It's been awhile since we had great service & food at Red Lobster. David B was amazing. He's extremely attentive. He greeted us within minutes of us being seated while closing out another table. Afterwards, he took our drink order and even informed us that the ginger ale comes in a mini can size & not refillable. So we ordered one Shirley temple, fruit punch & strawberry lemonade instead. For entrees we ordered Admiral's Feast with baked potatoes & broccoli, Admiral's Feast with mashed potatoes & broccoli, lastly build your own - crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp scampi, grilled shrimp & double broccoli. I asked them to cook it soft & it came out perfect. 2 Caesar salads - one I ate there, the other was to go. Chocolate wave to go. Food came out perfect! Everything tasted great. She was absolutely phenomenal and even with how busy it was, she never forgot to check on our table to make sure our food/drinks were okay. In addition to that the food was great. We decided to stop by Red Lobster for Crab legs since that is the special on Tuesday. I was really hungry for some crab legs, when the crab legs came they were so small they looked like baby crab legs. Definitely did not look like a pound, either my dinner or my wife dinner. The waitress was very nice but I was still hungry when we left the restaurant even after paying over $50 for the dinners. Somebody should be weighing out this food, I understand that some crabs are smaller but then you should be giving people enough to make a pound. Our server was TeeTee. She was AMAZING! She was ON POINT with everything. However, the food quality and flavor has declined so much it's sad. The biscuits aren't even the same anymore... and they changed their bleu cheese dressing a horrible sour taste to it. I don't know Red Lobster .... Tee Tee get 5 STARS! Red lobster has been working overtime to revamp themselves. I've been seeing a lot more commercials and more videos on social media of people trying their new menu items. I will say the marketing is working because I decided to grab some lunch with my cousin. After much deliberation, we decided we were going to do all you can eat shrimp. For starters we ordered the crabby cheese fries. The fries had the right amount of cheese, crab and crisp that was super enjoyable. With the all you can eat shrimp you choose three different types of shrimp at a time and then you also get a side. I went with the shrimp alfredo, Walt's favorite shrimp and the crispy dragon shrimp. For my side, I went with the crispy brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts were by far the worst part of my meal. They were not good at all. However, I did enjoy the crispy dragon shrimp, and ended up getting about three rounds of it. The shrimp alfredo lacked seasoning , and the Walt's favorite shrimp was too greasy. The service was good overall, and the food was basic to say the least.The restaurant needs some renovation but it was clean overall. I didn't hate it but it will be a while before I eat at Red Lobster again. read more

I used to come here all the time, but I want to point out two co-workers that worked on the night of 8/11/23, at 730pm - our was a waiter named Giuseppe, a younger guy, was absolutely terrible. He had all four of us sitting there waiting, we timed it - total of 25 minutes, we told the hostess at 15 mins that nobody came to our table yet, and he only came around 10 mins later. I figured he was in the bathroom or something? Because another table asked where he was too. He came over and never apologized, acted like nothing was wrong. That right there caused him a terrible tip. We would have left if we werent so hungry. FYI - this place was NOT busy, shockingly. In the middle of our dinner, I went to use the bathroom and caught the hostess (not sure her name, but she had dark brown hair, brown skin, and on the shorter side) vaping in the bathroom. Do these new generation of kids not know what good work ethic, respect, or manners is? Sounds like the manager needs to crack down on some rules. read more

Showed up at 4:15 on a Saturday. Table of 4 - told right off the bat it's a 20-min wait, right after the party of two in front of us is told it'll be a 20-min wait. We sat at the bar; I guess that's what they really wanted. Because I walked around the corner to look in the dining room and it's more than half empty. Wife says - maybe they're short on staff. But no, I see more than enough waitresses walking around for the tables that are seated. More than enough. I can see that even at the open spaces nobody's taken the time to clean. $25 for two beers and a drink at the bar. Awesome. After being seated, I will say that the biscuits were fine and our server, Andrezs, was fantastic. Great ability to engage with the customers. After the meal, I'll say this - front of the house was terrible. Our water was fantastic, and the food was also fantastic. Three got the endless shrimp and were satisfied. I got the filet and lobster tail. Cooked to perfection, well seasoned, absolutely delicious. Can't say anything but good about the meal experience. Started this off with a one star review, but the service and food brought it back around. First time ever at a Red Lobster. Didn't think I'd ever come back at first, but after the meal I just might have to give a second go round. read more

As VIP customers we are used to visiting Red Lobster, but we were very disappointedted in our recent visit. The food was not as it usually is as far as the quality. The first thing we noticed was the biscuits were overdone and not soft and freshh. The second thing we noticed is the clam chowder, not the same creamy white clam chowder as it used to be, i didn't see one clam in this soup. I ordered the admiral platter and it has really gone up in price and the amount of seafood has gone down. it reminded me of frozen seafood that was deep fried. There was a lot of noise coming from the kitchen, sounded like a party going on. Even the bathroom was not taken care of and needed attention. Now we understand why they are not very busy compared to what it used to be. What a shame what has become of the Red Lobster. It is a whole different vibe in this Red Lobater and it isn't a good vibe. read more

