Unbelievable experience! When I walk through the door the girls at the front desk treat me like they have known me for years and can always answer any question I have. Then, whoever I meet with a Dr. M.A. P.A. whoever I feel like I am the most important person they have ever worked with. And most importantly. the RM3 program works, if you follow the plan. I lost 65 lbs in just over three months and it didn't even feel like I was on a diet. All I can say is; Take the pills, get the shots and follow the food plan and you will lose weight. They are encouraging and non-judgmental. It isn't cheap to do the RM3 but it works. Plus it is an incentive to stay on plan. I tried it a month and ended up doing 3. I am a bit dumbfounded at my follow up visit today at Red Mountain Weight Loss in Mesa. I started the RM3 program almost 4 weeks ago and felt i did well on the program and lost about 13 pounds still having 3 days to go to finish the full 4 weeks. When you initially go in they schedule you for a follow up visit 4 weeks out. I thought the visit was to weigh you to see how you did, go over the blood work they required, and to see if you want to continue. When the MA called me back she asked how I was doing and I responded that I thought I did well but I wasn't going to do another month right now, that I was going to go on my own and see if I can maintain for a while, maybe try to lose a few more pounds and possibly come back in a couple of months or so. The MA documented everything I said and then told me since I wasn't continuing on the program that she wouldn't be calling the doctor in because they would have to charge me. I said okay and asked for the results of the lab work I had done, which she said were good and had me sign a release and gave me a copy as requested. I kept thinking before I left she would want to weigh me to document in my chart how I did so if or when I decided to come back they would have a record of my successful weight loss on their program,but no, never asked me to weigh. It felt as though they didn't really care how I did on their program at all. If they cared about my return business then I would think they would have at least documented my successful weight loss. Red Mountain Med Spa is great. I have been doing HCG and have lost 75 pounds so far. All of the staff at the Mesa location are so friendly and very supportive. I am a little hard on myself and when I wouldn't meet a personal goal of weight loss for the month the staff ALWAYS made sure to let me know how great I am doing and that as long as I am still losing weight that is what counts. I always feel great about myself and my weight loss after leaving an appointment. I have also had a couple sessions of Coolsculpting and Venus Freeze with Crystal and she has been amazing as well. They all had positive things to say about their experience with "Red Mountain" and their weight loss success. All of the employees I worked with were courteous and encouraging. I'm going to Red Mountain Med Spa for the HCG program. I was very dedicated when I first start and saw amazing results!!! As time went on, I relied more on the appetite suppressants and less on a healthy menu. I found myself going backwards. If you are SERIOUS about changing your eating habits...this is the program for you. The appetite suppressants are to be used as an aide in changing your "bad eating habits". The staff has always been friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I haven't tried any of their other services, but will defiantly go to RMMS when/if I decide to pamper myself. read more

Unacceptable! I have no other words. Everyone certainly very nice at initial appointment when I spent over $1400. However, be warned, if you are a working person with a 9am - 5pm schedule, forget it, there is no flexibility or accommodation at all. Today I went back for a 4 week check-in, even before making the appt I expressed concern with their availability and my work hours, they simply said the first appt of the day isn't until 9am. Regardless, I made it happen, I scheduled a late arrival for work, appt was at 9am, was left sitting there until 9:20am, again, I'm understandably anxious because I am already arriving to work late because there are no other opportunities to see them. I finally had to leave, they didn't care, they have my money already, no interest, no sense of urgency, nothing. I told the girl up front I have to leave, she showed zero interest. Long story short, don't do it, I followed the diet to the letter, received shots/meds, progress was minimal, hype is just that, hype. Sooo beyond disappointed. So much for the $1400 (including a Kybella injection) already spent, poor decision on my part. Although still disappointed, had I at least received a call to reschedule or even, sorry about that when can you return, type communication, I would have rethought this review, at least had they made an effort, but as you can see, they didn't. Like I said, they had my money already. Update to this review: I immediately received a call from the manager of this location (Stacy). She was very apologetic and understanding. She quickly set up another appt at another location in Gilbert. The staff at the Gilbert location were extremely attentive, accommodating and respectful of time. I am currently going to move forward with the product and services they offer as I now feel I need to give it more time. I am very thankful for Stacy's urgency and passion to make things right. This place was a meat grinder. Everyone was running around like a chicken with their head cut off. The staff couldn't get anyone in on time. When I spoke with the medical staff they did not seem very knowledgeable. After I voiced my concerns the CEO Mark Bentz and I had a conversation and Mark was VERY rude, defensive and did not have any knowledge of the Spa services. Horrible!!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. I took a chance and although it looks nice, the staff was rude as soon as I expressed concern about my service. In a very polite way. I paid premium Botox price & it didn't work!!!! dont waste your money here...I've had Botox many times at many other places & never had it not work. Either she did it incorrectly or diluted it. Either way I feel my money should be refunded or the services be redone. The staff is being uncooperative and rude that I dare ask my service that I paid for to be provided. Had my first appointment today. Staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all. They gave me a lot of helpful info to help with my weight loss. I'll be getting the B vitamin shots to give me a boost with my energy and weight loss. To be honest I was afraid that I would be pressured to buy other supplements or programs but that did not happen at all. I have only visited the spa. Serene and pretty. The staff are kind and professional. The products are great. They have private label skincare that is not spa expensive and works well. WARNING!!!!!! I came to the to get Coolsculpting on both sides of my stomach and tell me it'll take about 12 weeks to see the full results so I waited the full 12 weeks for my post appointment (they try to get you in a week after the treatment since you're not expecting to see any results by then and they don't have to deal with an angry customer who spend a lot of money and received no results) since I didn't see any change, I was curious to know what they would have to say and all they did was ask if I noticed anything and I told them I haven't noticed any chages and she just took pictures and said she'll email them to me in a week and after reviewing them you cannot notice one change! There's nothing that they will do for you when you find out you've been scammed... it's a huge waste of money! On top of that, I started to notice veins coming through to the areas that the machine was attached to and anytime I scratch my skin, it feels numb. My advise to anyone looking to get this done, please DO NOT waste your money and potentially cause some nerve damage! It's not worth it! read more

