I got my nails done 4 days ago, on May 8th 2026. I've already had a nail break, one is dented on the top of the nail, my left thumbnail she forgot to put the final polish on. They are smudged and worse of all the dip powder isn't even up to my cuticle. The vibe was rush as fast as I can to get done. See for yourself in the pictures. Do not recommend!!! read more

Very, very bad. Pedicure lasted 10 minutes, guy could not figure out the color I had a picture of (simple brown/taupe). Wanted gelx with french manicure, could not be figured out either. Employee spoke no English at all (only a problem because describing what was wanted was impossible) and girls at front desk told me to talk to him when I asked them for help. I was unintentionally interrupting other people's services as other nail techs around us tried to explain to him what I was asking for. Super uncomfortable. Waste of $100. Everyone that worked there could tell how bad it was going. Went straight home and cut nails off (WAY too long and nothing like what I was asking for). read more

It's the best-worst mani I've ever had. The best polish job ever, but the WORST mani ever. Polish is immaculate (and I chose bright red gel). The mani was completely DRY - the tech I got didn't speak or understand English when I tried to ask questions. He didn't soak my hands, push back cuticles or use nice smelling lotion to massage my hands & arms. All he did was use the Dremel tool, cut cuticles back and shape nails before he polished them. The girl that did the Arrowhead KC design was amazing! She freehanded what I thought would be a sticker. My mani was $43 (design charge was $3) and my nails look fantastic but I doubt I'll ever go back. The location is perfect and the salon was modern and clean. I was leaving an appointment when I saw a balloon arch in front of the store. I was pleasantly surprised to see a brand new nail salon but happy for something other than what is currently in the area. CoCo was the one who greeted me and I requested a gel manicure. She was nice enough to squeeze me in and I appreciated the light conversation during my visit. This salon is one of the nicest salons I have been to and despite the numerous salons in the area, this one will hold up against the competition. I am sure as time goes on, she will hire more staff, especially now that the warmer weather is here. For a gel manicure, the price was not bad at all-much less expensive than nearby nail shops. My nails grow quite quickly and I was already in need of a fill after seven days. However, the color did not chip or peel, even with frequent hand washing. CoCo has a wide variety of colors and I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable. I will definitely be back! read more

I am so sad I came here a few weeks ago and had Coco and she was amazing! One of the best nail jobs I have ever had. I had a new nail tech today and it was genuinely the worst dip nail I've ever had. She never shaped my nailsand I came in with well shaped almond nails already. They're crooked, not shaped, bubbly, the powder kept flaking off during the appointment. It was kind of bizarre. Another sweet tech noticed and tried to clean me up but it was pretty bad. It also took her about 2 full hours to do the manicure and I don't think it's ever taken anyone else more than 1. I'm so disappointed because my first experience with Coco was so good! read more

I've gone here a few times and gotten some ok manicures and pedicures and some really bad ones. I always leave within an hour/ hour and a half yet I get the pedicure that says it's an hour. Adding the dip polish after I would expect to be here about two hours. Don't waste your money on upgraded pedis where u spend more and get nothing extra. This is the third time I've left with my cuticles bleeding and because they never had me wash my hands then put a little lotion on, I now have purple hands. Everyone is nice so I hate to leave a bad review but after giving them multiple choices the result is just bad. read more

She was very friendly and just an outstanding nail artist. The service at this place is off the charts would definitely recommend this nail salon. I have been going here for quite some time and I've gone my last. I get dip every time I go and at least 60% of the time within days my nails are cracking and lifting. I'm not hard on my nails whatsoever as I work an office job. I hate doing the gel too coat as it changes the color of the nails within days every time I get it, so I ask for the dip top coat. They say that the dip too coat cracks, but I've never had that issue at any other salon using the exact same brand, so I believe it's an application error. The last 4 times I've gone, I've had to come back 2 days later due to a lifting or hairline cracking issue on multiple nails. That takes so much of my time and it always feels like a big deal, even though one or two nails can be dipped while another client is soaking off. They're typically friendly, but I keep having issues and the only person who seems to know how to fix the cracking is Linda, and if I tell another tech what Linda said before they always question it. It should be something discussed with the whole team if someone knows how to fix it. ‍ I had to go in after 2 days to get two nails fixed and asked that they fix the top coat because it was lumpy and not super shiny. I have included photos from an additional 2days after the first nail fix. This is just unacceptable. They told me the first time that it was because of the glow in the dark dip I chose, but I've got this color from this brand before at their location and other nail shops. read more

Consistent 5 star service every visit. I prebook every 3-5 weeks because these ladies are busy and do a great job. This is the only salon I have found in the area in which my dip manicure never breaks or lifts. This was always a problem for me, I think more than most people due to the way my nails grow. Possibly a little more $$ than other salons, but worth it. These ladies are skilled and professional. This place is pretty and clean and all the ladies are sweet. Glad I found them. read more

I've been there five times now. The first four were mediocre but not terrible, and the salon is close to home and aesthetically pleasing. The last time though, the nail tech jabbed me with the cuticle scissors no less than three times, and also left two cuticles bleeding pretty heavily. As in, a pool of blood gathered along the edges of two nails. On top of that, I went to a different salon today and when she was removing the gel polish two of my fingers were burning. I yelped when she tried to touch them. She said she can see that they are red and inflamed underneath the nail and I asked what would cause that and she says "they over-filed you. I will be very gentle." And she was. Won't be back to J Coco. read more

Then, I opted for dip, my visit took 2 HOURS because the tech was in and out getting side tracked. After 2 HOURS, it was WAY more expensive than other salons! J.Coco is by far the best nail salon I have been to in the area. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and I felt they went above and beyond during the pedicure. A lot of times I feel people rush through them, but they really took their time especially with the massage. The atmosphere in beautiful and truly a spa like feeling. read more

My daughter (4 year old) and I have given this place so many chances. We went for our birthdays last Friday, and I can't find a reason to go back besides one of the ladies giving my daughter a juice. I let her get her nails painted, and the lady painting them was in such a hurry to get to the next person that she couldn't finish my daughters nails with the top coat. So she asked the guy doing my pedicure to do it. He was shaking so bad that he couldn't get the brush to her nails, so I took over (AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME $12 for polish that fell off not even hours later). Anyway, he took forever doing my pedicure, which typically I don't mind someone taking their time if they are doing a good job. I ended up having to have Nikki finish because well, we had other birthday plans. She finished up and I waited for the polish to try. She assured me that they were dry, and I asked if she was sure because I didn't want them to be messed up. I got home and my socks were STUCK to my toes. I paid $38 for a pedicure that was not even sub par and now completely ruined. Other times my nail polish would always end up with a yellow hue to it. read more
