I wasn't sure if it was possible to make an emergency root canal a good experience but the staff here did pretty much just that! After visiting my general dentist in the morning it was determined that I needed to have a root canal ASAP. Dr. Horsley squeezed me into his schedule the very same day. That alone wowed me. When I walked into the office it was obvious they had already been in touch with my dentist, they understood I was in serious pain and I went right back to the exam room. Within 15 minutes, I was numb and Dr. Horsley was working away. The staff did a great job to keep me comfortable and informed on what the procedure entailed and also all the post-procedure steps. I hope I don't ever have to go back and I don't wish tooth problems on anyone, BUT if something does come up, I know where I am going and I would recommend their office to anyone. read more

Dr Horsley has got the be the best endodontist in Colorado. He was very professional and patient with me and my questions. I'm not generally thrilled to go see the dentist let alone go in for a root canal. But Dr Horsley did an exceptionally great job on my tooth with no pain to mention about. He is a very personable doctor who seems to really care about you. I'm not the best judge of character in people but I will say Dr Horsley is very fair, honest and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I am so glad he was recommended for my roots canal. I had a crown procedure done at my dentist and was in extreme pain for months after. I had gone back twice but nothing was being done. I called another dentist office for a second opinion and they referred me to Red Rocks. Within 2 minutes of being there I was getting xrays taken and Dr Farmer was by my side. He immediately identified a problem and did a root canal right then so I didn't have to live in pain any longer! I never felt pain during or after my procedure. I'm almost 80 years old and seem to have spent half my life in the dentist chair. With all that experience you can guess that I have had many root canal procedures. I just had another root canal procedure done at Red Rocks Endodontics by Dr. Farmer and I have to say it was the most "slick" procedure I have ever had - It took only about a half hour with no discomfort or anxiety. It was easier than most sessions for a simple filling. Dr. Farmer was very pleasant and very informative about the procedure and what to expect for the next few days. My experience at Red Rocks was amazing for what I came in for. I needed emergency work on a molar, I was referred by my dentist and they got me in that same day. I was terrified walking in the door but Jessica and Dr. Andrus put me at ease, made the visit as relaxing as possible and the procedure was over before I realized. FAST AND PAINLESS. I have never had such a comfortable experience at a dental office for any procedure, let alone a root canal. Dr Andrus' scheduler was able to work me in quickly. When I arrived, the check in process was streamlined. Dr Andrus' staff members were friendly and competent. Dr Andrus is personable and professional. The procedure was painless. I took a Motrin right after the procedure, one the next morning and that was all I needed. Fantastic experience. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist, especially when I might need a root canal, but this office was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. Dr. Horsley was very understanding of all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions. The assistant that helped me made me feel extremely comfortable, and somehow made the xrays endurable.
