Husband is enjoying his meal.
Cj S.

After the bad situation on November 15th, Red Lobster contacted me to try to make up for their mistakes. They gave us coupons that paid for much of our next meal and they made sure that our service was perfect. The food was delicious and we had a great evening. I am glad that we gave them an opportunity to make it right.

Crispy Roasted Brussell Sprouts

Our food was phenomenal and timely, the drinks were discounted for happy hour, and we were seated early for our reservation. The dining room was full, but surprisingly quiet, and the ambiance was perfect. The real star of the night, however, was Micah. I have been in culinary for more than half of my life, and never have I had such fantastic service. He was attentive to our every need, worked fast and efficiently, had recommendations, was extremely friendly, and the kicker? It was his first week! Micah deserves every positive thing that comes his way and more, and I hope someone higher up sees this, and commends him accordingly. It was my birthday, and they even comped a dessert. 10/10, please eat here, and ask for Micah!

Snow leg 1/2 pound

I ordered 1/2 pound snow crab leg with uber eats delivery to my home. On receiving, I felt it exceptionally light weighted. So I scaled it in my kitchen. It is 4.59 ounces. It's only half of its advertised weight. What is going on? I usually close one eye with restaurants. This is a little too far away.

Calamari

I have had hit and miss experience at Red Lobster. I would not recommend the calamari or crab legs. My crab legs were served room temp and quickly got cold as I ate. The scallops, chicken and biscuits were delish tho! There are good items on the menu but also some not so good ones. We also really wanted to sit in the bar area to watch sports that were on and they would not let us due to being understaffed so that was disappointing as well.

Wednesday night special
Kolt K.

We came in for the Wednesday special--7oz steak and lobster--with a side of bacon mac. The meal was solid, and the atmosphere was nice and laid-back. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the mac and cheese was a great side, but the lobster portion felt a little small--maybe we just got an unlucky one. The restaurant had a chill vibe, and we liked the pictures on the walls. Overall, a good experience, just wish the lobster was a bit bigger!

Went to Red Lobster on a whim for fast seafood and was craving the biscuits. I got the three choice shrimp platter and everything tasted the same and I just wasn't impressed. I won't be going back. Our waiter was amazing though!

Fries

Never disappoints! Great service! Food was delicious! Didn't order dessert, was too full lol

Awesome free bread! The lobsters in the front that are just waiting to die is upsetting. All in all good food and good service.

Every detail on the walls, in the décor, and throughout the space reflects the cultural richness and folklore of our country. It was, without question, an emotional experience filled with wonderful memories. Tasting a liver with onions that instantly took me back to the Colombian Caribbean was unforgettable. The lulo, passion fruit, and mango juices were spectacular. The garlic-flavored rice, the lentils cooked to perfection, and the grandmother-style salad... in short, the food was simply outstanding. The service provided by Emily (Ecuador), Juan (Bucaramanga) , and María José (Bogotá) was a perfect 10 out of 10. I don't regret for a second having driven all the way from Chicago to Milwaukee (3 hours) just to visit this restaurant. I would return one hundred times over; especially because here you can truly feel the flavor, the energy, and the heart of Colombia all in one place.

Our server was late, never checked up on us, and we got our food before our drinks. We had to request to get checked out because our server never came back. While paying, the person checking us out didn't say there was an 18% charge already included for tip until after we had clicked our selection to tip them. Place is cute, very spacious. Tl;dr, Service was not good, but food was decent.

Pistachio one was my favorite. There were many Asian ice creams. Propitious mango was a good one. There were a lot of small food places in the food hall. I tried food from a lot of different places. The food hall had a lot of seats, and was neatly maintained. It was never crowded. Kawasaki is close to the entry of Global Market. So the first time I was there, I went straight to this place. I had a Chicken katsu rice bowl. It was one of the best food I had in the food hall. Display had some very delicious and cute cakes. Next time I should try some of that. Taiwan Street has nice pho and bubble tea. I went for a pistachio milk shake, without bubbles. It was good. But I think I should have really went for a pho. They have a lots of sweets in display. I went for a peach swiss roll and a sesame ball. Both were good. From Dumpling House, I went for a chicken and mushroom dumpling and chinese chive pie. Both were good . It came steaming hot. I think I should have gone for some of their more favorite items like chive and pork dumpling. From Nice Flavor Stir Fry , I went for a sauteed sliced lamb with cumin. Generally this is a really flavorful dish which you cannot go wrong with. But it wasn't as good as I expected. Flavors were off, and the quality fo meat was not as good as I expected. Stir fry chicken mei fun was my favorite item from Bowl Bowl Rice. It came hot and was flavorful. I also had a tea leaf flavor egg. It was just $1. But it came with egg shell. I had to peel it. Egg was slightly less flavorful than I expected. Mochi donut is the main item in Glazed. There were some food items as well, but I didn't find takers for that. I went for 3 donuts - Oreo, honey dew and churro. The flavors were all interesting. May be oreo was my favorite. Donut texture was more chewy. From S&B Hmong Kitchen, I went for a fried rice from this place. It was flavorful. Cilantro and scallion on top gave a nice flavor kick. From Poké Mì, I went for a drunken noodles as my entree. It was not as good as I expected. Flavors were off. May be I should have gone for bahn mi. I haven't seen sugar cane juice anywhere else in Madison. So went for one. I thought it was just ok.

