Such a shame. Plus, a special no on wheelchair accessibility; it's down a flight of stairs from the street, but even if they got in the aisles would be too cramped to navigate.

This one was well organized and had areas separated by merch type like shirts, figurines, plushies, graphic novels, and comics. Within each category, things were usually grouped by "brands" (characters from the same anime, comic, etc). When I say well organized, all the plushies were sitting up, the figures were lined up all facing the right way...it was really impressive! There was one Gojo Satoru figure that I was really keen on. It came in a pretty decent sized box that was a little smaller than a Funko. The figure in it was actually teeny tiny though! It was $28 for something that could have possibly come out of a gacha lol. Expensive!

Probably one of the worst online shops I have experienced in recent years. Claimed a model was in…read morestock then after a week, I asked about it and they claimed they were shipping it shortly. Another week passes with no shipping and they had no interest in actually filling the order. They were slow to respond to my questions, didn't actually have the product in stock and didn't have the balls to admit it. They were quick to refund the order so that is something I guess. What a waste and pathetic excuse for a business.

Although not that much closer, if you shop Silver Snail or 401 games, they offer much cheaper games, toys and statues with much better service. They do have a lot of old stock here for older toys and figures that came out years ago, but this is probably due to their high prices and the fact no one is buying the products. The store also could use a cleaning as it is cluttered with toys and comics all over the place. Not in a good way, in a way that makes you not feel like browsing the aisles and just leaving instead. I'll take my business to 401, the Snail, Comics and More or even the beguiling instead. Much nicer staff and non scalper prices.

But as he's grabbing it, he smirks & says "oh.... A single pack " mockingly. Fine. Whatever. He's a kid. Then he goes to lift the sealed corner (which was completely sealed) so that it's no longer connected & has the audacity to say it was resealed Needless to say, I will be telling others.

There are some small racks for the weeklies, and a few racks of trade paper backs, and other books. But, this is mostly about buying Funko Pops, and t-shirts, and other things. I saw graphic t-shirts on sale. What stopped me in my tracks were a ton of plushies. It has a good selection of Squishmallows. If you love Funko Pop figurines, you will find a wall full of them and more. It was impressive. I spent a good chunk of time checking them out. I particularly loved the R2-D2 and C-3PO ones. I was delighted to find Grogu Funko Pops. One was a keychain, which I had to purchase. The other was a larger one by the checkout area, on the top left shelf. It looked amazing. I'm sure it costs and arm and a leg. The man at the checkout was friendly and chatty. I signed up for the newsletter. I'm still waiting to see what that's like. There's supposed to be a rewards system coming up. Nice! My Grogu keychain didn't have any tax on it. Sweet! I love it. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was smooth. It was such a small item that I put it in my pocket. I thanked the man and left the store and mall, walking a while to get to my car. I will return to this store. I'd like to get the R2-D2 and Grogu Funko Pop figures. (48)
