Do they have organic/hormone free milk options?

I don't believe so. The barista seemed confused and offered the usual alternative milk options when I asked about organic milk.

Nice location - lots of parking and we love to have found a Vietnamese coffee place. I typically get the egg coffee but decided to go with their new Peanut Butter Latte and I'm so glad I did. It comes already with oat milk which is perfect. I will say - for the large the ratio on cream to coffee was little off. I'd prefer less of the cream and more coffee but it was still delicious and refreshing - not too sweet and had a lot of the PB flavor. Hubby got the Pandan Matcha. He loved it - though it was a bit too sweet for him so he waited for the ice to melt a bit. Not sure if we could have adjusted the sweetness. Youngest got the Banana Latte and devoured it quickly. Fair to say I think she really enjoyed it! Nice that they are so close to us now. Will definitely be one of our go to for Vietnamese coffee!!

A quick snack date with the wifey and we opted to grab a quick drink and snack. Mochi waffle (black sesame), and two drinks (Dalgona Coffee for the misses and Lychee Mojito for me). The waffle was outrageously good. Very crispy on the outside but very soft and chewy (mochi like) on the inside. I've had mochi donuts and waffles before and I've never had it quite like this. This was straight impressive. Wifey and I scarfed down the waffles. Must get, but also probably only really good when they're freshly made. As for the drinks, the Lychee Mojito was good. The tart was very refreshing and surprisingly strong. A bit sweeter than I'd like (I did opt for 25% sweetness). The Dalgona Coffee was good, wifey enjoyed it, but I felt like the coffee flavor wasn't strong enough. Overall, awesome place for some spectacular waffles. The drinks are worth a try as well. No seating inside or outside. Waffles will take 10-15 minutes (maybe longer if it's busy). So, be prepared to wait without sitting down. Small private lot.

It was very quiet during my visit, and conversations were kept to a minimum, which made it easy to concentrate. Even though it's located right across from a Caltrain station, I couldn't hear the trains at all. Parking & Accessibility: Parking was a breeze for me. I parked in the garage in one of the guest-reserved spots, and there's also street parking available. Since it's directly across from a Caltrain station, it's also easily accessible by public transportation. Seating: The café is connected to a leasing office, so be mindful of where you sit. The leasing agents do monitor the area and make sure café customers stay within the designated Coffeebar seating area. Drinks & Service: I ordered a loose-leaf tea and asked for it iced. The staff was warm and friendly, and as they handed me my drink, they said, "I hope you enjoy the tea." I really appreciate little details like that--it made the service feel more thoughtful and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely come back, especially when I need a quiet space to focus and get some deep work done.

The lighting is not too dim for you to fall asleep but ensures a nice calm environment. We tried their matcha and mocha. Unfortunately, their matcha was really bad and just tasted like milk. Because, once again, I was distracted by the quality of the food, and there would be no way for me to do anything else, but to eat! Today, I was in the mood for something more than a salad (much as I wanted to preset what I had the first time coming here, I made a concerted effort to order something else...), thus I chose the Forager Flatbread. It took less time to make this time (roughly about five minutes after ordering), and when it came out, I marveled at how it looked like a work of art! Just beautiful! Each piece of herbed formage blanc flatbread had a nice, crunchy bottom (but not blackened) and a slightly tanginess, with a a good amount of "hen-of-the-wood" mushrooms, sweet roasted garlic and a bed of arugula. My, oh, my! My first bite was a multi-level extravaganza! The crunch of the bread, followed by the aroma of the herbs and arugula, then the saltiness of the cheese, the sweetness of the roasted garlic, the earthiness of the mushrooms - all came together as just a wonderful work of culinary art! This being my first time eating today, my saliva glands just fired off at first bite, causing a bit of intense pain from too much saliva shooting out. But, seriously, this was a very delicious entree, that I enjoyed from start to finish! Bravo for this second joyous experience!
