This place is very popular and I can see why. The service is good and so is the food. The place has a rustic feel to it. They were able to accommodate our large party of over 20 people. If you go when a foot ball game is on you can watch it from your table while eating lunch / dinner. I had the fried shrimp basket with fries which was yummy. My wife ordered the salmon which was also tasty.

Even though we live in the area this is one of our favorite restaurants. They change out some of their menu options for the different seasons and it never disappoints! Everything is delicious and the service is always wonderful. In the summer they are one of the few areas with outdoor dining too! Check them out!

Sat outside - beautiful night . The service was superb. Everyone we encountered was very nice and friendly. My chicken club was outstanding- the avo aioli was spot on, chicken very tender. The fries - superb!!!! I also had a few rum runners that were spot on. Ambiance - great weather, great music!!! My husband had an on point burger. Runny egg, great burger with avo and very crisp bacon. The house chips were very crispy and tasty. On tap beer really great! Our server Kayla was very attentive and friendly! We will be back!

The food was delicious. We went around 8:15pm and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive the entire time. They encouraged us to take our time when ordering. We got the muscles as an appetizer they were in a wonderful white wine garlic sauce. I got the linguine Miranda which was wonderful and had a bit of a kick but everything was well prepared. The portions were great I took half my food home. I also got a hibiscus bourbon drink. I didn't love that but the rest was great.

Hours day "open now" .. and it is not. Really hungry. Checked Yelp. Driven to 3 restaurants so far. This looked good I'm sorry it is not open. Check hours please.

After a day of fighting crowds at Whitetail with our family, we wanted real food. It was midday and even the lines at the food court on the mountain were ridiculous so we searched for good pub food along the way back to Frederick. This place exceeded our expectation's. I had called to verify they had room for the six of us, and they reserved a table for us (that was a nice touch). I didn't get our waitresses name but she was attentive without being pushy from start to finish. Our drinks were never empty and her check in timing was perfect. We all ordered burger variations, so I can't speak to the rest of the menu but I had the Foster Burger, which had bacon, avocado and a sunny side up egg on the patty. Too messy to eat without a knife and fork, but super yummy! All of the adults had the house-made potato chips and there were no scraps left on any plates! The kids had chicken tenders and grilled cheese. I sampled the French fries and they had a salt and herb crust, so yummy! There were a few other tables being served, but although the walls were exposed, lovely stone, the sound was not overwhelming. I didn't get to see the bill, but the prices looked reasonable, under $20 per person. I'd love to come back to try some of the entrees.

    Coated FRIES BLAH

Nothing states the FRIES are COATED.. as they are a $2 up charge over the potato chips ( stated as shore fries) which I was thinking Atlantic City. Basically wasted money on something we didn't eat. Husband said burger was nothing special. I had the crab cake sandwich. Really doesn't need bread. Had with tarter & lemon. For $20 I thought it was great.

The venue can be overwhelming, with lots of choices. One section of the menu was dedicated to hotdogs, one section is dedicated to non-hotdog entrées, and also Appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The dogs here are amazing! I loved the Chicago dog, but when I had my a bite of the Big Mac dog I wished I got that one too. Then we had the pastrami dog making it a three dog night. The fries are also especially delicious because they are crunchy and battered. My little one had a kids meal that came with fries and he was forced to share. With any hotdog, you get your choice of beef,/chicken, or veggie. We went beef all the way, and it was a great choice. The dogs are split and grilled on a flat top, and maintain all of their juicy goodness. And the toppings just enhanced everything. If you're a hotdog purist, ketchup and relish or mustard and onions would also make for perfect dogs. The staff was friendly and super accommodating to a feral toddler. For three hotdogs, a kids meal, I need rings, and drinks, the $40 price felt like a bargain. Great quality and value.

Husband got the foot long coney dog and my son got a sausage with some kind of sauce on it. I eat about 2 hot dogs a year so when I say it was delicious, I mean it. Now the bad. My 4 year old grandson got grilled cheese. It took forever for the food to come out. Like forever forever. He ate like nothing bc he drank his whole drink while we were waiting as we had been at the park for a couple of hours beforehand. I know, not unusual for a little guy. That's not the real problem. I got a side of onion rings and it was almost $5 for like 6 onion rings. Ketchup in little packets... not cost efficient and annoying for us. Had to track down waitress to get husband a second beer and me a first. There was no air conditioning and it was so hot in there!! AND THE WORST THING OF ALL... WHEN THE BILL CAME THERE WAS A 20% INCLUDED GRATUITY FOR "LARGE PARTY", which was not discussed. First of all, it was 4 ppl. That is not a large party. Second of all, this was not mentioned by staff. I see this sometimes with a group of 8 or more and it is usually noted in a menu somewhere or mentioned. But 4 people is not a large party. My husband and I both worked in the restsurant industry in our younger years. We get it, servers need to be taken care of, but come on. BEWARE. I would have gone back for that hot dog even with the sloooowww service and just not gotten a side, but that automatic gratuity thing is ridiculous. Customer lost.

The place is nicely decorated and spotless, and the staff were friendly throughout. While I don't claim to be an expert in Puerto Rican food, overall the flavors were excellent. We started with the empanadillas, which were crispy and hot. The canoas were also delicious. The plantains were perfectly ripe and sweet, and the meat filling was flavorful and provided a nice savory balance. For entrees, we all went with combo plates. Each comes with pickled onions and a small side salad (kind of like a pico de gallo), plus your choice of rice, like white rice, tostones, maduros, or seasoned rice like arroz mamposteao or arroz con gandules. The pollo was moist with a really nice aromatic seasoning on top. The pernil asado was tender with crispy skin. The bistec encebollado was my favorite. The beef was very tender, tangy from the vinegar marinade (it actually reminded me a bit of Filipino adobo), and full of flavor. Both seasoned rice options were yummy, though we all slightly preferred the arroz mamposteao as it was a bit more flavorful. We finished with flan de queso, which tasted fresh and wasn't overly sweet. Street parking was easy even on a Saturday evening. I'd go there all the time if I lived nearby!
