Check in took less than a minute and we were in our sparkling clean room another minute later. The bed was so comfortable. In the morning, another smiling face greeted us warmly in the lobby. (Sorry, I forgot to ask her name!) The included breakfast was well above average and also super clean. Jennifer kept things stocked, never stopped cleaning, answered questions, and was yet another positive and friendly staff member. I don't know who hires the employees here, but they have a real knack for finding gems! Overall, this experience far exceeded expectations. He said he can't give any discounts and the rate is $199. That's crazy to me. I was checking in at midnight. I also signed up for Igh rewards but they said since i didn't sign up prior to my stay i can't get credit for the stay. Everything looked clean and the bathroom was free of mold and grime. The checkin was easy and friendly. The room was a little warm and I couldn't get the thermostat to cool it down much. It was a hot summer in July so I had hoped for a much cooler room. Breakfast wasn't great, so I'm not sure I'd like staying here again for the price. Cheap paper plates kind of says it all to me. There are much better places in the Marriott brand.

I have stayed here so much the customer service is horrible. He obviously sided with his wife and lost a 4 more customers. Except for the fact when I checked out, he then refused to not charge me for that day and made me pay. I had stayed here so many times though it had been a while. It wasn't about the money but the rude and racism and dirtiness of a place we had good memories at before. If you forget about that bad customer service I still would not take anyone there again Do not take your children here or if you have any breathing troubles do not go here. The mold is all over the hotel. the pool, which I didn't get a picture of has a ladder that's barely hanging on. There's sharp edges everywhere which could cut your children.

The hotel is very old and clearly no profits have been used for improvements. Our room had a horrible smell, peeling wallpaper, a drain that was so slow we had to stop our showers repeatedly. Even with the air conditioner running there was so much moisture in the room that our clothes and sheets felt damp, and even the checkout receipt that was placed under our door was curled! The smell permeated my hair, our clothing, and even our soft sided luggage. Dear friends of ours also stayed overnight at this hotel to attend our daughter's wedding and had the same issues. I was charged luxury prices for a budget hotel! I'm not sure where the 'Quality' was at this horribly overpriced 'Quality Inn'
