My bf wanted a seafood boil so we stumbled upon this restaurant. This restaurant is small and cozy and it's BYOB . We ordered the LETTER D that came with crab legs, shrimp, mussels , clams . We got the house sauce which was surprisingly good and not too salty.. I didn't like the mussels because it was the big green mussels instead of the small black mussels. The crab legs were also small and tough to crack open. DEFINITELY MEDIOCRE BOIL !

amazing!! Love the house blend sauce. Chicken wings juicy and crispy, kids love it so much. Waitress always nice and friendly. Never disappointed in the restaurant! Seafood always tastes fresh and delicious. My friend and her kids never have seafood boil, this is their first try, they love it so much, will come back again.

Jack's Seafood Boil is a hidden gem. Upon initially seeing the location, I had a few apprehensions but as a walked in, they all dissipated. There is ample amount of parking at Jacks Seafood Boil. The inside of the restaurant is very aesthetically appealing and clean. The blue hues throughout the restaurant offer a calming atmosphere. The seafood boil comes with a bib and gloves (in the event that you're worried about getting messy). There's also a hand washing station. Now for the most important thing, the food! Jacks Seafood Boil offers an array of sea food. I first chose what I wanted to be included within the Seafood boil (although they offer a variety of appetizers, sides, and different entree options). I chose to try the "Combination A" on their menu; selecting shrimp, mussels, and clams. Each seafood boil appears to come with potatoes and corn. I then chose the "sauce." I can't tell you enough how much I LOVED their house blend! Their house blend is an option of all three "sauces" they offer: lemon pepper, Cajun, and garlic. I was informed by our waitress that it's the most popular sauce and I completely/entirely see why! I asked that the house blend be made mild and it had the perfect about of spice, making the dish flavorful with a touch of palatable spice. You should definitely go to Jacks Seafood Boil!

Combo D! 1 lb snow crab legs, 1lb shrimp, 1 pound clams in house sauce.

Please - don't ever go away! This was my first time ever having a seafood boil and it did not disappoint. We got the Combo D special which included 1 lb of snow crab legs, and choice of 2 others between shrimp, mussels, or clams. All of which were meaty, flavorful, and delicious but that HOUSE SAUCE! The house sauce is a mix of all the sauces - cajun, lemon pepper, ans garlic butter. And I am so serious that I could just lick it off my finger. The bag also came with three potatoes and three corn cobs. This special was shared between two women who love to eat - and honestly it was just enough for us for $60. Calamari was also our app to start. We got there around 6pm and it was clean, playing good music, and did not have a wait. I hope this changes for them and that the line is out the door. Our server Ijana (i hope this is how we spell your name! Im sorry if it's not) was so sweet, made great recommendations, and you can tell she enjoys the food there too. Thank you for being so nice and patient with us!

This place ain't half bad!…read more Decent quality for the price. I was the type of customer buffets fear tonight. I ate more plates of food than I'm willing to admit online lol. They have nigiri, sushi rolls, all kinds of fried asian foods, soups, tons of main dishes, oysters, crab legs, hot pot, ramen, desserts...it's kind of insane really. Was it the best versions of these foods I've ever had? No, but there's quite a lot to pick from here and I definitely feel like I got way more than my $36 worth. As for ambiance, it's a former Golden Corral location and set up pretty much exactly the same. If you're looking to eat an obnoxious smorgasbord of asian food, this place hits the spot without breaking the bank.

I've been to several Japanese sushi and seafood buffets before and can say without a doubt, this was the worst. Sushi rolls were mediocre, like supermarket sushi rolls on discount day. I was expecting more. This was the only item that was passable. The Chinese side of it was terrible. Cold seafood, when it's supposed to be hot. Duck that was cold and bony/fat and should have been warm and better tasting. The spare ribs were dry, like hours on the line and everyone avoided it. Soups were bland, and warm. The hot and sour was the worst one I tasted in the last 30 years. No oysters. No crab legs. Desserts were pretty much all frozen and nondescript. I had the chocolate cupmice cream and it was ok. On a positive note, the service was good, as they cleaned off old plates, and refilled drinks when asked. So, bottom line. One star for the food.

While staying nearby in Atlantic City for a conference, we…read morereally wanted to get away from that nasty area and one of our colleagues lives in the area and suggested we try Steve & Cookies. We got there and it looked, calm, simple, and plain from the outside - until we walked in... this place was PACKED! Clearly, since we didn't make reservations, we weren't going to enjoy seating at their white table cloth tables in the main dining room, but we went around back to their bar and scored one last table there. Our server, Brian was amazing... engaging... and on point! They have a nice wine list and perfect spirit list. They also have an outstanding menu loaded with so many options, that I really just needed to settle on the first thing I saw that looked good. For me, I love cucumbers and when I saw they had a cucumber salad, done Asian style, I was completely in!!! Then I saw their soup of the day was split pea with bacon and since no one serves split pea and when they do, it's rarely what I expect, I got that too! Both of these came out looking GREAT! The cucumber salad had a nice spice to it and the flavors overall were sooo on point! That split pea soup was also great... almost perfect! It had the exact texture this soup should have and the flavor was very nice. For my entrée I saw a few of the halibut as I was walking through the dining room, so that is what I chose. The halibut came out looking great! It was PERFECTLY prepared too!! The flavors were spot-on, and the accompanying veggies were great too. We were enjoying dinner so much that we didn't want it to end, even though we were full... so, we ordered desserts too. I opted for the banana cream pie, as this is another item I rarely see on a menu and when I do, it's rarely done right, but not here... they did it perfectly! Overall, amazing meal... Highly recommend stopping in, but make reservations first!

The fried sushi roll was tough on the outside and soaked in a spicy sauce. I only ate the tasty tuna interior. My seasonal crisp was apple. Really? In June? And it arrived covered in whipped cream AND ice cream. I clearly should have gotten the blueberry pie! The crisp was okay but the fruit was lost in the toppings. I'll try again another time.

You can easily book on resy.com. I've been twice now, and have enjoyed each visit. All their pastas are homemade and their dishes are very flavorful. My husband thought their chicken Parmesan was a little too salty for him with the vodka sauce, but he's sensitive to cream and has more bland of a palate than I do. I thought it was delicious. We had started off with the stuffed gnocchi appetizer. This was hands down the best gnocchi I've ever had! It was like little pillows filled with ricotta in the most scrumptious cream sauce with roasted tomatoes. We wanted to lick the plate, but used the bread to wipe it up instead haha. For my main dish, I had the shrimp scampi with the creamy rice and it was incredible! The shrimp were absolutely perfectly succulent and not overdone and rubbery. The lemon butter sauce was divine. I may opt for the linguine instead next time since I was overloaded with cream after the gnocchi, but it was delicious the next day as leftovers. Service was attentive and well timed. The restaurant is lively and not the biggest, so don't go here expecting a quiet meal. I need to try their dessert next time!
