unless you don't care about the quality of food. read more

This is probably the closest Red Lobster to where I live. While I do love local restaurants, I have loved Red Lobster since I was a poor college student and thought this was top shelf. Whomever Lashana is, she should be fired. I called at 6:50pm tonight to place a takeout order. She placed me on hold for 3 minutes prior to taking my order. She came back on the phone and began to take my order and then placed me back on hold again. She then came back to the phone and then placed me on hold immediately for more than 10 minutes. She never came back to the phone and after I tried calling back twice ahe finally answered. I told her that was very rude and she said "Sorry she's busy" and asked if I wanted to order or not. I was in need of food, took my insulin shot and had 30 min to burn well in town( I am from California) visiting my brother and seen a Red lobster and wow I want that got off the freeway and parked and waited for my server to come over, so 20 min later he finally come and takes my drink order, 20 more minutes later he finally come back with drinks and salad, then ask me what would I like to eat, I said well if I had a menu I could see what you have, another 25 min later he comes back, so I order and wait for some time and finally my food come that was the last I seen if him and when I am finished he finally come back and ask if I was ok, and did I need my check got that was going though my purse and he come back within minutes ask if I was ready for him to take my check, that was the fastest service I got the whole time I was there, so needless to say I am not going to come back here. I took my kids there for dinner the food was horrible, they took it away and threw it away. I thought it was bad because they were busy because I always come here with my office and the food is good. I've been to this location too many time to count in over 20 years, but yesterday was the worst service I've ever received. The waitress was courteous and friendly but she couldn't handle a table of this size. Refills didn't happen until asked, bisques came out after 30 minutes, appetizer's took forever, bussed our own table, food was late, late and more late. with 6 school age children finally checking out near 10:30 pm. And to add insult to injury, I paid for meal that where not mine and the waitress told me to tell my family member to give me $10 for his drink on my order. I was so disappointed. There was a time when going to Red Lobster was the highlight of my day. Apparently as the franchise grew, the quality of the food went down. We had to wait over an hour for our meal (which was not usually an issue because the food used to be great). However, last night, after waiting so long the lobster was tough and dry. The squash was dry. The best part of the food was the asparagus. Also, our server, Malcolm, was great. He was friendly and prompt. The worst thing I could ever imagine happened as I attempted to enjoy the jumbo coconut shrimp and piña colada sauce.....a HUGE Bug in the sauce!!!! The manager came over, told me he would give me a free meal, but when another person in my party asked for the entire bill to be free the manager immediately replied I'm Not Doing That! WTH?? Food was good. My family and i had a great time. Till our check came and seen that the waitress decided to add her tip in on my check. I have never been profiled before. I ask the manager how many people in a group for them to charge gratuity. He says 8 or more. So why did my group of 5 give $30. In gratuity. He said that was not right and took it off my check. Never profile a person and try to MAKE me give you a good tip. I always tip and always tip cash. But her tail did not deserve no $30 tip. After it was removed off my check I left her a good tip. OMG!!!! This was the worst experience ever!!!! First if all, I called in my order and was told 25 minutes, so I said, okay it's the weekend I will give it an extra 25 mins before I go to pick up my order. I'm offended  after making a complaint with red  lobster that it took me to call after i received an email saying someone would get back to me by a certain day which did not happen i had to call to get someone to call me back after speaking with him explaining how un happy i was with my service he apologize and offer to send out a gift card which was on last Friday here it is Wednesday still have not received gift card so it makes me believe he was only calling to say that he did call was not really concerned about my experience at his restaurant. I've eaten dinner here with my family dozens of times and have not had any issues. The staff here is very courteous and very attentive. I normally order either the shrimp feast or the ultimate feast. The salad is really good and the biscuits have a nice taste to them. This part of Atlanta doesn't have as many restaurants like the north side of town, but the service I have received here each time I've visited has been exceptional. Ordered one of the Crabfest Specials with lobster tail, shrimp scampi, crab legs and fried shrimp with wild rice, salad, and side, except we both replaced our Fried shrimp with an additional shrimp scampi. Service was great, food & drinks were very satisfying. Had plenty to take home, and of course, the cheddar biscuits are insane. I have had a bad experience here and unfortunately my mother and I decided to chance it and go again several months later. The first time, we went we waited more than half an hour only to find out that our orders hadn't even been put in. This time we went in and had at least twenty minutes of wait time and the manager had to come to take our order. It was not worth the wait. The Caesar salad was like pure mayo and our baked potato was caked in salt and choked with butter beyond the portion you usually get in restaurants. Overall this is a horrible place to go with bad service, I would not recommend that you eat here even if you are starving and it is the last restaurant on earth. read more