This is such a gem in Madison. I will be back!

Korill Hut is a mall-side, AYCE Korean BBQ (and/or hot pot) restaurant that definitely tastes like they're better than your average mall food. The meats were of decent quality, and the sides were also quite pleasant. They also provide... butter? to help grease the grill. This was the first I've had a KBBQ place offer butter, and honestly, it helped keep the meat from sticking, though it didn't really mesh well with marinated meats. I think the one thing I could really say I was a bit let down by was the variety of meats offered. Yes, a lot of the KBBQ classics (bulgogi, brisket, pork belly, short rib) are covered, but some of my favorites - beef belly, pork ribs, and a non-marinated option for squid - are all dishes that I definitely missed. Overall, Korill Hut is on the better side of Korean BBQ in the state - they've got room to grow, but even as is, they certainly hit the spot.

They have everything we would need in the next room, with utensils, plates, sauce, fruits, drinks. I like how we can just go grab it ourselves and not have to wait on a waiter for plates or utensils. The waiter was pretty attentive, clearing out the empty plates quickly so we can make more room. The food comes out pretty quick, with a little robot bringing everything to us. Overall, I would definitely go here again if I go back to Madison. The food was great, especially the bulgogi beef and cried pork.

I made a remark about it being a bummer it wasnt there, and was about to order the mushroom instead. But this very kind waiter overheard and very excitedly told us he'd be able to do tom yum!! For that - 12 stars. It was delicious. The beef bone broth was also stellar, i even grabbed a few spoonfuls just to drink straight up! Service is split between a waiter and a robo-water, which was interesting. You order your broth, then you can order through the phone app all you want for the table. Dont worry, you can keep ordering as you eat! So dont order it all rightaway. Youll run outta table space, hehe! Theres a small sauce bar and fruit bar and a cooler with drinks. Theres was also mini ice cream but by god we were STUFFED at the end and didnt get a shot at trying them. We were in town and looking for a good place to eat and excited to try this joint, with a 4.4 star…read morerating. We've always had good food in Madison and even though we wanted to get home after a long day, we thought it would be worth the delay. Unfortunately, this time, it wasn't worth it. I feel like it's time and money wasted. I'll get to details, but I'm mainly basing this review on the quality of the food I received. Before getting to the food, our service was great. Our server was a bit slow considering there were only 3 tables (including us) occupied. Or it's more of a relaxed atmosphere, so she was just giving us a lot of time to look over the menu. But aside from that, she was friendly, helpful, and kind. Atmosphere is on the dark side. There are two screens to play games (golf, etc) on two corners of the building. I think there are plenty of options, but we were mainly in for food, and didn't really get much info on the games. I did ask whether they were run on a reservation basis, and the hostess (who was also our server) said yes. She didn't mention any pricing, so I'm not sure what the details on that is. Margarita special $5 This was great. Not overly sweet, and just the right amount of booze. It came in a whiskey cup rather than a margarita one. 3sheep chaos pattern on draft Price for draft beer is not cheap, and the beer was great. The glass it came in was super clean, but also warm. I think it just came out of the dishwasher... So clean, but beer glasses should be cold on principle. Wings The description says these are baked, and then fried before tossed in their sauce. The sauce is yummy. The wings are a fairly large size. But I think they forgot to fry it. The skin on the wings weren't at all crispy, but kinda mushy. The meat was well cooked, but also on the dry side. The celery sticks and carrot rings on the side were super fresh and crispy. Blind burger with side salad I ordered it done medium. It came out very well done. For a wagyu, it lacked fat content, and cooked for too long, so it was very dry. We had just hiked 4 hours at Devil's Lake and quite hungry, but I couldn't finish it. Seasoning was great though. And the side salad was also very fresh. Brussels sprouts Something I haven't done in the last 15 years... I had to ask them to redo it. It came out with underdone Brussels. Interestingly, after I asked them to heat it up more for me, it came out perfect, with the right amount of searing on all the cut sides. Overall, it feels like the kitchen was having a bad day and bad timing - wings needed to get in the fryer for longer, burger should've been out of the pan sooner, Brussels should've stayed in longer. For the prices I paid, I expect better food. Especially since the kitchen knows how to fix their stuff! It was like they put 70% into all the dishes until I spoke up. Would I go back? Nope. Not convinced that the 4.4 rating is justified for me.