I tried to get some procedures at Red Mountain Medspa twice but they were too disorganized to schedule appointments correctly. First, I work about 5 minutes from the Mesa location and wanted to have my treatment there. I was told the earliest time I could get what I wanted was at the location in Scottsdale, in two and a half weeks so I took that appointment. I asked the girl to double-check that there wasn't something in Mesa anytime within the next 2-3 weeks since the Scottsdale location was at least a 45 minute drive for me and I had to leave work early to get there; also asked to be put on a wait list for Mesa but knew that would never happen. So, I promptly left work an hour early on the day of my appointment and drove up to Scottsdale (45 minutes) where I was told the only machine they have for photofacials is in "MESA TODAY"! This was even after I called ahead to confirm my appointment. They appologized profusely and offered to give me 10% off my treatment - hah! That's like $10.00 since there was a special price to begin with. Anyway, I rescheduled for a month later so I could get in to the Mesa office this time, took off work early as there was no late appointment and got there and waited about 35 mintues in the waiting room. What finally struck me was that the waiting room was empty! So I asked the girl at the desk how much longer was it going to be; she checked and then immediately the esthetician came out and got me. Turns out she was training a new esthetician that whole time. As if I wasn't already irritated enough after all of this, now she tells me she noticed I put down that I have arthritis, therefore, she could not do my photofacial. WHAT? Why was I not told this over the phone, or on the first appointment, or before my 35 minute wait on the second appointment. I have had several photofacials before and never heard this. I finally left there with her telling me she could now do the photofacial at another time, bla, bla, bla. I was done by then. The universe was telling me not to go to this place - I'll never try it again! read more

Just got done doing the HCG diet and it was the hardest thing I have ever done. Just wanted to lose about 15 lbs before vacation. Very restricted diet. Was hoping to lose the 15 to 20 lbs they said you could in the first month and ended up losing 8 by their scale. Followed the diet to the letter for 8 lbs. Then decided to try the Vella shape to see if it would help with the cellulite. Wish they would have been honest and told me that it probably WOULD NOT help me. Got my hopes up and was really let down with the results. No change that I could notice after 4 treatments. What a waste of time and money. Now I have the maintance plan and for the next 3 weeks I am still VERY limited as to what you can eat and not gain the weight back. Heading out for vacation and going to be very hard to stick with all the restrictions. I dont know that I would tell people to try this program. It was ALOT of money for small results. read more

This review is for members of my generation. I'm 77 years old and have had to fight the results of being a fat kid all my life. I managed to get rid of the weight as an adult, but it was a constant war with my body to keep the weight off. Lately, I was losing the battle, and none of my efforts at good eating and exercise seemed to keep the number on the scale from going up. I was desperate. I heard the ads on the radio and decided to try the program. The results were nothing short of miraculous! I lost the twelve pounds I had been fighting, and now my low weight has been steady for two weeks and counting. Not only that, but my uncomfortable bloating and digestive problems have gone away. I know this doesn't sound like much, but I'm sure there are many women my age out there who have been fighting those last ten to twenty pounds and just can't get ride of them. Full disclosure: The program is pricey, and it requires some personal discipline, especially in the initial steps. You will have to accept the food restrictions and follow the plan to achieve the results. For me, it was a lifesaver, and I will continue to stick with it as I move into Lifetime Maintenance.
