I want to start off by saying the staff was great. This review is just about the food. We went for brunch and honestly were disappointed. It was Mother's Day and my husband noticed that prices on the normal brunch menu were 4-5 dollars cheaper than what was offered for the Mother's Day brunch. But we still decided to go, not a huge deal. We ordered a salad to share and 2 meals. My husband got the quiche and it was over cooked, burnt on the ends and had a rubber texture. My meal was better, I got the stake and eggs but there seemed to be a lot of fat on my stake. I don't eat stake often, I am not sure if this normal. We returned the quiche and decided just to share my meal (since it was a pretty big amount of food). The staff was understanding but I was a little underwhelmed and not sure when we return again.

The best crispy Brussels in Harrisburg

Hubby made reservations at the Greystone, one of our favorite places to frequent in Harrisburg, for a lovely anniversary dinner. Why? Consistent great food with mostly consistent excellent service for a fantastic casual dining experience. Danielle did her best waiting on five different tables in our section. The Brussels are always a hit, and today, I tried the ravioli. Chef's Kiss for the Ravioli!

We have been to Greystone a few times, but came to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation and was taken to our table immediately. The table we were at with came out into the walkway, so we felt like we were in the way as people came by, but it was a nice modern room that was a little loud. We enjoy the food. We started with an appetizer of oysters and the crab dip. The crab dip was nice and light and the oysters were flavorful with fun accompaniments to put on top. We enjoyed a variety of dinners, including the salmon meal, the shrimp salad, wrap and a regular salad with chicken. For dessert, we enjoyed the peanut butter and chocolate dessert. It was a fun evening. Our server was a little slow, but we had no major issues

A lucky second choice for us as we originally tried going into downtown Harrisburg but forgot it was St. Patty's day and that we were driving a Mercedes Sprinter Van...we then found Greystone and were really glad we did. At first we thought it was a private club. Has the vibe of a country club. Service was really good. Not only our waiter but the manager checked on us frequently. We had the crab dip for an appetizer and it was so tasty. We then decided on two pasta. I had the sage duck pasta. The braised duck was phenomenal and the pasta had to be homemade. It was delicious. We also had the pasta that had red vodka sauce and it too was very flavorful. Cocktails were really refreshing too. The pomegranate, lemoncello martini was perfection. Good food, good service with a club feel.

As soon as you park, you're greeted by a gorgeous outdoor property. They have indoor and outdoor seating with an indoor and outdoor bar. Occasionally they will offer live music on the patio. They have a great happy hour and I usually go for the oysters and cocktails! For the area, honestly it's one of my favorite spots! If you like brunch, it's also a great place on a Sunday!

Enjoyed a delicious dinner here for a friend's rehearsal dinner. I had the eggplant rolltini and it was divine-the polenta was cooked to perfection and the flavors all matched well. The serving was very generous and I could have split with someone else. I also enjoyed the butter lettuce Salad which was light and refreshing. The cava Brut was light and refreshing. The prices here are very reasonable. The outside patio is nice and spacious with lovely views. This would be a great venue for an event, but also would be a great place to have drinks and/or dinner.

We dined outside for brunch, there was more than enough shade & fans. The food was phenomenal, their home fries are killer. Drinks were amazing as well! Service was on the slower side, but our server was very nice.

The family went to the GPH for my birthday. We sat outside. Started with delicious cocktails & four apps: smoked corn arancini, crisply Brussels, focaccia bread, and prosciutto Burrata. All of them were delicious and I would highly recommend. I split the smoked beet salad with my wife. The smoked beats were amazing! I had the single crab cake meal for my dinner. The crab cake was the perfect blend of crab meat and a little fill. For dessert, I had the peanut butter pie. Beyond deliciousness. Service was very good. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a fantastic experience at Greystone Public House! We visited for Sunday brunch to celebrate my mother in law's birthday and really enjoyed it. My group ordered the eggs Benedict, quiche Lorraine, chicken and waffles, and breakfast plate, the food came out quickly and we could tell it was all homemade. Our server was great in explaining the different drink and menu options and was helpful in answering our questions. The restaurant itself is in a cozy building with a warm and inviting atmosphere. There were some groups having Christmas gatherings while we were there. Families with children were there too and the parking lot has plenty of room for everyone. We definitely plan on coming back again soon!

This restaurant has a cute layout. Plenty of outside seating on a nice day. Full bar to sit at as well. The Brussel sprouts were delicious. The pita was also good, but I would've enjoyed it more if the chicken was sliced thinner so it stayed in the pita. My serve was sweet and efficient. First time visit. Would like to go back later in the day when they offer a bigger menu.

Ask the Community - Greystone Public House

Do you have a party room for a Sunday brunch in March?

They do have private rooms. You should email/contact them directly.

Do you need to make a reservation? Is it casual or dress up?

You don't have to make a reservation - especially during weekdays and lunchtime definitely don't think you need one! It's a nice place so if you want a fancy meal you can dress up without feeling overdressed, but jeans are allowed/okay.

How do I cancel a reservation?

    I would call them.

You figure there'd be something in Chocolate Town USA that would blow your mind, but... surprisingly, not really. To get your creamie cravings satisfied, Thee Spot is 3 B! Located on Derry St. in between downtown Harrisburg and downtown Hershey! Since the early 2000s, once I learned the lay of the land, 3 B has been my favorite, during their open months! Yelp directions are on point, and note, It is not in any strip mall, this spot is a converted humble abode into an Ice Cream Haven! Dedicated parking space and street parking also. Lots of spaced out benches to enjoy your goods in the sun. Staff is patient, friendly & helpful and definitely gives the most generous scoops of any creamery in Chocolate Town! Oh yeah, Let's EAT! BANANA SPLIT: Biggest size Split in the region! Its Ice Cream Tray is big, scoops are big, toppings are generous... that's the way it was back in early 2000s and it still holds true today, 2026!!! Total bang for your buck. Their ice cream sources these days are local vendors Gallagher's & Lieby's. My scoops for today's Split was CHOCOLATE ALMOND, MooseTracks, and STRAWBERRY! Each one chunky with additives, flavors were delightful, and toppings were generous! As always, I Loved it! Still as good as 20 years ago! VERY EASY RECOMMENDATION! During their open months, 3 B is truly the best spot for ice cream in Chocolate Town & PA's Capital! Enjoy!

The reason for the 3 stars is as follows: The pancake batter has too much baking soda. I got a taste without the Nutella and strawberry and I could taste the bitter baking soda in the background. I couldn't finish eating the mini pancakes. I was disappointed that they lacked that delicious Mexican vanilla flavor in the batter. I hope that they consider adding it and scale back on baking soda. I ordered two waffle sticks with dulce de leche and marzipan and strawberries. The sticks are about 4" long and 1.3" wide, each is $5.75 not worth the price. Ordered a Mexican hot dog and that was the best dog I've had in a while. It was a fair price for the size and toppings that comes with it. I'm not much for jalapeños but eaten all together it was amazing and not too spicy. It was like a pickle with a kick! This location was easy to find but the parking lot was mostly filled since there are a lot of other happening businesses on this strip mall. Yum Yum has a soft colored decore and it was very clean. Hope they make those small changes to the batter so I can go try those mini pancakes again, and give more stars.
