I had my first visit today at Red - Rose Chiropractic in Kirkland with Dr. Harder, and everything I read about him turned out to be true. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and empathetic. I was a bit long-winded explaining my symptoms, but he never rushed me. He took the time to do a thorough assessment, x-rays, and clearly explain everything he was seeing and doing, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. He did an adjustment as well and was very gentle, which meant a lot because I was anxious about increasing the pain I've already been dealing with over the past year. The office itself is clean, orderly, and very well organized. I was really impressed. They even had uplifting reading material in the waiting area along with magazines, which added to the calm, positive atmosphere. His staff is just as wonderful. Everyone was professional, warm, and welcoming. It really makes a difference when your provider truly cares. Skill matters, but compassion and empathy are a huge part of healing, and you can feel that in this clinic. I was recommended to see Dr. Harder by a chiropractor from Sammamish city due to transportation issue. I got in a car accident and my back was tweaked. In the last 3 months, Dr. Harder has adjusted my back, given me simple tips to have good posture, alway wiling you work with my schedule and everyone is very friendly. Even though my insurance coverage is about to rap up, I plan on scheduling a check up once every quarter. Red Rose Chiropractic deserves a 5-star rating for several reasons. Most importantly, Drs. Harder and Ulrich are very, very good. Their manipulation is very well customized to each individual. I'm always impressed by the amount of analysis, customization, and personal comfort in each adjustment visit. The doctors are also very friendly and have a great sense of humor. It's obvious that they take your treatment very seriously, but they want to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed - both physically and mentally. They treat you with respect and like you to get engaged in your treatment plan. Their staff is also friendly and helpful. I told her that I just moved to Kirkland from Seattle and was looking for a chiropractor closer to my house. She asked whether I just moved into town. She was so rude, raised her voice at me. Every time that I go in for an adjustment, my physical state has improved. One of the best things is you don't have to make an appointment! Unless, of course, he starts getting lots more clients. I have been driving by Red Rose forever reading their ever-changing sign board, so I remembered Red Rose when I needed help. The receptionist and other front office staff are friendly, caring and professional. They made sure I could get right in to see Dr Harder and they helped me understand the financial aspects. Dr. Harder is great. I have issues, (don't we all), and he is really, really good at what he does. He not only respects my physical pain, but he respects my emotions. He makes the adjustments with minimal discomfort to me. Dr. Harder went over my X-rays with me, so I understand what is going on with me and what the course of treatment looks like. From the first treatment, the shooting pain down my leg significantly decreased!