We typically love Red Lobster and usually they have the best Caesar salads. However this time our salads were full of wilted lettuce that didn't taste great. I tried the garlic snow crab legs and they were delicious! The shrimp Alfredo is too rich and makes us sick. The coconut shrimp comes with a really good pineapple dip. Overall I recommend! read more

Food is way overpriced for what you get. I've never in my life seen a smaller lobster tail. Plus it wasn't even good. Biscuits were amazing I should have just ordered 50 of them. Shrimp was blah. Rice had no taste at all. Restaurant was clean and well organized but I'm reviewing the food. The food sucked. Place wasn't busy but it's never a good sign when your food comes in like 7 minutes. My husband and I ate at Red Lobster in Lancaster, PA on 10/26/2024. Some of the food was awful. They had a Brussel sprout side dish. They were hard as rocks. I thought I was going to choke. The waitress was lovely and professional. The steak was very tough and hard to chew. I did not finish it, because it was hard to cut and swallow. Plus, there was a drink that tastes like melted ice cream without liquor, but, it was supposed to have liquor included. I ate at another Red Lobster, not that long ago and the New England Clam Chowder had no taste. It was like sipping warm milk. The cost for the drink was $12. I wish I would have asked the price before I ordered. This last fiasco with this restaurant has made me decide to never step into a Red Lobster again. read more

It was after 10 pm when my husband's glucose was dropping. Red lobster was the closest open place. We were seated immediately and Sue took our order. Sue was very personable and though it was late she still had a smile on her beautiful face! We ordered the big lobster feast that comes with shrimp Alfredo, a loaded mash potato and ordered broiled lobster tails with broccoli and side salads. All was cooked just right! Come for the food, leave as family... With so much talk about Red Lobster in the news, I decided to revisit this long, time family favorite spot to show my support. I have eaten here four times in the past two weeks and the staff, food, and overall experience remain consistently good. But last night I what I will simply refer to as an embarrassing "personal situation" and was really so relieved by how helpful the staff and management were. The manager Victoria was so helpful; she treated me like family. I cannot get over her kindness. Thank you, Victoria. The lobsters were overcooked. When I complained to the sever, he never apologized or seemed the least bit concerned. I had to his attention for several things, i.e., water, drinking straws. I left an appropriate tip. My bill with tip was $65. The place was not busy at all. I will go elsewhere for my seafood in the future. Sincerely hope that they go out of business. read more

We went to this Red Lobster to celebrate our 6 wedding anniversary on February 16th, 2024. First of all there weren't that many customers in the restaurant but yet the service was horrible. We were brought our drinks, the waitress took our order, then just disappeared. I had to signal another waitress just to get a refill on my husband's soda. Then when our order finally arrived, I had to repeat extra butter that was missing, the skewered shrimp was stone cold and were so over cooked so hard I couldn't eat them when I told the waitress, she just shrugged and walked away. She didn't apologize or even offer to give us a credit for the 2 skewers on our check. That is the last time we will ever go to Red Lobster the service was that horrible. Waitressing definitely wasn't this girl's forte. She needs to definitely find a different line of work. She definitely diminished Red Lobster in our eyes forever and because of her Red Lobster lost 2 very loyal patrons. read more

Our server, Cindy B, was so friendly and attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She was a delight!! Easily the best server we've ever had there. My mom and I both loved her. The food was great as always--the lobster flatbread was particularly well made and tasted fantastic as it was served straight out of the oven. All the staff greeted us as we walked in and also said goodbye when we left. (The Cheddar Bay biscuits seemed to be made poorly, but that's my only complaint. The dough seemed like it had been too wet when they were baked.) read more

We came during lobsterfest, but they also had a choose-your-own ultimate feast special. I got the CYO ultimate feast with lobster tail, crab legs, wood-grilled shrimp and coconut shrimp. They had some new sides to choose from since my last visit. I tried the caprese side and was pleased. The tomatoes and basil were fresh and there was a good amount of little mozzarella balls. The coconut shrimp are one of my favorite items on the menu and the pina colada sauce they come with I could eat with a spoon. Our server was very friendly and kept our drinks filled. It's a chain restaurant, so you always know what you're getting ambiance-wise and noise-wise. The food is pretty consistent and they have something for everyone and good for kids. read more

She messed up my order not only once but after I had mentioned she brought out the wrong order, she still didn't seem to get it. I will avoid getting her as my server next time. Otherwise food is simple chain restaurant food. Nothing spectacular but easy and if you don't want to think too much about what you'll have for dinner and need to bring kids with you this place is perfect. read more

Dined at Red Lobster today and the service was great. However, the food was horrible. The shrimp alfredo tasted like pasta with cream sauce with no taste. The shrimp and scallop dish was disgusting. The sea scallops tasted like a nasty catfish. All the shrimp had more than half the shell still on. I guess cleaning it was not a priority. The cheddar garlic biscuits were soooooo good. Red Lobster will put themselves out of business serving food no one will ever want to eat again. read more
