Brandon took the time to inspect the problem, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. Derrick was also very helpful and professional throughout the job. They found a broken section of pipe with roots growing into the line, and they were able to take care of the issue by replacing the damaged piping. They also took care of the work in my front yard and cleaned up afterward. I also appreciated that Brandon was straightforward with me and worked with me on the pricing. Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

The technicians were unable to finish the job on the scheduled date. They set a date they would come back to finish. That day came and no one showed up. No communication or notice. I had to call to find out what was going on. The office manager told me that they would not be coming that day to finish because they had scheduled another job for that day and that was taking priority. The earliest they could reschedule was another two days out. We never agreed to any change in schedule.Totally unacceptable! After the technician returned to finish, there was a small change in the scope of work that increased the price by around 10%. We agreed this was OK. We told the technician to have the invoice for the additional work emailed and we would pay it ASAP. We had already paid the original estimate for the whole job. The very next day we got a phone call from the office manager asking if we had received the invoice and had paid it. I replied we had not received it, send it again and we would pay it. The next day we get another phone call asking again about the invoice receipt and asking for payment. We replied we had received the invoice and it was scheduled to be paid by check immediately by our accounting dept. We were then told that this was not acceptable and that we were expected to pay upon demand. Considering the unprofessional treatment we had already experienced in having the job delayed, to be harrased for payment is absurd. We will never use this company again!
