Cute place located next to Riverworks. They offer a full breakfast and lunch menu. If you like waffles, you have to give this place a try. Most meal options are made on a waffle (they do offer alternatives to the waffle). I've been here a few times now and have liked everything that I've tried. The reasoning behind my 4 star review is that my meal and coffee came out lukewarm. I like to work from different places on the days that I work from home. This place does not have any outlets that I could find near the tables that were placed against the wall. Overall, I'd still go back.

Great place we found. Down to earth coffee house and excellent service and attitude. Highly recommend. Home ambiance.

This place was so cute! Very creative. The waffles were so good, and so was the coffee. I got the lucky charms coffee and it wasn't too sweet which was nice. Staff was very friendly. I would def come back here. If you're ever in Buffalo, def check this place out!

A very homie little out of the way coffee shop down next to River Works. The waffles are really unique tasting and a thicker texture than you're probably used to. Coffee is excellent, and the staff are really nice.

The coffee and waffles here are to die for! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I got the blueberry and brie waffle and the lucky charms latte. Both were fantastic. I'll have to comr back to Buffalo to pay them a visit again!

I visited Wonder Coffeehouse for a catch up with a colleague, and it was such a cool spot! This shop is deceiving on the outside, and appeared smaller, but once you walk in, it's super spacious yet still gives off a cozy vibe. I ordered a white chocolate latte, which I've never had anywhere before, and it was just what I needed to start my day! I also indulged in a mini cinnamon waffle to go. They had a to-go case filled with different flavored waffles and they're like mini pastries. I think I did myself a disservice by not heating it up, because I feel like that really would have elevated the flavor. The service was friendly and prompt and I felt welcomed straight away. They also have a variety of merch for sale as well! Greeting cards, blankets, shirts, and more!

Wonder Coffeehouse has such a fun and unique vibe! They've transformed old storage containers into cozy seating areas, which makes it a really cool and memorable place to stop. You order at the counter, and then they bring the food out to you. There's also indoor seating if you'd prefer. The waffles are definitely a highlight they offer some really creative flavor combinations. I tried the brie and blueberry waffle, and it was delicious. The hot chocolate was also rich and comforting, perfect to enjoy with the waffles. If you're looking for a spot that's both unique and tasty, Wonder Coffeehouse is absolutely worth checking out.

The food was great! The service was fast, we eat in. The ambiance very quiet! And comfy. The coffee house is located River works area l, so there is a lot to do around here... can't wait to come back.... I eat a bagel breakfast sandwich, and my daughter eat chicken & waffles.

This is an adorable little coffee house and waffle shop over by Riverworks. I was struggling to find a cozy spot this winter and got fed up with the overcrowded options in the busier parts of town so I headed to the old first ward to try something off the beaten path. I was pleasantly surprised by Wonder! It doesn't look like much from the front, but when you go around back they're rocking the rustic look of the neighborhood with a little patio surrounded by old box cars. Inside, it's all deep wood, clean surfaces, and quirky decor. The place was warm even on a cold day, and the woman cleaning the tables welcomed me and made conversation right off the bat. She was happy and fun to talk with about everything from waffles to the weather. I placed my order and set up my laptop at a table, but my order arrived quickly, and oh my was it decadent! The food is super rich and heavy, so I took my time eating my bacon and waffle (perfectly cooked!) as well as sipping hot cocoa for about an hour before it started to get busy and I felt the need to free up the table. The vibes were chill, and the smell of the waffles cooking was super enticing even after I was full. I can't wait to go back this summer and sit outside when the weather is warm.

Always awesome. The quiet, bright space is decorated by eclectic antiquey ephemera and their goods for sale are always fun to shop through. Service is always friendly and kind. L The liege waffles ( the pioneer blueberry Brie and the grilled cheese with tomato soup) were crispy but soft too, and perfectly flavored- not too strong, not too weak. The waffles look small but believe me, it is the perfect portion.

I liked this place so much, I had to make a second trip back quickly. This time I went for a sweet breakfast and ordered the strawberry Nutella waffle. It was absolutely delicious! Instead of coffee, I tried the berry bowl smoothie this time, which was also very tasty. If you haven't been here yet, run, don't walk. This is a one of a kind coffee shop with an awesome vibe and tasty menu.

Unique little set up. They have cool outside seating via repurposed containers. The waffles are so good, they definitely taste different because of the dough they use. The inside is rustic and a good amount of seating. Plenty of different waffles to choose from.

Best kept secret on the marina. Highly recommend for food and coffee. I saw someone felt the food was overpriced, I am from LA so 10 dollars seemed very reasonable to me. I ordered the Honey Lavender Latte which is my favorite back home and it was incredibly delicious here. I will definitely go out of my way to not only recommend, but come here everytime I'm in Buffalo. Incredibly creative space as well, I hope it's sunny next time so ai can enjoy the fun patio outside. Everyone here is super friendly and the service was on point.

Yuck - I didn't order any extra used food

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

While you can enter from the street, it's also connected from inside the hotel, which is honestly how it caught my attention. The space is actually pretty big, bigger than I expected. It's open, colorful, there's a ton of natural light, cool murals all over the walls, luscious greenery, and a variety of seating options. The counter where you order is nice and open, with a big menu, and a sheet of glass between the customers and what I quickly came to know is their staple item, the cruller - a donut-like pastry that's super airy on the inside with a delicious icing glaze on the outside. Along with my oat milk latte, I had to try one... ok two. I got a seasonal Pride one and I can't remember the other one. Both were dreamy and it was easy to see why they are so popular. If I lived in the area this spot would totally be a go-to for working out of when I want to switch up my scenery.

From the moment you walk in the door you hear the faint sound of music and the ambiance is welcoming. I was quite impressed with the size of this place, there is plenty of room for dining inside and seating for one person or a little group. The menu is pretty straight forward and there is a display case with wonderful cakes and other treats. The drink menu is pretty simple and there appears to be a featured item on display. We placed our orders and was given a timer to await our order preparation. We grabbed a corner seat with a couch like setting and waited patiently. Drink orders consisted of Cold Pistachio Latte , iced Adeni and a brown sugar oatmilk drink on special. We decided on a pastry also. So we ordered a Cardamom knot, Red Velvet Cake and Coconut Cake. It probably took about 10 mins from being seated before we were notified. We attempted to get up to go and pick it up, but the young lady delivered our items on a tray. The drinks were absolutely delicious! The flavors were a burst in your mouth. The Pistachio Latte was phenomenal. The Brown Butter was great, but a bit on the strong side and the Adeni was delicious, the cardamom really stood out in that drink. On to the cakes ...all were delicious.. The coconut was a little dense but delicious. There were 2 layers The cardamom knot was delicious. They usually heat them and that enhances the flavor. The red velvet was wonderful, I wondered about the type of frosting. It reminded me of a whipped cream, which I'm not a fan of but the cake was delicious. This was an awesome experience.
