This place is really out here loosing potentially thousands of dollars on a couple mins! "Cut off" for a new patient visit is 4:30pm....i showed up at 4:32 and they said they couldn't see me. I understand protocol but the lack of flexibility is why I will not be coming back. With so many options within close proximity, you'd think they'd want to capitalize on interested customers. I go for a B12 shot weekly. I feel like it is poorly managed. They always have a wait time up of 30 min and a sign that says they are understaffed. Also, the clientele is that of people who talk on their phone on speaker or who watch videos without head phones on. I do not recommend. read more

I debated with myself about posting this review, but I didn't want the negative experiences to overshadow my positive experiences. Last Saturday and today the assistance that helped me we're both extremely professional knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Emily was from last week and I do not recall the young ladies name from today, but this establishment needs more employees like them instead of the individuals who man the front counter. The front counter is essentially the front line. These individuals have the initial contact with customers and their behavior and customer service or lack there of is disappointing. Although what I experienced today was not the first occurrence I could name several times where this has happened and to whomever is reading this, please go back and look for time stamps the paper was printed for me to sign was printed and look at the time that I've checked out. Today I just so happened to speak up. I had waited for 30 minutes to be called up to get my refill. No one had said anything to me it wasn't until I went to the front and mentioned it that they decided to "get in contact with my medical assistant" and I most definitely overheard the medical assistant the awesome one for today say I printed it at 8:45. It's time stamped at 8:45. I didn't get assistance until 9:15 closer to 9:20 and it was only because I asked a question. Instead of the individuals at the counter yapped the entire time, talking about their plans for the weekend, what they are going to eat for lunch and even had some things to say about customers, including myself in Spanish what I noticed they do is when they wanna talk about something that they don't want anyone else to understand they speak in Spanish, not knowing that many people can speak and understand Spanish. Moreover, it's a good thing that I checked my medication to make sure all of my shots were from the same lot because the young lady had given me 12.5 mg when it clearly said 10 mg on the paperwork. This is the same young lady that told me when the manufacturer for the syringes changed that the new "medication was more concentrated"so if she's giving out wrong information and she's giving out wrong dosages, I can only imagine what else she's doing incorrectly. Thank goodness, I caught her mistake. Ever since my first visit to this location, I've always had a negative interaction or witness a negative interaction with the individuals who work at the front you have one young lady in particular actually she's the one that gave me my second refill when I was getting my third refill and was waiting for about an hour in the office. I witnessed her only say good morning to the white Hispanic women and not the African-American women. See these are the types of individuals that you have working in the front the young lady who gave me the incorrect dosage today, speaks negatively about any woman that she that may remotely look better than her, but she speaks about them in Spanish and more often than not she waits until they leave to talk about them. Why not just say something when they're there and in English so that everybody can understand what you're saying. That's my thought. Now I know there are a few locations that I can go to. I don't have to go to this location. It's definitely not out of convenience. I live in scottsdale. It's definitely not because of the customer service because I haven't received customer service. I've received the lack of and the individuals that I have worked with who have actually been nice to me as a customer were the previous two. Now I will say initially Omar nice and friendly but he tends to lose his customer service skills when he's around one young lady in particular. The one who gave me the incorrect dosage. There is no rhyme or reason as to why I come to this location. I just do because I can. I expect at the bare minimum mediocre customer service and I'm to the point at this location that every time I don't get it I hear something that they're saying are interpret something that they saying that's remotely negative in any way, I'm calling them out in that moment. I do however appreciate the nice ones at this location. Thank you for the 10% discount but I will tell you the same way I tell restaurants I will always pay for what I'm receiving or what I have receipt discounts don't do anything for me, especially when it is your employees who have wronged individuals and in this case, the individual is me. I have had great success with my weight loss journey here yet during the pandemic and them reopening the doors they decided that children are NO longer allowed in the waiting area. Mind you, I still continue to support this location all while they did curbside pickup! As a single parent of I young child, I have no other option but to bring my LO with me. I even suggested they have a designated few hours one day a few for folks in my same situation or even allow curbside for us. I respect and under the location concerns during COVID yet do not care for how they handle reopening and had absolutely No other suggestions! I went there specifically to lose weight with the use of medically approved supplements and signed up for the Premier program with semigludtides and lipotropic injections. I am losing weight slowly, but not because of what service I am getting at this clinic. I am sticking with the diet, losing 1 to 2 lbs a week. Which is what I could lose if not spending almost $400 on the injections and supplements. Plus, when I asked for help with the diet, all I got was "follow the plan". Not a big help when you are looking to eat healthfully and not get BORED with chicken, pork and fish! I am disappointed that the injections did not give me energy OR rev up my metabolism. You need to do better. I've been coming here for several months. The wait is ALWAYS ridiculously long. Today was awful. Waited over an hour to be called back.
