Recently dined here on a weekday. We arrived at about 7PM as a party of 5. Seated at a spacious booth. Dining area a bit run down. Some of the ceiling tiles offset in the dining area and people being seated underneath them. Server friendly but appeared overwhelmed. Area where we were seated had 2 servers for about 10 tables that had patrons seated at them. Most people who come to Red Lobster enjoy the biscuits. Why do these servers only bring 5 biscuits for 5 people!! I know you can ask for more but it's nice when your server can anticipate your tables requests based on how many people you are serving there. Appetizers and 1st round of drinks came in a timely manner however apps were lukewarm. Mains took at least 30 or more minutes after apps, given we ordered all the mains at the same time as the apps. 2nd round of drinks took a long time with the server saying the bar was busy. I had to ask several times for a glass for a beer we ordered. Steak for surf and turf was tough. Overall food underwhelming for the price. read more

The restaurant itself has seen better days as the dining room is a bit drab, but this spot has had me coming back for years with solid food, decent service and those addicting cheddar biscuits. Recently stopped in and had the Salmon New Orleans which was honestly delicious. The fish was cooked to perfection, the shrimp were tender and my loaded baked potato was over the top, but so good. It's a chain, it could probably use an interior refresh, the service isn't overly attentive, but I dig this location. read more

The server we had was not efficient. I had to ask for things more than once. The soup was cold. The silverware was spotted. I had the Ultimate Feast she gave me no little fork, or a crab crackers to break the crab with. I had to use my teeth to open it up. She never came over to see how things were until the end. She left the bill. I gave a tip but I really did not want to. The service was real bad. read more

Only ok. Food was fine, but their heat wasn't working. We didn't know the heat wasn't working until it kept getting colder and we made a comment about it. Had a hard time eating with it being so cold in there, brought most of it home. Mash potatoes could have been better, they were like paste. read more

This is a nice Red Lobster location. We went on a Friday and it was pretty quiet. They don't have a happy hour or any drink specials. So we ended up getting a bottle. The food was good and fresh and came out pretty quickly. The bread seemed really dry compared to other locations. They have a nice selection of kids food as well. They do not have any high chairs only booster seats. The booster seats don't have any straps to secure to the chair nor did it have any seatbelts. This felt a little dangerous with a toddler that moves a lot so we opted to just sit in a booth. read more

Unfortunately, I have to say, Red Lobster's quality has definitely gone down hill since coming here as a kid. I visited with a friend- we both got the "shrimp your way" combo. I got coconut shrimp and shrimp alfredo with a side of mashed potatoes. It genuinely tastes as though the food is microwaved and not fresh when you order. Even the coconut shrimp were not as good as I remember them being a while back. Side note: caesar salad is now considered a "premium" side as an up-charge. It used to be included as a classic side. Despite low quality food, the biscuits were the saving grace per usual. I would not necessarily recommend coming here unless you are coming for a basket of biscuits. read more

This went on for more than fifteen minutes and during this time we observed at least five waitresses in our proximity. We tried to catch their eye but they would not look at us. Early weekday afternoon for lunch. They opened at 11:30am, im here at 12:15. Great time to come for lunch. Quiet, light crowd, practically empty... that's good for me... waitress Jennifer is nice. I tried the new crab cakes on the menu, too much breading for my liking, it is accompanied by a spicy remulaude sauce. Caesar salad was good. Biscuits still my favorite! Came here for lunch with the family and was pleasantly surprised. We were seated promptly and our orders were taken in a reasonable period of time. A fresh, warm batch of cheddar biscuits was brought to our table. We obviously ordered from the lunch menu and were pleased with our portion size for the price. I got the Wood Grilled Shrimp with rice and broccoli as well as a side salad. My broccoli was huge pieces and cooked well (I.e. not wilted and mushy like most places tend to do). Our waitress refilled our waters without us needing to ask which was nice. A solid lunch choice for the area. They really started to fill up when we left around 1:45. read more

