We did have a problem where I payed for my service and my mother's. They then insisted that my mother had not payed even though I covered both. They made her pay and maintained a negative attitude towards my mother, assuming she was trying to get a free service. After realizing their mistake, they called and said she would be refunded. My question is, do they not have a screen that lists who has payed?? That shouldn't happen. Although we had that experience, we will be back because we still enjoy the place.
