This is our favorite place to go and as close to fine dining as we can get. Not typically a rate and review type of person but had to share... what's up with the napkins???? The nice linen napkins are gone so it's just paper napkins and not even the nice thick ones! I feel like they got the in's with Burger King! No joke! Also the quality of food has fallen by far! 35 dollar plate is more like an 18 dollar plate! I am normally pleased giving my hard earned money for a meal here but tonight I'm having my doubts! Wonderful place to eat! I love their coconut shrimp with a passion!! Went here on a date with my wonderful boyfriend, and had a tall blonde man who was super sweet serve us. I believe his name was Jonathan? He was super sweet and attentive, never let our drinks get empty. We got the chocolate cake for dessert..it was flawless. Amazing. Service was horrible!! We called when they opened to see if we could make reservations for a Birthday party. They have taken them in the past, but said they could not take reservations. They advised us to get there 30 minutes early(4:30), they party was at 5:00. My wife got there shortly after 4:00, just to be sure. We waited for over two hours to be seated. We were offered two free appetizers by someone who appeared to be a manager. After 30 minutes we had to remind them that they had offered the free appetizers. They were not busy! This is definitely not the red lobster to go to. Even if it's closer. Hubby and I went on a date night and the food was horrible. Definitely should have went to the oxford one instead! We didn't check any reviews because it's red lobster and if it lives up to it's name that means it's supposed to be good. Baked potatoes were hard and sour cream was old. Shrimp also tasted as if it had been microwaved then dipped in more coconut. Biscuits at the beginning were hard and old and that should have been our first sign. However, I'm not one to give up that easy. Husbands food tasted as if it had been microwaved as well. And also was cold when it had arrived to the table. This is an excellent Red Lobster. The meal is always delivered timely, fresh and still wonderfully hot. I've really never had a bad meal here and that's not always the case in every Red Lobster. The cocktails are good, though light on alcohol. read more

I'm not sure why this location's reviews are low. But we were very pleased. The food was awesome as always and so was the service. We had the Shrimp alfredo, honey glazed chicken and create your own (blackened flounder (a little spicy), Walts shrimp and garlic shrimp). All were delicious. Just couldn't eat it all. Haven't eaten at Red Lobster in about 15 years. Ate at this location and was surprised at the poor quality of food for the price. Ordered take out, when I went to pick it up I still had to wait forever and it was cold. Microwave quality fish and chips and fish tacos. Stand up for yourself, stay home, cook your own food. I love red lobster but I have to say this is the worst I've ever been to. Waitress was not friendly at all, the food was not even close to being what I usually expect there, crab at been cooked, frozen and boiled (grew up eating crab so I know), corn on the cob was grilled then boiled was disgusting, pasta was over cooked, shrimp over cooked, sauce tasted like it came out of a can, no seasoning in anything, only that came close was the biscuits! I wish I could give less than 1 star... the only decent part of the visit was the lady at the front, she was nice and sweet... I'd fire the waitress and cooks.. or close up/stop using "red lobster"brand cause your murdering the reputation. read more

This use to be one of my favorite places to go on mine and hubbys date nights. Although the past two times we have gone, has made us not want to return. Every time I go there I order the chicken Alfredo with Caesar salad. While the salad is always amazing, the Alfredo not so much. Normally when I order it the chicken is seasoned and cooked to almost perfection. The last two times, the chicken was extremely tough, not properly seasoned and the noodles were way undercooked. We did not receive refills the entire time we were there, on one occasion we did not even receive the biscuits! Just highly disappointed all the way around. We had gone here after a car show and there were about 9 or 10 of us at a table. Our waiter was a JERK and he knew it. Threw the drinks down on the table like he was mad and we owed him something! Would cut you off to ask if everything's ok and if we needed anything. Absolute butthole. Talked to the manager and she said it wasn't the first time someone had complained about him. I really wish he would quit and go work as an IT or something because he definitely has the attitude for it. Left with free appetizers for each person in the entire group. We went yesterday, and it just wasn't what we were hoping for. Our waitress was rude and cared more about talking to her coworkers than anything else. When we finally did get our CB they were cold and had very little flavor. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo (as I do almost any time I go) and I was highly disappointed. The chicken was thrown on there fat and all and again, very little flavor. This use to be my favorite restaurant. We use to go 3 to 4 times a year. Even on a couple of occasions met the manager and he was as sweet as could be. I understand that restaurants have off days, but the past two times we have gone, it has been this way.