Had a great meal here and the server was very pleasant! Got there as soon as they opened because of a busy day ahead, but everything went smoothly and the food was good. Took advantage of the new endless soup, salad, biscuits deal and the refills weren't slow at all. The food was ok I got the fried lobster nuggets with fried shrimp and fries. I enjoyed my meal. My husband ordered the fish and chips he was disappointed because the fish was over fried to the point that it was dried out. Probably won't be returning Red Lobster has not kept up with quality. Had a wonderful "Make your own Feast" dinner at the Mays Landing Red Lobster; choose crab legs, 7 oz. Sirloin, Shrimp Alfredo over linguine, and coconut shrimps with coleslaw and rice as sides. This was by far the worst red lobster I've ever been to... I decided to stop in for the endless shrimp deal for my birthday at this location. Upon being seated, we were discouraged by our waiter having the all you can eat shrimp deal because there was only one busy chef... and so many other customers‍ (there were like 5 tables of people at best) We were not brought biscuits either - had to ask for that when we were leaving when usually that is given upon seating. Waiter consistently came to take away dishes but never offered to refill our drinks. I even edged the drink over near the finished dishes to see if he would notice but didn't. Aside from that - I know waiters can have off nights. but the thing that really got me was the quality of my food. Our food was GARBAGE. Everything we ordered tasted so much different from our usual red lobster experience. Rubbery shrimp and mussels, and the shrimp linguini tasted like it was rotten or something. We became violently sick. Spending my birthday in the bathroom was not what I had anticipated. I love red lobster, but will NEVER be back to this location again. I eat at a lot of chain restaurants, but I barely eat at Red Lobster. The last time I ate here was probably 5-6 years ago - I didn't really enjoy the food then, and I didn't enjoy when I was there last night. The service there was good; our server was attentive and very kind. Always checked up on us and made sure everything was good. The food is why I gave it two stars. We got the lobster bisque soup- pretty acidic and had no bits of lobster in it. We also ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms and the wood-grilled lobster, shrimp, and salmon. The mushrooms had a lot of melted cheese on it. The lobster, shrimp, and salmon were okay but the rice was pretty bland. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.. read more

So...as a vegetarian I wouldn't see myself coming to a seafood restaurant BUT I received a gift card for Christmas and thought I might as well use it! Yes I know this is a food chain restaurant, but it doesn't mean that it can't be good or at least decent. Out night's service was great, we stopped by here because it was close to the movie theaters and didn't feel like going anywhere far (also it was a Friday so for me no meat, so Red Lobster was the best choice). Our server Alisha (sorry if I butchered the spelling) was great, she was really nice and was very sarcastic the entire night, and don't get me wrong I loved her witty personality. She made sure we were enjoying our meal and our drinks were replenished often enough throughout the night. Food was surprisingly great as well, the salmon I had was not at all dried, the wild rice was a nice touch and overall my meal was fantastic. I usually had dry fish before so this was definitely an A+ in their books. The only thing I didn't personally like, which I'm sure others might like, is their Shrimp Lettuce. The Shrimp Lettuce Wrap was, in my opinion, over seasoned and possibly overcooked. The flavors didn't sit too well on my tongue because it was over seasoned. Stopped going years ago when twice they gave me Dewars instead of Johnnie W. When I mentioned it the second time they did it, the manager came out with a bottle of JW and dramatically poured it into a glass while glaring at me (Even though I told the server I would just drink Dewars) Then she walked away. Went last night and sat at the bar to have some dinner after working a long day. Being from coasts of New England, I wasn't expecting to get superb quality seafood. I ended up getting the seafood feast and it was pretty good. The baked shrimp and lobster tail were a bit overcooked, but i don't regret getting it. The service was fantastic! The person who greeted us was friendly. The waitress seemed forgetful and not especially skilled at her job. The food was not good at all...in fact we left majority of it on our plates. The biscuits were dry and the entrees tasted like it was reheated. Did not seem fresh. Even the triple berry sangria I ordered was lackluster. Could finish that either.
