Ryan was out the same day to inspect my problem area. He did not have some of the equipment he needed on Sunday to reach a confirmed diagnosis, so he returned on Monday morning right on time. Ryan was able to find the leak and provided an estimate shortly after he left. After my insurance company approved the estimate, Ryan and a couple of his crew were out today, again right on time. The leaking hot water line was re-routed through the attic. I can now move forward with the mold abatement process and get a restoration company to put in a new floor, drywall, bathroom vanity and get my life back to normal.
