We used Ryan Brown Catering from Brooklyn for our wedding, and they provided food and cocktails. They use local, organic, and grass-fed beef, directly from farms as much as they can, so their food is healthier, and it tastes better. Ryan was very understanding, accommodating, and willing work with us on every aspects, and made wonderful dishes and drinks. I wanted something elegant and inviting but I was relatively undecided as a bride (I didn't want to spend hours and hours and hours choosing napkins, toothpicks, etc) - and Isam and Sydney were understanding of that and helped me create something beautiful, luxurious, and elegant on a short timeline. I found the quote process to be smooth, fair, and very flexible - they were able to accommodate all my requests (from specific aperol spritzes at reception to gluten-free poke bowls and french-themed macaroon favors to honor my french guests). I had incredible peace of mind working with them - they took care of all the details and worked out all logistics directly with 620 Loft and Garden / The Party Rental Company (with whom they do events all the time). I was introduced to Heather Lasnier who did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the whole process on very short notice (about 2 weeks) and within a week, we had finalized the food choices and had a signed contract. I was hesitant that perhaps I had chosen too much food for the 50 person party but she reassured me that it was going to be perfect- and she was right! Her and her team were AMAZING- super on top of it, quick, efficient and foremost, PROFESSIONAL. Setup was a breeze and they ensured that none of the preparation was able to be seen by guests which made for a very sophisticated atmosphere. The bar setup was great, coat check was great, and all the servers were on top of their game without trying to push their food on anyone. They were very on top of the timeline that was created and the food came out amazing and delicious as anticipated. After the guests all left, clean up was a breeze- they were super quick and made sure everything was back to exactly how it was when they first arrived, as if a party never happened, all within an hour- I couldn't believe it.
